本发明涉及硅胶材料领域,具体涉及一种可剥离硅胶材料,由可挥发性硅油、硫硅橡胶、增塑剂、石墨烯、抗静电剂混合后熔融并注入模腔内之后冷却得到。可挥发性硅油5‑10份、硫硅橡胶5‑10份、增塑剂1‑2份、石墨烯0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份,所述的份数为重量份数。石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。本发明的材料通过加入石墨烯,提高硬度和强度;通过加入可挥发性硅油,使得硅胶材料易于剥离。

本发明涉及硅胶材料领域,具体涉及一种可剥离硅胶材料。
背景技术
目前的硅胶材料质软,易于损坏;硅胶材料不易于剥离。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种提高硬度和强度、易于剥离的可剥离硅胶材料。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种可剥离硅胶材料,其特征在于,由可挥发性硅油、硫硅橡胶、增塑剂、石墨烯、抗静电剂混合后熔融并注入模腔内之后冷却得到。
前述的一种可剥离硅胶材料,可挥发性硅油5-10份、硫硅橡胶5-10份、增塑剂1-2份、石墨烯0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份,所述的份数为重量份数。
前述的一种可剥离硅胶材料,石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。
可挥发性硅油10份、硫硅橡胶10份、增塑剂2份、石墨烯0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份。
所述的抗氧化剂为四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯。
所述的熔融温度为230摄氏度。
本发明的材料通过加入石墨烯,提高硬度和强度;通过加入可挥发性硅油,使得硅胶材料易于剥离。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细介绍。
一种可剥离硅胶材料,其特征在于,由可挥发性硅油、硫硅橡胶、增塑剂、石墨烯、抗静电剂混合后熔融并注入模腔内之后冷却得到。石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。可挥发性硅油10份、硫硅橡胶10份、增塑剂2份、石墨烯0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份。所述的抗氧化剂为四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯。所述的熔融温度为230摄氏度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离硅胶材料,其特征在于,可挥发性硅油5-10份、硫硅橡胶5-10份、增塑剂1-2份、石墨烯0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份,所述的份数为重量份数。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离硅胶材料,其特征在于,石墨烯为纳米石墨烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可剥离硅胶材料,其特征在于,可挥发性硅油10份、硫硅橡胶10份、增塑剂2份、石墨烯0.5份、抗氧化剂0.3份。
