背景技术
涂布机在实际涂布的时候，一般是利用料辊将涂料转移到涂布上，然后利用刮刀进行处理，如果刮刀设置不合理，很容易造成涂布上料层厚度达不到预期效果，而且如果涂布发生断裂，容易造成涂料的流失，也不方便后期工作人员的处理。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所提供的一种涂布器，能够对刮刀精度进行调节，避免涂料的流失，方便工作人员后期处理，具体提高生产效率和降低生产成本的优点。

如图1所示，一种涂布器，包括辊轮1，辊轮1下设料箱2，该料箱2侧壁上通过一固定板3安装一滑轨4，滑轨4内设一滚球5，该滚球5内插置有一刮刀，且该滚球5一端通过一丝杆6连接一手轮7。
所述刮刀具有一支撑端8与一与该支撑端8垂直的工作端9，且该刮刀的支撑端8与丝杆6轴线呈45度夹角。
所述料箱2下端安装有一排料阀10。
实施时，通过料箱2内液位的提高与涂布表面相接触，通过手轮7带动丝杆6来调节刮刀的高度，从而调节刮刀与涂布之间缝隙的距离，实现涂布表面涂料厚度的调节，刮刀的支撑端8与丝杆6轴线呈45度夹角，涂布断掉时可以迅速撤离，从而与辊轮1隔开，涂料不会流失，使操作人员起来处理比较容易。
