本发明公开了一种4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置,包括标配的旋风收集器,所述旋风收集器通过回风管连通分级机,所述回风管与分级机的连通段的管径为¢430mm,回风管与旋风收集器的连通段的管径为¢700mm,回风管中间段的管径为¢600mm;所述旋风收集器的进料口口径扩大为¢700mm,旋风收集器的出风口口径扩大为¢810mm。本发明在采用标配的分级机和旋风收集器的基础上,将分级机和旋风收集器之间连通的回风管进行管径扩张,并适应性增大旋风收集器的进料口口径和出风口口径,可以此获得意想不到的产量增收效果。

4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置
技术领域
本发明涉及磨粉机,具体为一种4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置。
背景技术
雷蒙机是一种矿粉加工的传统粉磨设备,产品的细度变化在120目~325目之间,可在运转过程中进行产品细度与产量的调节作业。
根据磨辊的数量分类,雷蒙机有3R、4R和5R三种系列,其中4R和5R雷蒙机比较常用,进一步根据磨辊的尺寸大小分类,常用的4R雷蒙机机型有4R3216,常用的5R雷蒙机机型有5R4119或更大的5R5119。
根据产量,4R3216每小时生产4.0吨~6.3吨120目的矿粉,3.0吨~5.0吨200目的矿粉,1.5吨~3.5吨325目的矿粉;而5R4119每小时生产4.0吨~8.0吨120目的矿粉,3.0吨~7.0吨200目的矿粉,1.5吨~5.0吨325目的矿粉。
对应于不同的机型,各系列雷蒙机配置有标配的分级机和旋风收集器以及分级机和旋风收集器的回风管路,例如,4R3216雷蒙机收集器的回风管路直径约为¢430,5R4119雷蒙机收集器的回风管路直径约为¢630。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置,通过改变标配的旋风收集器的回风管路来提高产量。
本发明4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置,其技术方案包括标配的旋风收集器,所述旋风收集器通过回风管连通分级机,所不同的是所述回风管与分级机的连通段的管径为¢430mm,回风管与旋风收集器的连通段的管径为¢700mm,回风管中间段的管径为¢600mm;与回风管扩大的管径相适应,所述旋风收集器的进料口口径扩大为¢700mm,旋风收集器的出风口口径扩大为¢810mm。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置在采用标配的分级机和旋风收集器的基础上,将分级机和旋风收集器之间连通的回风管进行管径扩张,并适应性增大旋风收集器的进料口口径和出风口口径,可以此获得意想不到的产量增收效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置包括标准配置的旋风收集器1和回风管2,所述回风管2连通分级机的出料口和旋风收集器1的进料口,如图1所示。
沿分级机向旋风收集器1的粉体走向,所述回风管2的管径分为三个不同管径段,分别为¢430mm管径段、¢600mm管径段和¢700mm管径段,其中¢430mm管径段连通分级机的出料口,¢700mm管径段连通旋风收集器1的进料口,标配的旋风收集器1的进料口口径应在原有基础上扩大为¢700mm,如图1所示。
随着回风管2的管径扩张,还需相应扩张回风管2的回风量,采取的措施为将标配的旋风收集器的出风口口径在原有基础上扩大为¢810mm,如图1所示。

1.4R雷蒙机粉体收集装置,包括标配的旋风收集器(1),所述旋风收集器(1)通过回风管(2)连通分级机,其特征在于:所述回风管(2)与分级机的连通段的管径为¢430mm,回风管(2)与旋风收集器的连通段的管径为¢700mm,回风管(2)中间段的管径为¢600mm;所述旋风收集器(1)的进料口口径扩大为¢700mm,旋风收集器(1)的出风口口径扩大为¢810mm。
