本实用新型涉及一种新结构金刚石复合片。 
背景技术
金刚石复合片,是一种金刚石和硬质合金基体组成的复合材料,广泛应用于石油钻井、地质勘探、煤田钻采钻头上和机械加工工具等行业。传统的金刚石复合片钻头钻进时,切削刃受到极大的冲击,使金刚石烧结体严重受损,以致报废。如果是在硬岩层中钻进,切削刃的磨耗也很严重,这就是以往圆片形金刚石复合片的最大缺点。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服以上缺陷提供一种多结构、实用性强、实用周期长的金刚石复合片。 
技术方案: 
一种新结构金刚石复合片,由下基座,金刚石烧结体,上基座三层构成,所述下基座为硬质合金体,金刚石烧结体涂覆于下基座的端面上,上基座为高强度合金,涂覆于金刚石烧结体的端面上,三者经过超高温烧结而紧密衔接。 
所述的新结构金刚石复合片为圆柱体。 
通过对传统金刚石复合片机构上的改进,由传统的两层架构增加到三层结构,即通过在金刚石烧结体上增加上基座来达到改进效果。 
金刚石复合片是由金刚石微粉和硬质合金体组成的复合片增加上基座,上基座的作用在于防止金刚石烧结体龟裂,它使用粘结强度大韧性高的金属或合金;下基座的作用在于支撑增强金刚石烧结体并易于钎焊到钻头上,它使用刚性大,强度高的合金较为理想。 
此种金刚石复合片钎焊成钻头后,金刚石烧结体夹在中间,只露出上基座。开钻后,金刚石烧结体是在上基座磨耗后才显露钻进的。在钻进过程中,金刚石烧结体仅露出钻进所需要的切削刃,其它部分仍被上基座覆盖,即使切削刃因巨大的冲击而受损、龟裂,也不会波及到上基座覆盖的部分,增加的上基座结构有效了金刚石烧结体,延长了复合片的整体使用寿命。 
金刚石复合片的金刚石烧结体通常为0.5-3.0mm,如果上基座厚度大于3mm,就会影响金刚石复合片钻进过程中的排粉,下基座的厚度可以超过金刚石烧结体的厚度。 
有益效果: 
本实用新型的新结构金刚石复合片,上基座耐冲击,下基座刚性大,强度高,新结构延长了复合片的使用寿命。

1.一种新结构金刚石复合片,由下基座,金刚石烧结体,上基座三层构成,其特征在于:所述下基座为硬质合金体,金刚石烧结体涂覆于下基座的端面上,上基座为高强度合金,涂覆于金刚石烧结体的端面上,三者经过超高温烧结而紧密衔接。
