技术领域
本发明涉及电力配网技术领域,具体为一种用于电力配网的新型放线装置。
背景技术
架空电力线路保护区,是为了保证已建架空电力线路的安全运行和保障人民生活的正常用电而必须设置的安全区域,在厂矿、城镇、集镇、村庄等人口密集地区,架空电力线路保护区为导线边线在最大计算风偏后的水平距离和风偏后距建筑物的水平安全距离之和所形成的两平行线内的区域。一般而言,高压电对人体的影响在于电击与电磁波,在高压电四周作业时,应有适度防护措施并保持安全距离,否则应先将高压电先行断电再施工,以免电击身亡。目前,高压布置线路时需要进行放线,放线的效果关系到工作的效率,传统的放线效果工作效率低,增加了工作人员的负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于电力配网的新型放线装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种用于电力配网的新型放线装置,包括车体、电动机、挡板、车轮,所述车体前方连接有连接板,所述连接板与所述车体之间设置有连接销,所述车体上方设置有所述电动机,所述电动机后方安装有所述挡板,两侧所述挡板之间安装有连接轴,所述电动机与所述连接轴之间连接有传送带,所述挡板外侧设置有所述踏板,所述踏板下方安装有所述车轮,所述挡板外侧圆心安装有摇把。上述结构中,将电线组件安装到所述挡板中间的所述连接轴上,将所述车体通过所述连接板连接在机车上,机车带动所述车体进行移动运输,放线效率大大提高,当需要精确放线时,工作人员可站在所述踏板上,通过控制所述摇把进行控制放线速度,这种放线装置,大大提高了放线的工作效率,降低了工作人员的负担。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于电力配网的新型放线装置,包括车体3、电动机4、挡板7、车轮10,所述车体3前方连接有连接板1,通过所述连接板1与机车连接,便于移动,所述连接板1与所述车体3之间设置有连接销2,连接所述车体3与所述连接板1,所述车体3上方设置有所述电动机4,旋转转动产生动力,所述电动机4后方安装有所述挡板7,挡住高压线,两侧所述挡板7之间安装有连接轴6,连接两侧的所述挡板7,所述电动机4与所述连接轴6之间连接有传送带5,传递动力,所述挡板7外侧设置有所述踏板9,方便工作人员进行操作,所述踏板9下方安装有所述车轮10,所述挡板7外侧圆心安装有摇把8,可以手动通过所述摇把8控制所述挡板7的旋转。
上述结构中,将电线组件安装到所述挡板7中间的所述连接轴6上,将所述车体3通过所述连接板1连接在机车上,机车带动所述车体3进行移动运输,放线效率大大提高,当需要精确放线时,工作人员可站在所述踏板9上,通过控制所述摇把8进行控制放线速度,这种放线装置,大大提高了放线的工作效率,降低了工作人员的负担。
