甲状腺功能低减症(简称甲减)是由各种原因引起血清甲状腺激素缺乏或作用发生抵抗,而表现出的一组临床综合病征,包括机体代谢、各个系统的功能低减和水盐代谢等障碍。主要原因为自身免疫、甲状腺手术和甲状腺机能亢进症131I 治疗等,占全部甲减的95% 以上,近年来原发性甲减发病率越来越高,现代医学主要用甲状腺素替代终身治疗本病,虽然使绝大多数患者受益,但长期服药可能导致的多种副作用不可忽视,如严重的心律失常、心绞痛及心力衰竭和骨质疏松症等,本发明提供一种治疗继发性甲状腺功能减退的中药组合物,根据中医学理论,使用中国传统的中草药为原料,通过临床试验反复验证配置而成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种治疗效果好、副作用小的治疗甲状腺功能减退症的中药组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种治疗甲状腺功能减退症的中药组合物,所述的组合物由以下按重--量份的原料制得:韭菜籽28-32份,月季花13-17份,九节菖蒲18-22份,黄芪18-22份,夏枯草18-22份,楮实子10-14份,小茴香10-14份,虻虫13-17份,炙甘草2-4份。
所述的治疗甲状腺功能减退症的中药组合物由以下按重量份的原料制得:韭菜籽30份,月季花15份,九节菖蒲20份,黄芪20份,夏枯草20份,楮实子12份,小茴香12份,虻虫15份,炙甘草3份。

本发明具有以下优点:本发明基于传统中医理论,参考现代药理研究成果,按中药配伍原则制成,具有治疗甲状腺功能减退症效果突出,疗效显著、能够真正治标治本,不会复发,本发明具有原料丰富、价格低廉、用药安全、使用效果好的优点。
本发明的各原料药的药理药性分析如下:
1)韭菜籽: 成熟种子呈扁卵形或半卵形,长2~4毫米,宽1.5~3毫米,表面呈黑色,一面突起,粗糙,有细密网状皱纹,另一面微凹,皱纹不显。顶端钝,基部略尖,可见一点状突起的种脐。质硬,气特异,味微辛。以色黑、子粒饱满、无杂质者为佳。
性味归经;辛,甘,温。 归肾,肝经。
功能主治:温补肝肾,壮阳固精,暖腰膝。
2)月季花:直立灌木,小叶片宽卵形至卵状长圆形,边缘有锐锯齿,两面近无毛,上面暗绿色,常带光泽,下面颜色较浅,花几朵集生,稀单生,萼片卵形,稀全缘;花瓣重瓣至半重瓣,红色、粉红色至白色,倒卵形,先端有凹缺,基部楔形;花柱离生,伸出萼筒口外,约与雄蕊等长。果卵球形或梨形,长1-2厘米,红色,萼片脱落。性味归经:味甘、性温,入肝经。
功能主治:善于疏肝解郁调畅气血而活血调,祛瘀、行气、止痛作用明显。
3)九节菖蒲:多年生草本。根茎芳香,粗2-5毫米,外部淡褐色,节间长3-5毫米,根肉质,具多数须根,根茎上部分枝甚密,植株因而成丛生状,分枝常被纤维状宿存叶基。叶无柄,叶片薄,基部两侧膜质叶鞘宽可达5毫米,上延几达叶片中部,渐狭,脱落;叶片暗绿色,线形,长20-30(50)厘米,基部对折,中部以上平展,宽7-13毫米,先端渐狭,无中肋,平行脉多数,稍隆起。花序柄腋生,长4-15厘米,三棱形。叶状佛焰苞长13-25厘米,为肉穗花序长的2-5倍或更长,稀近等长;肉穗花序圆柱状,长(2.5)4-6.5(8.5)厘米,粗4-7毫米,上部渐尖,直立或稍弯。花白色。成熟果序长7-8厘米,粗可达1厘米。幼果绿色,成熟时黄绿色或黄白色。花果期2-6月。
性味归经:辛;温。归心、胃经。
功能主治:开窍化痰,醒脾安神。用于热病神昏,癫痫,耳鸣耳聋,胸闷腹胀,食欲不振;外治痈疽疮癣。
4)黄芪:黄芪是多年生高大草本植物,属于豆科。夏季开花,结荚果。根很长,一般采挖4年以上的根。除去地上茎叶及须根,晾干后截成一二尺长收藏或切片药用。在秋季采收的黄芪含微量元素硒(Se)较多,因而质量较好。黄芪的茎叶营养丰富,是牲畜的优良饲料。
性味归经辛:味甘微温。
功能主治: 黄芪具有补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌的功效。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚萎黄,内热消渴。
5)夏枯草:别名:麦穗夏枯草、铁线夏枯草(云南丛书),麦夏枯、铁线夏枯(滇南本草),夕句、乃东(本经)等;为多年生草本植物,匍匐根茎,节上生须根。茎高达30厘米,基部多分枝,浅紫色。花萼钟形,花丝略扁平,花柱纤细,先端裂片钻形,外弯。花盘近平顶。小坚果黄褐色,花期4-6月,果期7-10月。
性味与归经:苦、辛,寒。归肝、胆经。
功能与主治:清泄肝火、散结消肿、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、凉血止血。用于淋巴结核、甲状腺肿、乳痈、头目眩晕、口眼歪斜、筋骨疼痛、肺结核、血崩、带下、急性传染性黄疸型肝炎及细菌性痢疾等。
6)楮实子:干燥果实呈卵圆形至宽卵形,顶端渐尖,长2~2.5毫米,直径1.5~2毫米。外表面黄红色至黄棕色,粗糙,具细皱纹。一侧具凹下的沟纹,另一侧显著隆起,呈脊纹状,基部具残留的果柄,剥落果皮后可见白色充满油脂的胚体。气弱,味淡而有油腻感,以色红、子老、无杂质者为佳。
性味与归经:性寒,味甘。归肝,脾、肾经。
功能与主治:补肾清肝、明目、利尿。用于腰膝酸软、虚劳骨蒸、砂晕目昏、目生翳膜、水肿胀满。
7)小茴香:小茴香含有丰富的维生素B1、B2、C、PP、胡萝卜素以及纤维素,导致它具有特殊的香辛气味的是茴香油,可以刺激肠胃的神经血管,具有健胃理气的功效。
性味与归经:味辛性温。
功能与主治:具有行气止痛,健胃散寒的功效;主治胃寒痛、小腹冷痛、痛经、腹胁痛、疝痛、睾丸鞘膜积液、血吸虫病等。
8)虻虫炙:干燥的虫体呈长椭圆形,长l.3-1.7cm,宽5-10mm。头部呈黑褐色,复眼大多已经脱落;胸部黑褐色,背面呈壳状而光亮,翅长超过尾部,胸部下面突出,灰色,有5条明显黑灰纵带,具足3对,多碎断。腹部棕黄色,有明显的白斑,有6个体节。
性味与归经:味苦;微咸;性凉;有毒。归肝经。
功能与主治:逐瘀,破积,通经。治症瘕,积聚,少腹蓄血,血滞经闭,扑损瘀血。
9)甘草:甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。对人体很好的一种药,药用部位是根及根茎,药材性状根呈圆柱形,长25~100厘米,直径0.6~3.5厘米。外皮松紧不一,表面红棕色或灰棕色。根茎呈圆柱形,表面有芽痕,断面中部有髓。气微,味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
性味与归经:性甘,平,无毒。归脾、胃、肺经。
功能与主治:益气补中;缓急止痛;润肺止咳;泻火解毒;调和诸药。主倦怠食少;肌瘦面黄;心悸气短;腹痛便溏;四肢挛急疼痛;脏躁;咳嗽气喘;咽喉肿痛;痈疮肿痛;小儿胎毒;及药物、食物中毒。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。

本发明在具体实施时,治疗甲状腺功能减退症以下按重量份的原料制得:韭菜籽30份,月季花15份,九节菖蒲20份,黄芪20份,夏枯草20份,楮实子12份,小茴香12份,虻虫15份,炙甘草3份。
