Abstract
本发明公开了一种卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,涉及树脂加工技术领域,其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)饱和聚酯树脂的合成,(2)合成后处理,(3)饱和聚酯树脂溶液的制备。本发明通过分批加料的方式,提高反应程度和原料利用率,所得饱和聚酯树脂再在助剂的协同作用下制得卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,该饱和聚酯树脂溶液以水为主要溶剂,降低有害有机溶剂的含量,增强环保性,并且能够充分提高卷钢面漆漆膜的力学性能、耐水性、耐腐蚀性和耐候性,从而延长漆膜的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及树脂加工技术领域,具体涉及一种卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液。
背景技术:
用于卷钢的涂料除了对涂料的常规性能有要求外,对制成的彩涂板也必须要经得住从加工到制成品无漆膜问题,以及要适应快速运转的卷涂流水线上的涂装要求,包括底漆、面漆和背面漆。卷刚底漆里用得最多的品种是环氧底漆、聚酯底漆和水溶性丙烯酸底漆,其中聚酯底漆与底材的附着力好,柔韧性强,但对潮湿环境较敏感,耐化学腐蚀性不及环氧底漆,并且含有一定量的有机溶剂,环保性不及水溶性丙烯酸底漆。针对上述问题,本公司开发出一种卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,减少有害有机溶剂的含量,并且提高漆膜的力学性能、耐水性、耐腐蚀性和耐候性等。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种有害有机溶剂含量低、且利于提高漆膜力学性能、耐水性、耐腐蚀性和耐候性的卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)饱和聚酯树脂的合成:将甘油、二缩三乙二醇、PW12/SiO2加入乙醇中,充分混合形成底物,并将松香酸、癸二酸、纳米氧化镧和乙二醇乙醚充分混合形成滴加物,滴加物平均分成三批加入,先向底物中加入第一批滴加物,滴完后于20-25℃下保温反应1h,再加入第二批滴加物,滴完后加热至回流状态保温反应2h,然后加入第三批滴加物,滴完后继续保温反应3h,即得饱和聚酯树脂反应液;
(2)合成后处理:向上述所得饱和聚酯树脂反应液中加水,搅拌1h后过滤,滤渣送入废渣处理车间,取滤液加水兑稀,然后进行粘度检验,如粘度合格,则直接进入下一阶段,如粘度不合格,继续加水进行粘度调整,检验合格后再进入下一阶段;
(3)饱和聚酯树脂溶液的制备:将上述所得饱和聚酯树脂产物与助剂按照重量比1:0.05混合,混合物加热至回流状态保温30min,然后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后利用球磨机球磨至细度小于10μm即可;
所述助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯10-15份、橡胶粉7-10份、活性白土5-8份、氢化松香5-8份、石油焦4-6份、米糠蜡4-6份、纳米胶粉3-5份、三氯叔丁醇2-3份、硫脲2-3份、骨炭粉1-2份、纳米铝粉1-2份、玄明粉1-2份、亚硒酸钠0.5-1份、乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先将氯磺化聚乙烯、氢化松香和石油焦充分混合,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入橡胶粉、米糠蜡和纳米胶粉,继续微波处理10min,待处理物自然冷却至80-90℃后加入活性白土、三氯叔丁醇、骨炭粉和纳米铝粉,充分混合后密封静置3h,最后加入硫脲、玄明粉、亚硒酸钠和乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,充分研磨使其混合均匀。
所述甘油、二缩三乙二醇、松香酸、癸二酸、PW12/SiO2、纳米氧化镧的投料摩尔比为2:1:2:3:0.05:0.01,乙醇用量为每毫摩尔甘油使用5mL,乙二醇乙醚用量为每毫摩尔松香酸使用2mL。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在饱和聚酯树脂合成阶段通过分批加料的方式,提高反应程度和原料利用率,所得饱和聚酯树脂再在助剂的协同作用下制得卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,该饱和聚酯树脂溶液以水为主要溶剂,降低有害有机溶剂的含量,增强环保性,并且能够充分提高卷钢面漆漆膜的力学性能、耐水性、耐腐蚀性和耐候性,从而延长漆膜的使用寿命。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)饱和聚酯树脂的合成:将甘油、二缩三乙二醇、PW12/SiO2加入乙醇中,充分混合形成底物,并将松香酸、癸二酸、纳米氧化镧和乙二醇乙醚充分混合形成滴加物,滴加物平均分成三批加入,先向底物中加入第一批滴加物,滴完后于20-25℃下保温反应1h,再加入第二批滴加物,滴完后加热至回流状态保温反应2h,然后加入第三批滴加物,滴完后继续保温反应3h,即得饱和聚酯树脂反应液;
(2)合成后处理:向上述所得饱和聚酯树脂反应液中加水,搅拌1h后过滤,滤渣送入废渣处理车间,取滤液加水兑稀,然后进行粘度检验,如粘度合格,则直接进入下一阶段,如粘度不合格,继续加水进行粘度调整,检验合格后再进入下一阶段;
(3)饱和聚酯树脂溶液的制备:将上述所得饱和聚酯树脂产物与助剂按照重量比1:0.05混合,混合物加热至回流状态保温30min,然后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后利用球磨机球磨至细度小于10μm即可。

助剂的制备:先将10份氯磺化聚乙烯、6份氢化松香和4份石油焦充分混合,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入8份橡胶粉、4份米糠蜡和3份纳米胶粉,继续微波处理10min,待处理物自然冷却至80-90℃后加入5份活性白土、2份三氯叔丁醇、1份骨炭粉和2份纳米铝粉,充分混合后密封静置3h,最后加入2份硫脲、1份玄明粉、0.5份亚硒酸钠和0.5份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,充分研磨使其混合均匀。
实施例2

助剂的制备:先将15份氯磺化聚乙烯、6份氢化松香和4份石油焦充分混合,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入8份橡胶粉、5份米糠蜡和3份纳米胶粉,继续微波处理10min,待处理物自然冷却至80-90℃后加入8份活性白土、2份三氯叔丁醇、1份骨炭粉和1份纳米铝粉,充分混合后密封静置3h,最后加入2份硫脲、1份玄明粉、0.5份亚硒酸钠和0.5份乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,充分研磨使其混合均匀。

Claims (2)
1.一种卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)饱和聚酯树脂的合成:将甘油、二缩三乙二醇、PW12/SiO2加入乙醇中,充分混合形成底物,并将松香酸、癸二酸、纳米氧化镧和乙二醇乙醚充分混合形成滴加物,滴加物平均分成三批加入,先向底物中加入第一批滴加物,滴完后于20-25℃下保温反应1h,再加入第二批滴加物,滴完后加热至回流状态保温反应2h,然后加入第三批滴加物,滴完后继续保温反应3h,即得饱和聚酯树脂反应液;
(2)合成后处理:向上述所得饱和聚酯树脂反应液中加水,搅拌1h后过滤,滤渣送入废渣处理车间,取滤液加水兑稀,然后进行粘度检验,如粘度合格,则直接进入下一阶段,如粘度不合格,继续加水进行粘度调整,检验合格后再进入下一阶段;
(3)饱和聚酯树脂溶液的制备:将上述所得饱和聚酯树脂产物与助剂按照重量比1:0.05混合,混合物加热至回流状态保温30min,然后于0-5℃下静置过夜,最后利用球磨机球磨至细度小于10μm即可;
所述助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯10-15份、橡胶粉7-10份、活性白土5-8份、氢化松香5-8份、石油焦4-6份、米糠蜡4-6份、纳米胶粉3-5份、三氯叔丁醇2-3份、硫脲2-3份、骨炭粉1-2份、纳米铝粉1-2份、玄明粉1-2份、亚硒酸钠0.5-1份、乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先将氯磺化聚乙烯、氢化松香和石油焦充分混合,于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入橡胶粉、米糠蜡和纳米胶粉,继续微波处理10min,待处理物自然冷却至80-90℃后加入活性白土、三氯叔丁醇、骨炭粉和纳米铝粉,充分混合后密封静置3h,最后加入硫脲、玄明粉、亚硒酸钠和乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠,充分研磨使其混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷钢面漆用饱和聚酯树脂溶液,其特征在于:所述甘油、二缩三乙二醇、松香酸、癸二酸、PW12/SiO2、纳米氧化镧的投料摩尔比为2:1:2:3:0.05:0.01,乙醇用量为每毫摩尔甘油使用5mL,乙二醇乙醚用量为每毫摩尔松香酸使用2mL。
