技术领域
本发明涉及一种雨生红球藻饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)是继螺旋藻、小球藻之后发现的一种富含营养价值和药用价值的薇藻。雨生红球藻中含有大量藻蓝蛋白、β-胡萝卜素,其中虾青素的含量占细胞干重的1.5%~3.0%,被看作是天然虾青素的“浓缩品”。由于天然虾青素具有超强的抗氧化活性,其抗氧化能力是维生素E的550~1000倍,被称为“超级维生素 E”,同时还具有抗炎功能,被誉为“没有副作用的激素”。
2010年我国卫生部规定将雨生红球藻列为新资源食品,可不限量食用。最新研究表明,天然虾青素在保护肝脏和神经系统方面有突出效果,具有调节免疫、缓解疲劳之功效。但国内外未见以雨生红球藻为原料制备饮料,也无相关专利公开。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种雨生红球藻饮料,一种雨生红球藻饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:雨生红球藻30、鸡蛋350、食用醋600、大蒜汁300、姜汁300、柠檬汁200、苹果汁950、山竹汁100、三七粉90、蜂蜜350、冰糖100。
雨生红球藻饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方将鸡蛋和食用醋混合,搅拌均匀,用80目网过滤后备用,将大蒜汁、姜汁、柠檬汁、苹果汁、山竹汁混合一起,搅拌均匀备用,将以上两种混合液体,混合搅拌均匀,放在反应釜加温至52度,保温48小时,发酵完成,放入容器,按照配方依次加入雨生红球藻粉、三七粉和蜂蜜冰糖粉,搅拌均匀后灌装,压蓋,巴氏消毒,贴标,打码,装箱入库。
所述雨生红球藻粉的制备方法为:将含虾青素为0.05%~4.0%的红球藻经干燥处理至水分含量<5%,然后粉碎成粒度为60~120目的粉状物; 取步骤粒度为60~120目的粉状物通过破壁机进一步破壁处理,得到粒度为1000~3000目、破壁率为75%~95%的红球藻粉。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种雨生红球藻饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:雨生红球藻30、鸡蛋350、食用醋600、大蒜汁300、姜汁300、柠檬汁200、苹果汁950、山竹汁100、三七粉90、蜂蜜350、冰糖100。
雨生红球藻饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配方将鸡蛋和食用醋混合,搅拌均匀,用80目网过滤后备用,将大蒜汁、姜汁、柠檬汁、苹果汁、山竹汁混合一起,搅拌均匀备用,将以上两种混合液体,混合搅拌均匀,放在反应釜加温至52度,保温48小时,发酵完成,放入容器,按照配方依次加入雨生红球藻粉、三七粉和蜂蜜冰糖粉,搅拌均匀后灌装,压蓋,巴氏消毒,贴标,打码,装箱入库。

本配方主要来自各种食材,各种单一的食材对人体只能是一种食品 没有什么功能。而一但合理配合 所起的功效不可想像 而本配方経过三年多的试验。对癌症有较好的治疗效果 优其对肺癌效果明显。如山东工人报社社长刘某某2016年3月在查体中发现肺癌。 用此配方食用一个月病情稳定。坚持吃此配方食品第二个月肿块减小三分之一。吃到第六个月肿块结巴 现在坚持食用此配方。傷巴在慢慢減小。臉色由黒变白。看起来年轻了好几岁。现在己经正常上班。类似这样这样的案例有十几个。

1.一种雨生红球藻饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:
雨生红球藻30、鸡蛋350、食用醋600、大蒜汁300、姜汁300、柠檬汁200、苹果汁950、山竹汁100、三七粉90、蜂蜜350、冰糖100。
2.权利要求1所述的雨生红球藻饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按配方将鸡蛋和食用醋混合,搅拌均匀,用80目网过滤后备用,将大蒜汁、姜汁、柠檬汁、苹果汁、山竹汁混合一起,搅拌均匀备用,将以上两种混合液体,混合搅拌均匀,放在反应釜加温至52度,保温48小时,发酵完成,放入容器,按照配方依次加入雨生红球藻粉、三七粉和蜂蜜冰糖粉,搅拌均匀后灌装,压蓋,巴氏消毒,贴标,打码,装箱入库。
