Abstract
一种石灰石竖型窑炉内衬耐火砖,由楔形结构的端隙楔形砖、窑体楔形砖和尾隙楔形砖组成,其特征在于,端隙楔形砖一侧的砖体为平整的端面,另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形凸块,余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凹槽;窑体楔形砖的砖体结构上,相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的弧形插块,另一相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的凹弧形插槽;尾隙楔形砖一侧的砖体为平整的端缝面,另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形侧槽,余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凸条;端隙楔形砖与尾隙楔形砖之间吻合对接的若干个窑体楔形砖组成环形结构;端隙楔形砖上的端面与尾隙楔形砖上的端缝面之间预留有膨胀缝隙。具有砌筑方便、施工速度快、对接面平整的积极效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉一种用于砌筑煅烧石灰石竖型窑炉内衬层的内衬耐火砖,属于耐火材料领域;具有抗剥落、抗热震、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、砌筑方便、密闭性能良好的积极效果。
背景技术
石灰石竖型窑炉的工作区可以分为三段,即干燥预热段、煅烧段、冷却段。例如:水泥、耐火材料、石油井用压裂支撑剂、石灰等煅烧回转窑。回转窑内衬砖的作用在于保证炉内三个工作区温度在工艺要求的范围内具有稳定可靠的物理性能;例如,抗剥落、抗热震、高荷软、耐磨性能。现有技术中,回转窑内衬砖分为耐火层和保温层;存在的技术缺陷在于:砌筑工艺复杂、使用过程中,耐火层和保温层易脱离、耐火和保温性能差,使用寿命短,实际使用寿命为8-10个月。导致维修时间长、生产成本高,明显影响企业的经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于砌筑煅烧石灰石竖型窑炉内衬层的内衬耐火砖;具有抗剥落、抗热震、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、砌筑方便、密闭性能良好的积极效果,以克服现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了这样的技术方案:本发明所述石灰石竖型窑炉内衬耐火砖,由楔形结构的端隙楔形砖、窑体楔形砖和尾隙楔形砖组成,其特征在于,端隙楔形砖一侧的砖体为平整的端面,另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形凸块,余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凹槽;窑体楔形砖的砖体结构上,相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的弧形插块,另一相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的凹弧形插槽;尾隙楔形砖一侧的砖体为平整的端缝面,另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形侧槽,余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凸条;端隙楔形砖与尾隙楔形砖之间吻合对接的若干个窑体楔形砖组成环形结构;端隙楔形砖上的端面与尾隙楔形砖上的端缝面之间预留有膨胀缝隙。如图10所示,端隙楔形砖与尾隙楔形砖之间吻合对接的若干个窑体楔形砖组成环形结构;端隙楔形砖上的端面与尾隙楔形砖上的端缝面之间预留有膨胀缝隙。施工时,该膨胀缝隙内填充硅酸铝纤维棉。硅酸铝纤维棉又叫陶瓷纤维,是一种新型轻质耐火材料,该材料具有容重轻、耐高温、热稳定性好,热传导率低、热容小、抗机械振动好、受热膨胀小、隔热性能好等优点。
所述端隙楔形砖、窑体楔形砖和尾隙楔形砖的制作原材料分别是:莫来石、刚玉、碳化硅、硅微粉、广西白泥、碳、可发性聚苯乙烯。将上述原料按照常规耐火砖的制备方法制成内衬形耐火砖成品。
本发明所述端隙楔形砖、窑体楔形砖和尾隙楔形砖的制作原材料及重量份的用量、规格(规格是指各原料的粒度),是经过进行大量实践和摸索总结得出的,各组份用量和规格在所述范围内都具有较为理想的效果。具体表现为具有良好的抗剥落、抗热震、耐腐蚀、耐磨损的性能,及良好的密闭性能。利用本发明所述端隙楔形砖、窑体楔形砖和尾隙楔形砖砌筑的石灰石竖型窑炉,经实际应用发现,平均使用寿命为3-5年,是同类产品的1-2倍。另外,由本发明的具体结构可知,并在施工中得到了验证,具有砌筑方便、施工速度快、对接面平整的积极效果。

具体实施方式
本发明所述石灰石竖型窑炉内衬耐火砖,由楔形结构的端隙楔形砖1、窑体楔形砖2和尾隙楔形砖3组成;如图1、图2、图3所示,端隙楔形砖1一侧的砖体为平整的端面12,另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形凸块10,余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凹槽11;
如图4、图5、图6所示,窑体楔形砖2的砖体结构上,相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的弧形插块20,另一相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的凹弧形插槽21;
如图7、图8、图9所示,尾隙楔形砖3一侧的砖体为平整的端缝面32,另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形侧槽31,余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凸条30;
如图10所示,端隙楔形砖1与尾隙楔形砖3之间吻合对接的若干个窑体楔形砖2组成环形结构;端隙楔形砖1上的端面12与尾隙楔形砖3上的端缝面32之间预留有膨胀缝隙。施工时,该膨胀缝隙内填充硅酸铝纤维棉。硅酸铝纤维棉又叫陶瓷纤维,是一种新型轻质耐火材料,该材料具有容重轻、耐高温、热稳定性好,热传导率低、热容小、抗机械振动好、受热膨胀小、隔热性能好等优点。
所述端隙楔形砖1、窑体楔形砖2和尾隙楔形砖3的制作原材料、规格及重量份分别是:
①莫来石——规格3-5mm——重量份5-10份;
②刚玉——规格2-3mm——重量份5-10份;
③碳化硅——规格0.075-1mm——重量份8-15份;
④硅微粉——重量份0.15-1.5份;
⑤广西白泥——规格0.088mm——重量份5-10份;
⑥碳——重量份2-5份;
⑦可发性聚苯乙烯——重量份0.1-0.2份。
Claims (1)
1.一种石灰石竖型窑炉内衬耐火砖,由楔形结构的端隙楔形砖(1)、窑体楔形砖(2)和尾隙楔形砖(3)组成,其特征在于,端隙楔形砖(1)一侧的砖体为平整的端面(12),另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形凸块(10),余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凹槽(11);
窑体楔形砖(2)的砖体结构上,相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的弧形插块(20),另一相邻的侧面上预制有相互平行的凹弧形插槽(21);
尾隙楔形砖(3)一侧的砖体为平整的端缝面(32),另外两个相邻的侧面上设有相互平行的弧形侧槽(31),余下一侧设有相互平行的弧形凸条(30);
端隙楔形砖(1)与尾隙楔形砖(3)之间吻合对接的若干个窑体楔形砖(2)组成环形结构;端隙楔形砖(1)上的端面(12)与尾隙楔形砖(3)上的端缝面(32)之间预留有膨胀缝隙。
