Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂布器,包括辊轮,辊轮下设料箱,该料箱侧壁上通过一固定板安装一滑轨,滑轨内设一滚球,该滚球内插置有一刮刀,且该滚球一端通过一丝杆连接一手轮。本发明所提供的一种涂布器,能够对刮刀精度进行调节,避免涂料的流失,方便工作人员后期处理,具体提高生产效率和降低生产成本的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂布器。
背景技术
涂布机在实际涂布的时候,一般是利用料辊将涂料转移到涂布上,然后利用刮刀进行处理,如果刮刀设置不合理,很容易造成涂布上料层厚度达不到预期效果,而且如果涂布发生断裂,容易造成涂料的流失,也不方便后期工作人员的处理。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种涂布器,能够对刮刀精度进行调节,避免涂料的流失,方便工作人员后期处理,具体提高生产效率和降低生产成本的优点。
一种涂布器,包括辊轮,辊轮下设料箱,该料箱侧壁上通过一固定板安装一滑轨,滑轨内设一滚球,该滚球内插置有一刮刀,且该滚球一端通过一丝杆连接一手轮。
优选的,所述刮刀具有一支撑端与一与该支撑端垂直的工作端,且该刮刀的支撑端与丝杆轴线呈45度夹角。
优选的,所述料箱下端安装有一排料阀。
本发明所提供的一种涂布器,能够对刮刀精度进行调节,避免涂料的流失,方便工作人员后期处理,具体提高生产效率和降低生产成本的优点。附图说明

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,一种涂布器,包括辊轮1,辊轮1下设料箱2,该料箱2侧壁上通过一固定板3安装一滑轨4,滑轨4内设一滚球5,该滚球5内插置有一刮刀,且该滚球5一端通过一丝杆6连接一手轮7。
所述刮刀具有一支撑端8与一与该支撑端8垂直的工作端9,且该刮刀的支撑端8与丝杆6轴线呈45度夹角。
所述料箱2下端安装有一排料阀10。
实施时,通过料箱2内液位的提高与涂布表面相接触,通过手轮7带动丝杆6来调节刮刀的高度,从而调节刮刀与涂布之间缝隙的距离,实现涂布表面涂料厚度的调节,刮刀的支撑端8与丝杆6轴线呈45度夹角,涂布断掉时可以迅速撤离,从而与辊轮1隔开,涂料不会流失,使操作人员起来处理比较容易。
本发明所提供的一种涂布器,能够对刮刀精度进行调节,避免涂料的流失,方便工作人员后期处理,具体提高生产效率和降低生产成本的优点。

1.一种涂布器,其特征在于,包括辊轮,辊轮下设料箱,该料箱侧壁上通过一固定板安装一滑轨,滑轨内设一滚球,该滚球内插置有一刮刀,且该滚球一端通过一丝杆连接一手轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布器,其特征在于,所述刮刀具有一支撑端与一与该支撑端垂直的工作端,且该刮刀的支撑端与丝杆轴线呈45度夹角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布器,其特征在于,所述料箱下端安装有一排料阀。
