本发明公开了一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:油酸聚氧乙烯蜡0.4-0.8、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂10-13、氟碳树脂乳液30-36、苯丙乳液20-25、羧甲基纤维素1-2、六偏磷酸钠1-2、丙二醇甲醚3-4、石英砂2-3、聚丙烯酸钾0.6-1.2、环烷酸钴1-2、球形闭孔珍珠岩2-4、四硼酸钾1-2、甲基异噻唑啉酮2-3、消泡剂BYK-3330.3-0.4、白油0.3-0.4、磷酸铝1-2、隔热浆料7-9、乙二醇3-5、去离子水14-20;本发明的涂料绿色环保,还具有优良的杀菌性、保温性、防火性、隔热性等作用,附着力高,不易剥落,使用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及其制备方法,特别是一种隔热杀菌防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球气候变暖,环境问题日益突出,而现有可利用能源的过度消耗,节能减排任务重大,建筑涂料的广泛应用,更需要达到环保、节能减排。水性涂料,特别是水性多功能涂料,在未来的发展中将是一大热点。其防水与隔热性能更成为近10年研究开发的重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隔热杀菌防水涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:油酸聚氧乙烯蜡0.4-0.8、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂10-13、氟碳树脂乳液30-36、苯丙乳液20-25、羧甲基纤维素1-2、六偏磷酸钠1-2、丙二醇甲醚3-4、石英砂2-3、聚丙烯酸钾0.6-1.2、环烷酸钴1-2、球形闭孔珍珠岩2-4、四硼酸钾1-2、甲基异噻唑啉酮2-3、消泡剂BYK-3330.3-0.4、白油0.3-0.4、磷酸铝1-2、隔热浆料7-9、乙二醇3-5、去离子水14-20;
所述隔热浆料是由下列重量份的原料制成:纳米陶瓷纤维5-7、铝酸钙水泥20-25、石英砂尾矿20-25、膨润土3-5、膨胀珍珠岩6-8、聚乙烯醇2-3、磷酸铝4-5、岩棉纤维5-7、硅微粉2-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯12-15、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、乙醇20-30、蒸馏水30-40;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸月桂酯加到乙醇中充分溶解,再加入石英砂尾矿、膨润土、膨胀珍珠岩和硅微粉以400-600转/分下搅拌0.3-0.6小时进行预分散,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550搅拌15-25分钟后加到砂磨机中进行研磨成浆料备用,(2)将纳米陶瓷纤维、岩棉纤维、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和蒸馏水混合搅拌,高速剪切成浆状体,(3)将步骤(1)产物与步骤(2)产物混合,加入其余剩余成分,以300-500转/分的速度搅拌2-3小时即得。
本发明所述一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、球形闭孔珍珠岩、石英砂、四硼酸钾、磷酸铝在1000-2000转/分的转速下分散20-30分钟得到细度在20-30um的物料,再加入聚丙烯酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和隔热浆料继续搅拌20-30分钟;
(2)将氟碳树脂乳液、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂、丙二醇甲醚加到分散釜中混合搅拌均匀加热至40-60°C,再加入环烷酸钴和步骤(1)中的浆料和油酸聚氧乙烯蜡以300-500转/分的转速下继续搅拌30-50分钟;
(3)向步骤(2)的反应体系中加入其余剩余物质,搅拌均匀后加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的涂料添加的甲基异噻唑啉酮具有增加涂料的抗菌性,添加的隔热浆料和磷酸铝等都具有隔热和防火的作用,具有节约自然资源和降低火灾危害的作用,添加的球形闭孔珍珠岩具有保温的作用。本发明的涂料绿色环保,还具有优良的杀菌性、保温性、防火性、隔热性等作用,附着力高,不易剥落,使用范围广。
具体实施方案  
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
 一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:油酸聚氧乙烯蜡0.6、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂12、氟碳树脂乳液34、苯丙乳液22、羧甲基纤维素2、六偏磷酸钠1、丙二醇甲醚3、石英砂3、聚丙烯酸钾0.8、环烷酸钴1、球形闭孔珍珠岩4、四硼酸钾1、甲基异噻唑啉酮2、消泡剂BYK-3330.3、白油0.3、磷酸铝1、隔热浆料7、乙二醇5、去离子水18;
所述隔热浆料是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:纳米陶瓷纤维6、铝酸钙水泥24、石英砂尾矿23、膨润土4、膨胀珍珠岩7、聚乙烯醇3、磷酸铝4、岩棉纤维6、硅微粉3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯13、硅烷偶联剂KH5501.3、乙醇26、蒸馏水35;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸月桂酯加到乙醇中充分溶解,再加入石英砂尾矿、膨润土、膨胀珍珠岩和硅微粉以400-600转/分下搅拌0.3-0.6小时进行预分散,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550搅拌15-25分钟后加到砂磨机中进行研磨成浆料备用,(2)将纳米陶瓷纤维、岩棉纤维、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和蒸馏水混合搅拌,高速剪切成浆状体,(3)将步骤(1)产物与步骤(2)产物混合,加入其余剩余成分,以300-500转/分的速度搅拌2-3小时即得。
本发明所述一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、球形闭孔珍珠岩、石英砂、四硼酸钾、磷酸铝在1000-2000转/分的转速下分散20-30分钟得到细度在20-30um的物料,再加入聚丙烯酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和隔热浆料继续搅拌20-30分钟;
(2)将氟碳树脂乳液、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂、丙二醇甲醚加到分散釜中混合搅拌均匀加热至40-60°C,再加入环烷酸钴和步骤(1)中的浆料和油酸聚氧乙烯蜡以300-500转/分的转速下继续搅拌30-50分钟;
(3)向步骤(2)的反应体系中加入其余剩余物质,搅拌均匀后加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤包装即可。
本发明的涂料外观正常,无沉淀,无结块,硬度:2H,耐水性实验(160H):无异常,耐碱性试验(96H):无异常,耐洗刷性实验:10000次通过,涂膜无破损,耐人工老化实验:2000小时不起泡,不剥落,无裂纹,粉化等级≤1级,变色等级≤1级,耐沾污性实验(5次循环)≤30%,隔热温差实验≥11°C。

1.一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:油酸聚氧乙烯蜡0.4-0.8、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂10-13、氟碳树脂乳液30-36、苯丙乳液20-25、羧甲基纤维素1-2、六偏磷酸钠1-2、丙二醇甲醚3-4、石英砂2-3、聚丙烯酸钾0.6-1.2、环烷酸钴1-2、球形闭孔珍珠岩2-4、四硼酸钾1-2、甲基异噻唑啉酮2-3、消泡剂BYK-3330.3-0.4、白油0.3-0.4、磷酸铝1-2、隔热浆料7-9、乙二醇3-5、去离子水14-20;
所述隔热浆料是由下列重量份的原料制成:纳米陶瓷纤维5-7、铝酸钙水泥20-25、石英砂尾矿20-25、膨润土3-5、膨胀珍珠岩6-8、聚乙烯醇2-3、磷酸铝4-5、岩棉纤维5-7、硅微粉2-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯12-15、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2、乙醇20-30、蒸馏水30-40;制备方法是(1)将甲基丙烯酸月桂酯加到乙醇中充分溶解,再加入石英砂尾矿、膨润土、膨胀珍珠岩和硅微粉以400-600转/分下搅拌0.3-0.6小时进行预分散,再加入硅烷偶联剂KH550搅拌15-25分钟后加到砂磨机中进行研磨成浆料备用,(2)将纳米陶瓷纤维、岩棉纤维、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和蒸馏水混合搅拌,高速剪切成浆状体,(3)将步骤(1)产物与步骤(2)产物混合,加入其余剩余成分,以300-500转/分的速度搅拌2-3小时即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种隔热杀菌防水涂料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将去离子水、球形闭孔珍珠岩、石英砂、四硼酸钾、磷酸铝在1000-2000转/分的转速下分散20-30分钟得到细度在20-30um的物料,再加入聚丙烯酸钾、六偏磷酸钠和隔热浆料继续搅拌20-30分钟;
(2)将氟碳树脂乳液、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶粘剂、丙二醇甲醚加到分散釜中混合搅拌均匀加热至40-60°C,再加入环烷酸钴和步骤(1)中的浆料和油酸聚氧乙烯蜡以300-500转/分的转速下继续搅拌30-50分钟;
(3)向步骤(2)的反应体系中加入其余剩余物质,搅拌均匀后加到砂磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤包装即可。
