一种多层结构复合高速钢,其特点是:包括钼丝网,所述钼丝网为横条状立体骨架结构,在钼丝网表面横条上设有一层高速钢层,在所述高速钢的下层横条内设有三层低合金高速钢,在所述低合金高速钢下层通过粘结层设有三层金属陶瓷层,在所述金属陶瓷层下层横条内设有一层高速钢,所述上下两层高速钢层的厚度均为6mm。与现有技术相比,本发明通过结合了高速钢的良好韧性,又有了钼硬质高耐磨性,进一步提升了材料的磨损寿命,还可根据零件的需要,变换钼丝网的结构,通过上表面和下表面设置高速钢节省了材料并且能够正常发挥作用,金属陶瓷层进一步的增大了整个复合高速钢的硬度,使之应用更为广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速钢,特别是一种多层结构复合高速钢。
背景技术
高速钢是一种具有高硬度、高耐磨性和高耐热性的工具钢,又称高速工具钢或锋钢,俗称白钢,高速钢的工艺性能好,强度和韧性配合好,因此主要用来制造复杂的薄刃和耐冲击的金属切削刀具,也可制造高温轴承和冷挤压模具等。
作为机械制造业中关键的切削技术,随着现代材料科学技术的发展也得到了飞速提升。目前,已经出现了许多超硬工具材料在切削速度、效率及切削难加工材料方面,显著优于高速钢且高速钢使用寿命短,但是高速钢的硬度坚韧度是无法代替的,作为刀具来讲,用于切割的部分只限于刀锋,因此,整个的使用高速钢存在容易断裂,切削速度慢,以及浪费材料,增大成本的缺点,因此,市面上急需一种可以克服以上问题的复合高速钢。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种多层结构复合高速钢。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种多层结构复合高速钢,其特点是:包括钼丝网,所述钼丝网为横条状立体骨架结构,在钼丝网表面横条上设有一层高速钢层,在所述高速钢的下层横条内设有三层低合金高速钢,在所述低合金高速钢下层通过粘结层设有三层金属陶瓷层,在所述金属陶瓷层下层横条内设有一层高速钢,所述上下两层高速钢层的厚度均为6mm。
本发明一种多层结构复合高速钢,进一步优选的技术方案特征是:
1、所述的钼丝网中钼丝直径为0.1mm;
2、所述钼丝网为单层,钼丝间距为0.2mm;
3、所述粘接层为高温陶瓷胶;
4、所述多层结构复合高速钢的上表面和下表面涂有类金刚石涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过结合了高速钢的良好韧性,又有了钼硬质高耐磨性,进一步提升了材料的磨损寿命,还可根据零件的需要,变换钼丝网的结构,通过上表面和下表面设置高速钢节省了材料并且能够正常发挥作用,金属陶瓷层进一步的增大了整个复合高速钢的硬度,使之应用更为广泛。

实施例1,参照图1,一种多层结构复合高速钢,其特点是:包括钼丝网1,所述钼丝网1为横条状立体骨架结构,在钼丝网1表面横条上设有一层高速钢层2,在所述高速钢2的下层横条内设有三层低合金高速钢3,在所述低合金高速钢3下层通过粘结层4设有三层金属陶瓷层5,在所述金属陶瓷层5下层横条内设有一层高速钢6,所述上下两层高速钢层的厚度均为6mm。
实施例2,实施例1所述的一种多层结构复合高速钢中:所述的钼丝网1中钼丝直径为0.1mm。
实施例3,实施例1所述的一种多层结构复合高速钢中:所述钼丝网1编织成单层,钼丝间距为0.2mm。
实施例4,实施例1所述的一种多层结构复合高速钢中:所述粘接层4为高温陶瓷胶。
实施例5,实施例1所述的一种多层结构复合高速钢中:所述多层结构复合高速钢的上表面和下表面涂有类金刚石涂层。
实施例6,用0.1mm钼丝编织钼丝网,钼丝间距为0.2mm;钼丝网1按落料衬板长度和一半高度规格裁剪成矩形;把矩形钼丝网进行酸洗;把裁剪好的钼丝网1多层叠加,冶炼高速钢,得到液态高速钢;采用重力铸造方法把液态高速钢浇入上下两格,将低合金高速钢浇入下面3格,冷却后用胶粘方式粘金属陶瓷。

1.一种多层结构复合高速钢,其特征在于:包括钼丝网,所述钼丝网为横条状立体骨架结构,在钼丝网表面横条上设有一层高速钢层,在所述高速钢的下层横条内设有三层低合金高速钢,在所述低合金高速钢下层通过粘结层设有三层金属陶瓷层,在所述金属陶瓷层下层横条内设有一层高速钢,所述上下两层高速钢层的厚度均为6mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层结构复合高速钢,其特征在于:所述的钼丝网中钼丝直径为0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层结构复合高速钢,其特征在于:所述钼丝网为单层,钼丝间距为0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层结构复合高速钢,其特征在于:所述粘接层为高温陶瓷胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多层结构复合高速钢,其特征在于:所述多层结构复合高速钢的上表面和下表面涂有类金刚石涂层。
