本发明公开一种防锈汽车面漆,属于油漆制造技术领域。本发明包括由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂6份~10份、白炭黑15份~20份、单质钠5份~8份、聚乙二醇1份~2份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷6份~10份、腰果酚1份~5份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份以及颜料20份~30份。本发明主要是通过在环氧树脂中加入白炭黑、单质钠、硫磺以及腰果酚,从而提高其防锈性能。

本发明属于油漆制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种防锈汽车面漆。
背景技术
汽车面漆则是涂装的最后一个涂层,通常以增加面漆的涂装层数和厚涂面漆的办法来增加漆膜厚度,并且,丰富的颜色系列让汽车丰富多彩。面漆具有抗划伤性、光泽硬度、透明度手感、耐老化性能、防锈性能等,这些都主要从面漆上体现出来的,面漆的质量是直接影响整个漆膜的质量的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防锈性能好的防锈汽车面漆。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
采用以下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂6份~10份、白炭黑15份~20份、单质钠5份~8份、聚乙二醇1份~2份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、腰果酚1份~5份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷6份~10份以及颜料20份~30份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂6份、白炭黑17份、单质钠8份、聚乙二醇1份、硫磺0.15份、腰果酚5份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷8份以及颜料30份;
更进一步的,环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂8份、白炭黑20份、单质钠6份、聚乙二醇1.5份、硫磺0.2份、腰果酚2份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷6份以及颜料27份;
更进一步的,环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂10份、白炭黑15份、单质钠5份、聚乙二醇2份、硫磺0.1份、腰果酚1份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷10份以及颜料20份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明主要是通过在环氧树脂中加入白炭黑、单质钠、硫磺以及腰果酚,从而使制得的产物具有较好的防锈性能。

以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本防锈汽车面漆由以下原料制成:
环氧树脂10.0kg、丙烯酸酯树脂0.6kg、白炭黑1.7kg、单质钠0.8kg、聚乙二醇0.1kg、硫磺0.015kg、腰果酚0.5kg、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷0.8kg以及颜料3.0kg。
其制备方法如下:在45℃~50℃下,将上述所有原料混合搅拌均匀,并研磨至粒度<5微米,即得。
本实施例制得的汽车面漆防锈性能好,将其喷施在汽车表面作为其面漆,可使汽车部件表面在正常情况下,5年以上不会生锈。
实施例2
本防锈汽车面漆由以下原料制成:
环氧树脂10.0kg、丙烯酸酯树脂0.8kg、白炭黑2.0kg、单质钠0.6kg、聚乙二醇0.15kg、硫磺0.02kg、腰果酚0.2kg、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷0.6kg以及颜料2.7kg。
其制备方法如下:在45℃~50℃下,将上述所有原料混合搅拌均匀,并研磨至粒度<5微米,即得。
本实施例制得的汽车面漆防锈性能好,将其喷施在汽车表面作为其面漆,可使汽车部件表面在正常情况下,5年以上不会生锈。
实施例3
本防锈汽车面漆由以下原料制成:
环氧树脂10.0kg、丙烯酸酯树脂1.0kg、白炭黑1.5kg、单质钠0.5kg、聚乙二醇0.2kg、硫磺0.01kg、腰果酚0.1kg、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷1.0kg以及颜料2.0kg。
其制备方法如下:在45℃~50℃下,将上述所有原料混合搅拌均匀,并研磨至粒度<5微米,即得。
本实施例制得的汽车面漆防锈性能好,将其喷施在汽车表面作为其面漆,可使汽车部件表面在正常情况下,5年以上不会生锈。

1.一种防锈汽车面漆,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂6份~10份、白炭黑15份~20份、单质钠5份~8份、聚乙二醇1份~2份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、腰果酚1份~5份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷6份~10份以及颜料20份~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈汽车面漆,其特征在于:环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂6份、白炭黑17份、单质钠8份、聚乙二醇1份、硫磺0.15份、腰果酚5份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷8份以及颜料30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防锈汽车面漆,其特征在于:环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂8份、白炭黑20份、单质钠6份、聚乙二醇1.5份、硫磺0.2份、腰果酚2份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷6份以及颜料27份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防锈汽车面漆,其特征在于:环氧树脂100份、丙烯酸酯树脂10份、白炭黑15份、单质钠5份、聚乙二醇2份、硫磺0.1份、腰果酚1份、聚乙醚改三硅氧烷10份以及颜料20份。
