Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用木质零废余料生产的木门及制造方法。利用木质零废余料生产的木门,包括木皮、衬板、门内框、刨花板;衬板由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成,衬板的外表面具有雕花槽,在该雕花槽内通过胶水镶嵌有与雕花槽形状对应的木皮,衬板外表面除雕花槽之外的位置粘接有其它类型的木皮;门内框由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱首尾相连而成,其中在门内框的四个边角上的零废余料柱是通过榫接方式结合,其它位置采用指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成;刨花板处于门内框内,上述刨花板内部布满有蜂窝孔。本发明可解决如何对余料进行回收进行木门组装的技术问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过木质零废余料来生产的木门,达到废物利用,节能环保的效果。
背景技术
在木门生产过程中经常会留下一些零废余料,如将这些余料丢失则即为浪费。目前也有将这些余料通过胶水粘接做成木门,由于相邻余料截面的面为平面并在该平面涂抹胶水,当相邻余料之间的结合力稍大时即会使两个余料分离,从而影响木门的使用,另外,上述胶水为普通胶水,存在硬化时间长的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用木质零废余料生产的木门,解决如何对余料进行回收进行木门组装的技术问题。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种制造上述木门的方法,解决如何制造上述木门的方法的技术问题。
利用木质零废余料生产的木门,包括木皮、衬板、门内框、刨花板;衬板由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成,衬板的外表面具有雕花槽,在该雕花槽内通过胶水镶嵌有与雕花槽形状对应的木皮,衬板外表面除雕花槽之外的位置粘接有其它类型的木皮;门内框由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱首尾相连而成,其中在门内框的四个边角上的零废余料柱是通过榫接方式结合,其它位置采用指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成;刨花板处于门内框内,上述刨花板内部布满有蜂窝孔,相邻蜂窝孔之间具有连通孔;上述门内框一端具有进气口,另一端具有出气口,门内框内部具有一条透气通道与上述进气口和出气口连通;所述胶粘剂的各成分按重量使用配比为:脲醛树脂胶:聚乙酸乙烯脂乳液:改性固化剂:面粉=100-150:50-60:1-5:10-20。
所述其它类型的木皮由多个单木皮指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成。
所述相邻的单木皮的颜色相同或者不同。
所述胶粘剂的各成分按重量使用配比为:脲醛树脂胶:聚乙酸乙烯脂乳液:改性固化剂:面粉=100:55:1-2:10。
利用木质零废余料生产木门的制造方法:包括如下步骤:
a、将各种长度的零废余料柱切割成同一规定尺寸并使其端部均成锯齿状方便通过粘接剂指接形成方形的衬板;
b、对上述方形的衬板使用雕花机雕出雕花槽;
c、将一种材质木皮加工成与上述雕花槽对应的形状并通过粘接剂镶嵌入上述雕花槽内;
d、衬板外表面除上述材质木皮之外的位置通过粘接剂粘接其它材质的木皮;
e、将四块零废余料一端加工出榫接使用到的凸起,另一端加工成锯齿形用于指接;将另外四块零废余料一端加工出榫接使用到的凹槽,另一端加工成锯齿形用于指接;上述凸起与凹槽对应;将上述八块零废余料柱使用粘接剂粘和在一起形成门内框;
f、将上述门内框进行打穿处理形成一条通气通道,该通气通道一端具有进气口,一端具有出气口;
g、将刨花板安装在上述门内框内部,该刨花板做成内部布满蜂窝孔,每个蜂窝孔之间具有连通孔的形状。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明生产的木门由零废余料构成,该余料的端头成锯齿状,相邻两个余料的结合面显著增大,这样必须使用较大的力才能将两个余料分离;将衬板的外表面加工出雕花槽并在该雕花槽内镶嵌木皮,这样提高整个木门具有雕花效果,提高木门的实用性及观察性;门内框四角通过榫接方式连接,这样结合牢固;刨花板内部布满蜂窝孔,相邻蜂窝孔之间具有使这两个蜂窝孔连通的连通孔,通过将上述蜂窝孔连通,这样可使整个门具有较好的保温效果及将粘接剂挥发的有毒气体存储在其内部。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图4,图中的利用木质零废余料生产的木门,包括木皮1、衬板2、门内框3、刨花板4。刨花板4处于门内框3内部,衬板2处于门内框3的两个外表面上,木皮1贴合在上述两个衬板2的外表面上。
衬板2由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱21指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成,衬板2的外表面具有雕花槽22,在该雕花槽22内通过胶水镶嵌有与雕花槽2形状对应的一层或者多层木皮1,衬板2外表面除雕花槽22之外的位置粘接有其它类型的木皮1;该其它类型的木皮1可以为同一种类型或者多种类型,颜色也可为相同或者不同,另外,这些木皮也可以采用多个单木皮指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成。门内框3由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱21首尾相连而成,其中在门内框3的四个边角上的零废余料柱是通过榫接31方式结合,其它位置采用指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成;刨花板4处于门内框3内,上述刨花板4内部布满有蜂窝孔41,相邻蜂窝孔之间具有连通孔,图中连通孔未在图中画出;上述门内框3一端具有进气口32,另一端具有出气口33,门内框3内部具有一条透气通道与上述进气口32和出气口33连通,图中透气通道未在图中显示;所述胶粘剂的各成分按重量使用配比为:脲醛树脂胶:聚乙酸乙烯脂乳液:改性固化剂:面粉=100-150:50-60:1-5:10-20,优选脲醛树脂胶:聚乙酸乙烯脂乳液:改性固化剂:面粉=100:55:1-2:10。
制造上述生产木门的方法:包括如下步骤:
a、将各种长度的零废余料柱21切割成同一规定尺寸并使其端部均成锯齿状方便通过粘接剂指接形成方形的衬板2;
b、对上述方形的衬板2使用雕花机雕出雕花槽22;
c、将一种材质木皮加工成与上述雕花槽22对应的形状并通过粘接剂镶嵌入上述雕花槽22内;
d、衬板2外表面除上述材质木皮之外的位置通过粘接剂粘接其它材质的木皮;
e、将四块零废余料21一端加工出榫接31使用到的凸起211,另一端加工成锯齿形用于指接;将另外四块零废余料21一端加工出榫接使用到的凹槽212,另一端加工成锯齿形用于指接;上述凸起211与凹槽212对应;将上述八块零废余料柱21使用粘接剂粘和在一起形成门内框3;
f、将上述门内框3进行打穿处理形成一条通气通道,该通气通道一端具有进气口32,一端具有出气口33;
g、将刨花板4安装在上述门内框3内部,该刨花板4做成内部布满蜂窝孔41,每个蜂窝孔41之间具有连通孔42的形状。
Claims (5)
1.利用木质零废余料生产的木门,其特征在于:包括木皮、衬板、门内框、刨花板;衬板由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成,衬板的外表面具有雕花槽,在该雕花槽内通过胶水镶嵌有与雕花槽形状对应的木皮,衬板外表面除雕花槽之外的位置粘接有其它类型的木皮;门内框由多个整体成方形的零废余料柱首尾相连而成,其中在门内框的四个边角上的零废余料柱是通过榫接方式结合,其它位置采用指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成;刨花板处于门内框内,上述刨花板内部布满有蜂窝孔,相邻蜂窝孔之间具有连通孔;上述门内框一端具有进气口,另一端具有出气口,门内框内部具有一条透气通道与上述进气口和出气口连通;所述胶粘剂的各成分按重量使用配比为:脲醛树脂胶:聚乙酸乙烯脂乳液:改性固化剂:面粉=100-150:50-60:1-5:10-20。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的利用木质零废余料生产的木门,其特征在于:所述其它类型的木皮由多个单木皮指接并用胶粘剂粘接而成。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的利用木质零废余料生产的木门,其特征在于:所述相邻的单木皮的颜色相同或者不同。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的利用木质零废余料生产的木门,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂的各成分按重量使用配比为:脲醛树脂胶:聚乙酸乙烯脂乳液:改性固化剂:面粉=100:55:1-2:10。
5.制造权利要求1中所述的利用木质零废余料生产的木门的利用木质零废余料生产木门的制造方法:其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、将各种长度的零废余料柱切割成同一规定尺寸并使其端部均成锯齿状方便通过粘接剂指接形成方形的衬板;
b、对上述方形的衬板使用雕花机雕出雕花槽;
c、将一种材质木皮加工成与上述雕花槽对应的形状并通过粘接剂镶嵌入上述雕花槽内;
d、衬板外表面除上述材质木皮之外的位置通过粘接剂粘接其它材质的木皮;
e、将四块零废余料一端加工出榫接使用到的凸起,另一端加工成锯齿形用于指接;将另外四块零废余料一端加工出榫接使用到的凹槽,另一端加工成锯齿形用于指接;上述凸起与凹槽对应;将上述八块零废余料柱使用粘接剂粘和在一起形成门内框;
f、将上述门内框进行打穿处理形成一条通气通道,该通气通道一端具有进气口,一端具有出气口;
g、将刨花板安装在上述门内框内部,该刨花板做成内部布满蜂窝孔,每个蜂窝孔之间具有连通孔的形状。
