本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,各种富贵病或者是亚健康已经开始渐渐成为人类的隐患,各种医药品的消耗也逐年增加,然而医药带来效果的同时,也带来了很多副作用,在这样的背景下,保健品逐渐出现在市场上。
螺旋藻,亦称“节旋藻”,蓝藻纲,颤藻科。螺旋藻是一种古老的生物,根据科研考察发现,天然螺旋藻在地球上已生存了35亿年之久,这也是人类迄今为止所发现的含营养素成分最多的食物。螺旋藻营养成分的特点是蛋白质含量高,螺旋藻干粉的蛋白质含量高达60%~72%,相当于大豆的1.7倍、小麦的6倍、玉米的9.3倍、鸡肉的3.1倍、牛肉的3.5倍、鱼肉的3.7倍、猪肉的7倍、蛋类的4.6倍、全脂奶粉的2.9倍;螺旋藻富含维生素B1、B2、B3、B6、B12及维生素E等,它是维生素B12和β-胡萝卜素含量最高的食品;螺旋藻含有全部人体必需氨基酸,赖氨酸含量高达4%~4.8%,与动植物源食品相比最接近联合国粮农组织的推荐标准,而且组成均衡人体对其吸收利用率特别高;螺旋藻富含人体所需的矿物质,钙、磷、镁、铁、钠、锰、锌、钾、氯等约占藻体中矿物质总量的9%,其中铁含量为一般含铁食物的20倍,钙含量是牛奶的10倍。此外,螺旋藻所含的类脂几乎全都是重要的不饱和脂肪酸类,胆固醇含量极微。由于螺旋藻富含高营养成分很快受到人们的喜爱,因此,将螺旋藻与其它组分复合制备一种能够增强人体免疫力的保健饮品是非常有意义的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品,按重量份数计,其原料包括:螺旋藻30~38份、黑加仑20~25份、蜂胶液12~18份、猪苓10~15份、漏芦9~13份、草菇16~22份、液体木糖醇5~8份和番茄红素0.5~1.5份。
优选地,一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品,按重量份数计,其原料包括:螺旋藻35份、黑加仑22份、蜂胶液15份、猪苓12份、漏芦11份、草菇18份、液体木糖醇6份和番茄红素1份。
在所述的螺旋藻保健饮品的原料配方中:
螺旋藻中的藻多糖和藻蓝蛋白均能增强骨髓细胞的增殖活力,促进胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官的生长和促进血清蛋白的生物合成,能够起到免疫增强、抗肿瘤、防癌抑癌以及抗辐射的作用;螺旋藻多糖、镁、铬等多种降糖物质,可通过多种途径(如促进胰岛素分泌、减缓糖吸收、促进物质代谢,抗氧化等)调节血糖代谢;螺旋藻里的γ-亚麻酸可以降低人体所含的胆固醇,从而有效降低高血压和预防心脏病;
黑加仑中富含维生素C和生物类黄酮,生物类黄酮具有抗生素和抑制细菌的作用,可增强抵抗传染病的能力,增强人体的免疫力,对毛细血管的脆性和渗透性有改善作用,能降低血清胆固醇,降低动脉硬化程度,使变脆的血管软化变薄,改善血管的通透性,能预防动脉粥样硬化;此外,黑加仑与螺旋藻一样含有γ-亚麻酸,具有抑制血小板聚集、降低血压、软化血管、降低血脂、预防和治疗心脏血管疾病的作用;
蜂胶液能够起到护肤养颜、抗病毒抗感冒,并能增强肠道的吸收能力,使肠道排便顺畅;
猪苓中富含猪苓多糖,对提高免疫力具有显著功效,同时能起到抗毒、抗肿瘤和抗辐射的作用,此外,猪苓还具有利尿治水肿的功效;
漏芦,《本经》:皮肤热毒,恶疮疽痔,湿痹,下乳汁,久服轻身益气,耳目聪明,不老延年;《本草纲目》:漏芦,下乳汁、消热毒、排脓、止血、生肌、杀虫,故东垣以为手、足阳明药,而古方治痈疽发背,以漏芦汤为首称也;漏芦中含有漏芦甾酮,能起到增强免疫的作用;
草菇富含维生素C,可促进新陈代谢,加速伤口愈合,草菇中含有的异蛋白可抑制癌细胞生长,主要用于消化道肿瘤;能增强肝、肾的活力,保护肝脏功能,增强机体免疫力,减少体内胆固醇含量,对预防高血压、冠心病有很好的疗效,有解毒、滋阴壮阳、抗坏血病和健胃的功效;
液体木糖醇作为一种功能性甜味剂,能参与人体代谢,进入血液后,不需胰岛素就能透入细胞而且代谢速度快,是一种健康营养的食品添加剂;
番茄红素具有抗氧化、抑制突变、降低核酸损伤、减少心血管疾病及预防癌症等多种保健功能。
上述这些组分通过合理的科学配比,进行成分的合理搭配,其各成分之间相互配合、相互促进,起到功能性的协调作用,对人体具有显著的保健效果。
如上所述的增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)螺旋藻提取液的制备:将螺旋藻烘干后,粉碎成螺旋藻粉,往螺旋藻粉中加入15~20倍重量的水,搅拌均匀后,将所得螺旋藻浆液送入均质机进行均质处理,压力为26.5~29MPa,温度为60℃;调节均质处理后螺旋藻浆液的pH为6~7,加入木瓜蛋白酶,加入量为螺旋藻浆液重量的1%,在55~65℃下保温1.5~2小时,随后升温至95℃灭酶20分钟,随后将温度降至室温;将上述所得的螺旋藻浆液在转速3500~4000r/min下离心15~20分钟,所得上清液为螺旋藻提取液;
(2)精选黑加仑,洗净并去除杂质后,将其置于压榨机中压榨,过滤后得到黑加仑汁液,备用;
(3)取猪苓和漏芦,分别加入其各自10倍重量的75wt%的乙醇溶液,于60~80℃温度下浸提1~2小时,浸提两次,过滤,往所得的猪苓滤渣和漏芦滤渣中分别加入其各自10倍重量的水,煮沸,提取1.5小时,过滤,合并3次提取液分别得猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液;
(4)精选草菇,洗净并去除杂质,加入20倍重量的水,煮沸后浸提2小时,过滤得到草菇过滤液;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的螺旋藻提取液、步骤(2)得到的黑加仑汁液、步骤(3)制得的猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液以及步骤(4)得到的草菇滤液混合,并加入蜂胶液、液体木糖醇和番茄红素,将所得混合液于膜浓缩设备中浓缩至相对密度为1.05~1.15;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液在121℃杀菌处理20分钟,制得所述螺旋藻保健饮品。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明营养物质含量极高,富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素C和人体所需的矿物质,并且脂肪和固醇类物质含量低,是一种养生保健佳品,具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、防癌抑癌以及抗辐射的作用,对降低血压、软化血管、降低血脂、预防和治疗心脏血管疾病都有很好的效果,同时促进新陈代谢、润肠通便、护肤养颜。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品,按重量份数计,其原料包括:螺旋藻30份、黑加仑20份、蜂胶液12份、猪苓10份、漏芦9份、草菇16份、液体木糖醇5份和番茄红素0.5份。
所述的增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)螺旋藻提取液的制备:将螺旋藻烘干后,粉碎成螺旋藻粉,往螺旋藻粉中加入15倍重量的水,搅拌均匀后,将所得螺旋藻浆液送入均质机进行均质处理,压力为26.5MPa,温度为60℃;调节均质处理后螺旋藻浆液的pH为6,加入木瓜蛋白酶,加入量为螺旋藻浆液重量的1%,在55℃下保温2小时,随后升温至95℃灭酶20分钟,随后将温度降至室温;将上述所得的螺旋藻浆液在转速3500r/min下离心20分钟,所得上清液为螺旋藻提取液;
(2)精选黑加仑,洗净并去除杂质后,将其置于压榨机中压榨,过滤后得到黑加仑汁液,备用;
(3)取猪苓和漏芦,分别加入其各自10倍重量的75wt%的乙醇溶液,于80℃温度下浸提1小时,浸提两次,过滤,往所得的猪苓滤渣和漏芦滤渣中分别加入其各自10倍重量的水,煮沸,提取1.5小时,过滤,合并3次提取液分别得猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液;
(4)精选草菇,洗净并去除杂质,加入20倍重量的水,煮沸后浸提2小时,过滤得到草菇过滤液;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的螺旋藻提取液、步骤(2)得到的黑加仑汁液、步骤(3)制得的猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液以及步骤(4)得到的草菇滤液混合,并加入蜂胶液、液体木糖醇和番茄红素,将所得混合液于膜浓缩设备中浓缩至相对密度为1.05;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液在121℃杀菌处理20分钟,制得所述螺旋藻保健饮品。
实施例2
一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品,按重量份数计,其原料包括:螺旋藻35份、黑加仑22份、蜂胶液15份、猪苓12份、漏芦11份、草菇18份、液体木糖醇6份和番茄红素1份。
所述的增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)螺旋藻提取液的制备:将螺旋藻烘干后,粉碎成螺旋藻粉,往螺旋藻粉中加入18倍重量的水,搅拌均匀后,将所得螺旋藻浆液送入均质机进行均质处理,压力为28MPa,温度为60℃;调节均质处理后螺旋藻浆液的pH为6.5,加入木瓜蛋白酶,加入量为螺旋藻浆液重量的1%,在60℃下保温2小时,随后升温至95℃灭酶20分钟,随后将温度降至室温;将上述所得的螺旋藻浆液在转速3800r/min下离心18分钟,所得上清液为螺旋藻提取液;
(2)精选黑加仑,洗净并去除杂质后,将其置于压榨机中压榨,过滤后得到黑加仑汁液,备用;
(3)取猪苓和漏芦,分别加入其各自10倍重量的75wt%的乙醇溶液,于70℃温度下浸提1.5小时,浸提两次,过滤,往所得的猪苓滤渣和漏芦滤渣中分别加入其各自10倍重量的水,煮沸,提取1.5小时,过滤,合并3次提取液分别得猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液;
(4)精选草菇,洗净并去除杂质,加入20倍重量的水,煮沸后浸提2小时,过滤得到草菇过滤液;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的螺旋藻提取液、步骤(2)得到的黑加仑汁液、步骤(3)制得的猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液以及步骤(4)得到的草菇滤液混合,并加入蜂胶液、液体木糖醇和番茄红素,将所得混合液于膜浓缩设备中浓缩至相对密度为1.08;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液在121℃杀菌处理20分钟,制得所述螺旋藻保健饮品。
实施例3
一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品,按重量份数计,其原料包括:螺旋藻38份、黑加仑25份、蜂胶液18份、猪苓15份、漏芦13份、草菇22份、液体木糖醇8份和番茄红素1.5份。
如上所述的增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)螺旋藻提取液的制备:将螺旋藻烘干后,粉碎成螺旋藻粉,往螺旋藻粉中加入20倍重量的水,搅拌均匀后,将所得螺旋藻浆液送入均质机进行均质处理,压力为29MPa,温度为60℃;调节均质处理后螺旋藻浆液的pH为7,加入木瓜蛋白酶,加入量为螺旋藻浆液重量的1%,在65℃下保温2小时,随后升温至95℃灭酶20分钟,随后将温度降至室温;将上述所得的螺旋藻浆液在转速4000r/min下离心15分钟,所得上清液为螺旋藻提取液;
(2)精选黑加仑,洗净并去除杂质后,将其置于压榨机中压榨,过滤后得到黑加仑汁液,备用;
(3)取猪苓和漏芦,分别加入其各自10倍重量的75wt%的乙醇溶液,于60℃温度下浸提2小时,浸提两次,过滤,往所得的猪苓滤渣和漏芦滤渣中分别加入其各自10倍重量的水,煮沸,提取1.5小时,过滤,合并3次提取液分别得猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液;
(4)精选草菇,洗净并去除杂质,加入20倍重量的水,煮沸后浸提2小时,过滤得到草菇过滤液;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的螺旋藻提取液、步骤(2)得到的黑加仑汁液、步骤(3)制得的猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液以及步骤(4)得到的草菇滤液混合,并加入蜂胶液、液体木糖醇和番茄红素,将所得混合液于膜浓缩设备中浓缩至相对密度为1.15;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液在121℃杀菌处理20分钟,制得所述螺旋藻保健饮品。

(1)螺旋藻提取液的制备:将螺旋藻烘干后,粉碎成螺旋藻粉,往螺旋藻粉中加入15~20倍重量的水,搅拌均匀后,将所得螺旋藻浆液送入均质机进行均质处理;调节均质处理后螺旋藻浆液的pH为6~7,加入木瓜蛋白酶,加入量为螺旋藻浆液重量的1%,在55~65℃下保温1.5~2小时,随后升温至95℃灭酶20分钟,随后将温度降至室温;将上述所得的螺旋藻浆液离心,所得上清液为螺旋藻提取液;
(2)精选黑加仑,洗净并去除杂质后,将其置于压榨机中压榨,过滤后得到黑加仑汁液,备用;
(3)取猪苓和漏芦,分别加入其各自10倍重量的75wt%的乙醇溶液,于60~80℃温度下浸提1~2小时,浸提两次,过滤,往所得的猪苓滤渣和漏芦滤渣中分别加入其各自10倍重量的水,煮沸,提取1.5小时,过滤,合并3次提取液分别得猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液;
(4)精选草菇,洗净并去除杂质,加入20倍重量的水,煮沸后浸提2小时,过滤得到草菇过滤液;
(5)将步骤(1)制得的螺旋藻提取液、步骤(2)得到的黑加仑汁液、步骤(3)制得的猪苓提取液和漏芦提取液以及步骤(4)得到的草菇滤液混合,并加入蜂胶液、液体木糖醇和番茄红素,将所得混合液于膜浓缩设备中浓缩至相对密度为1.05~1.15;
(6)将步骤(5)所得混合液进行杀菌处理,制得所述螺旋藻保健饮品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种增强免疫力的螺旋藻保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中均质处理条件为:压力为26.5~29MPa,温度为60℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中离心条件为:转速3500~4000r/min,时间15~20分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中杀菌处理温度为121℃,时间为20分钟。
