Abstract
本发明公开一种防锈汽车底漆,属于油漆制造技术领域。本发明包括由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂6份~10份、无水氯化钙15份~20份、单质钠5份~8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1份~2份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、腰果酚1份~5份以及聚乙二醇6份~10份。本发明是通过在环氧树脂中加入氨基树脂、无水氯化钙、单质钠、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、硫磺以及腰果酚,从而使制得的产物具有较好的防锈性能。

技术领域
本发明属于油漆制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种防锈汽车底漆。
背景技术
汽车底漆,就是直接涂装在经过表面处理的本身部件表面上的第一道涂料,它是整个涂层的开始,其要求底漆与底材应有良好的附着力,与上面的中涂或面漆具有良好的配套性,还必须具备良好的防腐性、防锈性、耐油性、耐化学品性和耐水性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防锈性能好的防锈汽车底漆。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
采用以下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂6份~10份、无水氯化钙15份~20份、单质钠5份~8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1份~2份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、腰果酚1份~5份以及聚乙二醇6份~10份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂6份、无水氯化钙20份、单质钠8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯2份、硫磺0.15份、腰果酚1份以及聚乙二醇6份;
更进一步的,环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂8份、无水氯化钙15份、单质钠7份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1份、硫磺0.2份、腰果酚5份以及聚乙二醇9份;
更进一步的,环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂10份、无水氯化钙18份、单质钠5份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1.5份、硫磺0.1份、腰果酚3份以及聚乙二醇10份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明是通过在环氧树脂中加入氨基树脂、无水氯化钙、单质钠、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、硫磺以及腰果酚,从而使制得的产物具有较好的防锈性能。

环氧树脂10.0kg、氨基树脂0.6kg、无水氯化钙2.0kg、单质钠0.8kg、环氧脂肪酸甲酯0.2kg、硫磺0.015kg、腰果酚0.1kg以及聚乙二醇0.6kg。
其制备方法如下:在45℃~50℃下,将上述所有原料混合搅拌均匀,并研磨至粒度<5微米,即得。
本实施例制得的汽车底漆防锈性能好,将其喷施在汽车表面作为其底漆,可使汽车部件表面在正常情况下,5年以上不会生锈。
实施例2
本防锈汽车底漆由以下原料制成:
环氧树脂10.0kg、氨基树脂0.8kg、无水氯化钙1.5kg、单质钠0.7kg、环氧脂肪酸甲酯0.1kg、硫磺0.02kg、腰果酚0.5kg以及聚乙二醇0.9kg。
其制备方法如下:在45℃~50℃下,将上述所有原料混合搅拌均匀,并研磨至粒度<5微米,即得。
本实施例制得的汽车底漆防锈性能好,将其喷施在汽车表面作为其底漆,可使汽车部件表面在正常情况下,5年以上不会生锈。
实施例3
本防锈汽车底漆由以下原料制成:
环氧树脂10.0kg、氨基树脂1.0kg、无水氯化钙1.8kg、单质钠0.5kg、环氧脂肪酸甲酯0.15kg、硫磺0.01kg、腰果酚0.3kg以及聚乙二醇1.0kg。
其制备方法如下:在45℃~50℃下,将上述所有原料混合搅拌均匀,并研磨至粒度<5微米,即得。
本实施例制得的汽车底漆防锈性能好,将其喷施在汽车表面作为其底漆,可使汽车部件表面在正常情况下,5年以上不会生锈。

1.一种防锈汽车底漆,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂6份~10份、无水氯化钙15份~20份、单质钠5份~8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1份~2份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、腰果酚1份~5份以及聚乙二醇6份~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈汽车底漆,其特征在于:环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂6份、无水氯化钙20份、单质钠8份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯2份、硫磺0.15份、腰果酚1份以及聚乙二醇6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防锈汽车底漆,其特征在于:环氧树脂100份、氨基树脂8份、无水氯化钙15份、单质钠7份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯1份、硫磺0.2份、腰果酚5份以及聚乙二醇9份。
