Abstract

本发明公开了一种内饰板材及其制备方法,其制备方法即通过板材挤出机挤出压延成板材,配方包括如下质量份含量的各组份:聚氯乙烯(PVC)100份,蛭石粉5~50份,无机阻燃剂5~30份,增塑剂5~20份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~3份。本发明内饰板材,在保证轻量化的前提下,保温、隔音以及阻燃性能得到显著改善,且达到了零甲醛的标准。其制备方法简单、易实现产业化,同时可以在板材外表面涂覆或粘贴装饰膜或织布等以增加美观性,可用于室内装饰板材以及汽车内饰板材等领域。

一种内饰板材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板材领域,尤其涉及一种内饰板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,内饰板材一般为大理石、瓷砖、高分子塑料、木塑、实木等材质。由于环境资源的日益短缺,人们对于装饰板材的轻量化及保温、隔音、阻燃等要求越来越高,所以具备保温、阻燃等功能的装饰板材越来越受到大家的青睐。针对保温、阻燃等问题,厂家一般将高分子基体进行发泡以达到保温、隔音效果,掺杂无机阻燃剂以达到阻燃效果
本发明涉及一种内饰板材的制备,该方法在聚氯乙烯塑料内掺杂改性蛭石粉,制备复合板材用作内饰板材。本发明制备的内饰板材无甲醛、阻燃、保温、隔音,且综合力学性能稳定,在室内装饰板材以及汽车内饰板材领域有很好的应用前景。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于通过将聚氯乙烯与蛭石粉进行共混来制备内饰板材,并能有效应用于工业化生产中
基于上述目的,本发明制备的内饰板材,由以下原料按照各自重量份配比组成:聚氯乙烯(PVC)100份,蛭石粉5~50份,无机阻燃剂5~30份,增塑剂5~20份,硅烷偶联剂2~5份
优选的,所述的蛭石粉细度为300~400目,以325目最优
优选的,所述的聚氯乙烯为通用型PVC树脂
优选的,所述的无机阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝等阻燃剂中的一种或多种复配
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了如下技术方案,其包括如下步骤:步骤一:按既定用量称取各原料,即聚氯乙烯(PVC)100份,蛭石粉5~50份,无机阻燃剂5~30份,增塑剂5~20份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~3份;步骤二:将称取的蛭石粉、硅烷偶联剂置于高速混合机中搅拌10min左右制得改性蛭石粉;步骤三:将步骤二中的改性蛭石粉、聚氯乙烯、增塑剂置于高速混合机中混合均匀,于板材挤出机中挤出压延成板材
从上面所述可以看出,根据本发明提供的制备内饰板材的配方及制备方法所获得的内饰板材制品能够在保持轻量化的前提下,能够提升其保温、隔音及阻燃性能,且能达到零甲醛的标准。该板材配方也可通过双螺杆挤出造粒后通过其他加工方式制备成所需板材,以用于室内装饰板材以及汽车内饰板材等领域。此外,微量或者少量的功能性助剂,例如抗氧剂、着色剂、光稳定剂、热稳定剂等不会影响内饰板材的基本性能。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
称取蛭石粉30g、KH-550 1g在高速混合机中共混制备改性蛭石粉。将改性蛭石粉、100g聚氯乙烯、20g镁粉、10g三乙酸甘油酯混合后的样品在板材挤出机中挤出压延出10mm厚板材
实施例2
称取蛭石粉20g、KH-560 0.6g在高速混合机中共混制备改性蛭石粉。将改性蛭石粉、100g聚氯乙烯、30g镁粉、20g柠檬酸甘油酯混合后的样品在板材挤出机中挤出压延出5mm厚板材
实施例3
称取蛭石粉15g、KH-570 1.5g在高速混合机中共混制备改性蛭石粉。将改性蛭石粉、100g聚氯乙烯、30g镁粉、15g二乙酸甘油酯混合后的样品在板材挤出机中挤出压延出8mm厚板材
实施例4
称取蛭石粉40g、KH-550 1.5g在高速混合机中共混制备改性蛭石粉。将改性蛭石粉、100g聚氯乙烯、10g氢氧化铝、20g三油酸甘油酯混合后的样品在板材挤出机中挤出压延出10mm厚板材
由此可见,本发明提供的内饰板材及其制备方法具有以下优点:
(1)所述的内饰板材在阻燃、保温、隔音、轻量化方面提升显著,且达到了无甲醛的标准
(2)本发明所提供的内饰板材,既可通过板材挤出机挤出压延成板材,也可以通过挤出造粒后再加工的方式生产该装饰板材
(3)本发明所提供的内饰板材,所用的蛭石粉采购成本较低,且符合环保要求
(4)本发明提供的内饰板材的制备方法工艺简单、生产周期短、可在现有高分子材料加工设备上实施,易于实现产业化生产

Claims (7)

1.一种内饰板材,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分比的各组份:
聚氯乙烯(PVC) 100份
蛭石粉 5~50份
无机阻燃剂 5~30份
增塑剂 5~20份
硅烷偶联剂 0.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内饰板材,其特征在于,所述的蛭石粉细度为300~400目,以325目最优。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内饰板材,其特征在于,所述的无机阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝等阻燃剂中的一种或多种复配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内饰板材,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂包括三乙酸甘油酯、柠檬酸甘油酯等环保型增塑剂中的一种或多种复配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内饰板材,其特征在于,所述的硅烷偶联剂为KH-550、KH-560、KH-570等硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种复配。
6.根据权利要求1~5所述的内饰板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤一:按既定用量称取各原料,即聚氯乙烯(PVC)100份,蛭石粉5~50份,无机阻燃剂5~30份,增塑剂5~20份,硅烷偶联剂0.5~3份;步骤二:将称取的蛭石粉、硅烷偶联剂置于高速混合机中搅拌10min左右制得改性蛭石粉;步骤三:将步骤二中的改性蛭石粉、聚氯乙烯、增塑剂置于高速混合机中混合均匀,于板材挤出机中挤出压延成板材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的内饰板材,其特征在于,所述的板材厚度为0.5~30mm。
