本发明公开了一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方,包括二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,所述二甲基硅橡胶为50‑80份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为20‑30份,所述阻燃剂为10‑20份、所述抗氧化剂为5‑10份,所述增塑剂为3‑8份,所述抗静电剂为1‑3份,所述发泡剂为1‑5份。本发明制成的电缆产品阻燃,抗老化,耐用,经济实用。

本发明涉及一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,属于电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电缆是现代社会电力的基础,电力是造就现代文明社会的基础,随着现代社会的发展,对电缆的要求越发的高,尤其是一些特殊场合使用的电缆,需要电缆有抗拉,使用寿命长,阻燃等优点。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 。
本发明的方案如下:一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,包括二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,所述二甲基硅橡胶为50-80份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份,所述阻燃剂是由10-15份硼酸锌和5-10份六溴环十二烷组成,所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份三亚磷酸和1-5份丙酸十八醇酯,所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯组成,所述抗静电剂是由1-2份乙氧基化烷基酸胺和0.5-1.5份乙氧基月桂酷胺组成,所述发泡剂是由1-3份十二烷基硫酸钠和2-4份三氯二氟甲烷组成,所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 是由60份二甲基硅橡胶,25份甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,12份硼酸锌,8份六溴环十二烷,4份三亚磷酸,3份丙酸十八醇酯,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,1份乙氧基化烷基酸胺,1份乙氧基月桂酷胺,1份十二烷基硫酸钠和2份三氯二氟甲烷组成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制成的电缆产品阻燃,抗老化,耐用,抗拉,经济实用。

一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,包括二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,所述二甲基硅橡胶为50-80份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份,所述阻燃剂是由10-15份硼酸锌和5-10份六溴环十二烷组成,所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份三亚磷酸和1-5份丙酸十八醇酯,所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯组成,所述抗静电剂是由1-2份乙氧基化烷基酸胺和0.5-1.5份乙氧基月桂酷胺组成,所述发泡剂是由1-3份十二烷基硫酸钠和2-4份三氯二氟甲烷组成,所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 是由60份二甲基硅橡胶,25份甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,12份硼酸锌,8份六溴环十二烷,4份三亚磷酸,3份丙酸十八醇酯,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,1份乙氧基化烷基酸胺,1份乙氧基月桂酷胺,1份十二烷基硫酸钠和2份三氯二氟甲烷组成。

1.一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,包括二甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,其特征在于:所述二甲基硅橡胶为50-80份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂是由10-15份硼酸锌和5-10份六溴环十二烷组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份三亚磷酸和1-5份丙酸十八醇酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂是由1-2份乙氧基化烷基酸胺和0.5-1.5份乙氧基月桂酷胺组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述发泡剂是由1-3份十二烷基硫酸钠和2-4份三氯二氟甲烷组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 ,其特征在于:所述一种抗老化阻燃电缆护套配方 是由60份二甲基硅橡胶,25份甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,12份硼酸锌,8份六溴环十二烷,4份三亚磷酸,3份丙酸十八醇酯,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,1份乙氧基化烷基酸胺,1份乙氧基月桂酷胺,1份十二烷基硫酸钠和2份三氯二氟甲烷组成。
