Abstract

本发明公开了一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂40‑50份、阻燃剂40‑50份、碳酸钙粉末10‑20份、膨润土10‑20份、硬脂酸2‑3份、白炭黑10‑20份、防老剂1‑2份以及发泡剂1‑2份。本发明填充材料改善电缆中的填充分散性,加大填充量得到综合性优异的复合填充物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种综合性能的电缆填充材料及其生产方法。
背景技术
膨润土也叫斑脱岩,皂土或膨土岩。我国开发使用膨润土的历史悠久,原来只是做为一种洗涤剂。真正被广泛使用却只有百来年历史,其实膨润土的主要矿物成分是蒙脱石,含量在85-90%,膨润土的一些性质也都是由蒙脱石所决定的。蒙脱石可呈各种颜色如黄绿、黄白、灰、白色等等。可以成致密块状,也可为松散的土状,用手指搓磨时有滑感,小块体加水后体积胀大数倍至20-30倍,在水中呈悬浮状,水少时呈糊状。蒙脱石的性质和它的化学成分和内部结构有关,用硬脂酸处理过的膨润土可改善聚丙烯树脂得到综合性优异的复合填充物。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种综合性优异的电缆填充材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂40-50份、阻燃剂40-50份、碳酸钙粉末10-20份、膨润土10-20份、硬脂酸2-3份、白炭黑10-20份、防老剂1-2份以及发泡剂1-2份。
进一步的,一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂40-45份、阻燃剂45-50份、碳酸钙粉末10-15份、膨润土15-20份、硬脂酸2-3份、白炭黑15-20份、防老剂1-2份以及发泡剂1-2份。
再进一步的,一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂45份、阻燃剂45份、碳酸钙粉末15份、膨润土16份、硬脂酸2份、白炭黑16份、防老剂2份以及发泡剂2份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝或硼酸锌的一种或混合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种综合性能的电缆填充材料材料生产方法,包括以下步
1)以硬脂酸作为表面活性剂处理膨润土得到改性剂;
2)将聚丙烯树脂作为载体树脂加入步骤1)得到的改性剂以及阻燃剂、防老剂、发泡剂一起加入捏合机中捏合为共混改性填料;
3)将步骤2)得到的共混改性填料加入碳酸钙粉末、白炭黑混合,造粒,口模成型得到本发明。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构稳定、环保无污染、提高电缆的阻燃性能、机械性能以及降低生产成本,延长了电缆使用寿命,同时填充材料改善电缆中的填充分散性,加大填充量得到综合性优异的复合填充物。

具体实施例1:一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂40份、阻燃剂40份、碳酸钙粉末10份、膨润土10份、硬脂酸2份、白炭黑10份、防老剂1份以及发泡剂1份。
所述综合性能的电缆填充材料生产方法如下:
1)以硬脂酸作为表面活性剂处理膨润土得到改性剂;
2)将聚丙烯树脂作为载体树脂加入步骤1)得到的改性剂以及阻燃剂、防老剂、发泡剂一起加入捏合机中捏合为共混改性填料;
3)将步骤2)得到的共混改性填料加入碳酸钙粉末、白炭黑混合,造粒,口模成型得到本发明。
具体实施例2:一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂45份、阻燃剂45份、碳酸钙粉末15份、膨润土16份、硬脂酸2份、白炭黑16份、防老剂2份以及发泡剂2份。
所述综合性能的电缆填充材料生产方法同具体实施例1。
具体实施例3:一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂50份、阻燃剂50份、碳酸钙粉末20份、膨润土20份、硬脂酸3份、白炭黑20份、防老剂2份以及发泡剂2份。
所述综合性能的电缆填充材料生产方法同具体实施例1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂40-45份、阻燃剂45-50份、碳酸钙粉末10-15份、膨润土15-20份、硬脂酸2-3份、白炭黑15-20份、防老剂1-2份以及发泡剂1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:聚丙烯树脂45份、阻燃剂45份、碳酸钙粉末15份、膨润土16份、硬脂酸2份、白炭黑16份、防老剂2份以及发泡剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种综合性能的电缆填充材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝或硼酸锌的一种或混合物。
5.一种根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种综合性能的电缆填充材料生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以硬脂酸作为表面活性剂处理膨润土得到改性剂;
(2)将聚丙烯树脂作为载体树脂加入步骤(1)得到的改性剂以及阻燃剂、防老剂、发泡剂一起加入捏合机中捏合为共混改性填料;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的共混改性填料加入碳酸钙粉末、白炭黑混合,造粒,口模成型得到本发明。
