本发明公开了一种水性花岗岩涂料,由水性色浆、多彩基础漆、分散介质及涂料调配后的辅料介质混配而成;多彩基础漆组成:丙烯酸乳液28~30、重质碳酸钙16~18、粉煤灰10~15、钛白粉5~8、钛酸四丁酯2~4、分散剂0.5~0.8、消泡剂0.2~0.5、木质纤维素1~2、成膜助剂1~3、润湿剂0.2~0.5,防腐剂0.1~0.3,水20~30;分散介质组成:水110~170,分散剂0.6~2,增粘剂3~8;辅料介质组成:硅丙乳液0~30,成膜助剂 0~3,石粉60~130,丙二醇3~6,增稠剂1.5~3,水30~55。本发明储存稳定性好,节能环保,一次性涂装施工便能得到仿花岗岩石材的多彩效果,效果逼真、造价便宜,施工简便、维护简易、重涂性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性花岗岩涂料,属于建筑装饰材料技术领域。
背景技术
水性仿花岗岩涂料属建筑涂料领域中功能性艺术涂料。对建筑装饰效果特别明显,因此,在很多建筑的外墙面上喷涂了此种涂料作为装饰,但是,现有的水性仿花岗岩涂料存在很多不足:防水性、抗紫外线、柔韧性差,2-3年就会出现黄变、开裂、涂层发黑、甚至涂层开裂、脱落;储存稳定性差,随着时间的延长出现粒子溶解的现象;施工过程中会导致花型异常,花粒大小模糊、杂乱,导致失去花岗石装饰效果。
由于建筑墙体涂料需要保持时间长,特别是外墙涂料,一般都需要几十年的使用期,而外墙受到环境影响大,温度反差高,因此对涂料的要求更高,在这种情况下,一次涂料保持十年的使用寿命,现有的水性花岗岩涂料均不能做到,因此,需要一种具有长寿命和表面稳定性的水性花岗岩涂料。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种长寿命、性能稳定,施工后保持花岗岩艺术效果稳定的水性花岗岩涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段是:一种水性花岗岩涂料,由水性色浆、多彩基础漆、分散介质及涂料调配后的辅料介质混配而成;
所述多彩基础漆由以下重量份组成:丙烯酸乳液28~30、重质碳酸钙16~18、粉煤灰10~15、钛白粉5~8、钛酸四丁酯2~4、分散剂0.5~0.8、消泡剂0.2~0.5、木质纤维素1~2、成膜助剂1~3、润湿剂0.2~0.5,防腐剂0.1~0.3,水20~30;
混合有水性色浆的多彩基础漆占总质量的35~45%;
所述分散介质由以下重量份组成:水110~170,分散剂0.6~2,增粘剂3~8;
所述涂料调配后的辅料介质由以下重量份组成:硅丙乳液0~30,成膜助剂 0~3,石粉60~130,丙二醇3~6,增稠剂1.5~3,水30~55。
进一步的,所述丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液或含氟丙烯酸乳液,乳液的固含量为40~45%。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为聚羧酸铵盐、非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为矿物油消泡剂、脂肪烃和乳化剂的混合物消泡剂中的任一种或两种混合。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类、l,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2,2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述成膜助剂为十二碳酸酯、丙二醇、乙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种混合。
本发明的有益效果是:由于多彩基础漆的组合,特别是加入粉煤灰和木质纤维素,提高了涂料的色粒效果,储存、运输和施工状态下稳定性好,改善了水性多彩粒子向连续相中的渗色、混水;以水为溶剂,节能环保,一次性涂装施工便能得到仿花岗岩石材的多彩效果,仿花岗岩石材效果逼真、造价便宜,施工简便、维护简易、重涂性好。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种水性花岗岩涂料,由水性色浆、多彩基础漆、分散介质及涂料调配后的辅料介质混配而成;
所述多彩基础漆由以下重量份组成:丙烯酸乳液28~30、重质碳酸钙16~18、粉煤灰10~15、钛白粉5~8、钛酸四丁酯2~4、分散剂0.5~0.8、消泡剂0.2~0.5、木质纤维素1~2、成膜助剂1~3、润湿剂0.2~0.5,防腐剂0.1~0.3,水20~30;
混合有水性色浆的多彩基础漆占总质量的35~45%;
所述分散介质由以下重量份组成:水110~170,分散剂0.6~2,增粘剂3~8;
所述涂料调配后的辅料介质由以下重量份组成:硅丙乳液0~30,成膜助剂 0~3,石粉60~130,丙二醇3~6,增稠剂1.5~3,水30~55。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,优选的,所述丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液或含氟丙烯酸乳液,乳液的固含量为40~45%。
所述润湿剂为聚羧酸铵盐、非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种混合。
所述消泡剂为矿物油消泡剂、脂肪烃和乳化剂的混合物消泡剂中的任一种或两种混合。
所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类、l,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2,2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯中的一种或几种混合。
所述成膜助剂为十二碳酸酯、丙二醇、乙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种混合。
实施例3
一种水性花岗岩涂料,由水性色浆、多彩基础漆、分散介质及涂料调配后的辅料介质混配而成;所述多彩基础漆由以下重量份组成:丙烯酸乳液29、重质碳酸钙17、粉煤灰13、钛白粉6、钛酸四丁酯3、分散剂0.6、消泡剂0.4、木质纤维素1.5、成膜助剂2、润湿剂0.4,防腐剂0.2,水26;
混合有水性色浆的多彩基础漆占总质量的35~45%;
所述分散介质由以下重量份组成:水150,分散剂1.2,增粘剂5;
所述涂料调配后的辅料介质由以下重量份组成:硅丙乳液10,成膜助剂 1.5,石粉90,丙二醇4,增稠剂2,水40。
按上述多彩基础漆的组成,在投料缸中投入水、木质纤维素,搅拌均匀让其充分润湿,然后加入分散剂、润湿剂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、粉煤灰并搅拌分散均匀,用砂磨机磨至细度 50μm 以下,然后再加入多彩基础漆的其它物料,并搅拌分散均匀,过滤、备用;按上述分散介质的组成,在投料缸中加入水、分散剂、增粘剂,搅拌分散直至其形成透明的胶液;各色基础漆的调配:根据要仿制的花岗岩石材的彩色花纹特点,用上述多彩基础漆和水性色浆调制出各色基础漆;按上述的重量份,将制备好的各色基础漆一次性全部加入分散介质中,50~60rpm/min搅拌,形成水性彩粒胶体液;在已调好的水性彩粒胶体液中加入辅料介质并搅拌均匀,制成所述水性花岗岩涂料。
本发明由于多彩基础漆的组合,特别是加入粉煤灰和木质纤维素,提高了涂料的色粒效果,储存、运输和施工状态下稳定性好,改善了水性多彩粒子向连续相中的渗色、混水;以水为溶剂,节能环保,一次性涂装施工便能得到仿花岗岩石材的多彩效果,仿花岗岩石材效果逼真、造价便宜,施工简便、维护简易、重涂性好。
本发明所公开的实施例只是对本发明的技术方案的解释,不能作为对本发明内容的限制,本领域技术人员在本发明基础上的简单变更,依然在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种水性花岗岩涂料,由水性色浆、多彩基础漆、分散介质及涂料调配后的辅料介质混配而成;其特征在于:
所述多彩基础漆由以下重量份组成:丙烯酸乳液28~30、重质碳酸钙16~18、粉煤灰10~15、钛白粉5~8、钛酸四丁酯2~4、分散剂0.5~0.8、消泡剂0.2~0.5、木质纤维素1~2、成膜助剂1~3、润湿剂0.2~0.5,防腐剂0.1~0.3,水20~30;
混合有水性色浆的多彩基础漆占总质量的35~45%;
所述分散介质由以下重量份组成:水110~170,分散剂0.6~2,增粘剂3~8;
所述涂料调配后的辅料介质由以下重量份组成:硅丙乳液0~30,成膜助剂 0~3,石粉60~130,丙二醇3~6,增稠剂1.5~3,水30~55。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液或含氟丙烯酸乳液,乳液的固含量为40~45%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为聚羧酸铵盐、非离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为矿物油消泡剂、脂肪烃和乳化剂的混合物消泡剂中的任一种或两种混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类、l,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2,2-二溴一氰基乙酰胺、亚甲基双硫氰酸酯中的一种或几种混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性花岗岩涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为十二碳酸酯、丙二醇、乙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种或几种混合。
