(2)将打碎的牡蛎肉加纯净水使得牡蛎与水的重量比为1:(3-5),在加压状态下搅拌升温至120-130℃后保温,再降压至常压,得到牡蛎浆料;
(3)将步骤(2)中的牡蛎浆料进行超声提取,超声频率为4-5万赫兹,得到牡蛎料液;
(4)将牡蛎料液在55-62℃加入碱性蛋白酶酶解,再在55-62℃加入中性蛋白酶酶解,保持牡蛎浆料处于搅拌状态;
(5)酶解后进行灭活,设置加热温度80-90℃;离心,再进行浓缩即得到牡蛎肽;
步骤二:将牡蛎肽、蚕蛹蛋白肽、蛹虫草粉、玛咖粉、红参粉、黄精粉、富锌酵母粉和辅料混合,再根据想要的产品状态或形式进行外形的设定。
