Abstract

本发明公开一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,包括有以下步骤:(1)将已经焊接封头的内胆放进辅助设备,辅助设备通过主动转盘和从动转盘配合封头上的工艺孔将内胆固定在辅助设备上;(2)开启驱动机构,驱动机构带动的活动件升高,使得喷嘴对准内胆筒体与封头拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝;(3)开启电机,使其带动主动转盘转动,内胆随着主动转盘转动而转动,打开高压输胶管上的阀门,增加压力,使高温胶液通过高压输胶管进入喷嘴中;随内胆的转动,高温胶液在高压的状态喷涂在内胆筒体与封头拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝中,随圈数的增加,拼装夹缝内填满高温胶液,形成致密的保护层,从而隔绝了水与焊缝的接触。

一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及水箱制作领域技术,尤其是指一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺。
背景技术
目前空气能、太阳能、地暖水箱内胆材料基本上是使用SUS304-2B,内胆与封头采用氩弧焊;在焊接过程中,尤其是焊接热影响区的金属在500~800℃的敏化温度时,过饱和固溶的碳向晶粒间界的扩散比铬的扩散快,由于其含C量>0.03%,促使晶界附近的铬和碳化合形成(Cr、Fe)25C6的碳化物,使晶界附近铬含量下降。由于铬在钢中扩散速度很慢,难以在保温时间内通过扩散以补充因形成碳化物所造成的晶界贫铬区;若焊缝长期暴露在热水中容易出现腐蚀导致泄漏,焊缝一旦漏水,破坏水质,影响用户正常使用与生活。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,其能有效解决现有之水箱内胆焊缝长期暴露在热水中容易出现腐蚀导致泄漏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,包括有以下步骤:
(1)将已经焊接封头的内胆放进辅助设备,该辅助设备包括有支架、从动转盘、主动转盘、驱动机构、活动件和喷嘴,该支架具有一用于伸入内胆的固定杆,该从动转盘和主动转盘彼此正对,主动转盘由电机带动转动,该驱动机构设置于固定杆的外端,活动件设置于驱动机构上,驱动机构带动活动件沿内胆的径向伸缩活动,该喷嘴固定于活动件上,喷嘴连接有高压输胶管;辅助设备通过主动转盘和从动转盘配合封头上的工艺孔将内胆固定在辅助设备上;
(2)开启驱动机构,驱动机构带动的活动件升高,使得喷嘴对准内胆筒体与封头拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝;
(3)开启电机,使其带动主动转盘转动,内胆随着主动转盘转动而转动,打开高压输胶管上的阀门,增加压力,使高温胶液通过高压输胶管进入喷嘴中;随内胆的转动,高温胶液在高压的状态喷涂在在内胆筒体与封头拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝中,随圈数的增加,拼装夹缝内填满高温胶液,形成致密的保护层。
优选的,所述活动件上设置有滚动轴承,步骤(2)中活动件升高,直至滚动轴承紧紧贴在内胆的内壁上。
优选的,所述驱动机构为气缸,该气缸连接有高压气管。
优选的,所述高温胶液为高温防水硅胶或环氧树脂胶。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:通过采用本发明方法将高温胶液用高压气体喷涂在内胆筒体与封头焊接后的夹缝中,避免焊缝与水直接接触,从而解决因焊接后产生晶界贫铬区与水接触,消除内胆腐蚀漏水问题;本发明喷涂保护工艺与传统无喷涂保护工艺相比,水箱因环缝焊漏水而造成损坏的损坏率由原来的1%下降到0。

具体实施方式
本发明揭示一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,包括有以下步骤:
(1)将已经焊接封头11的内胆10放进辅助设备20,该辅助设备20包括有支架21、从动转盘22、主动转盘23、驱动机构24、活动件25和喷嘴26,该支架21具有一用于伸入内胆10的固定杆211,该从动转盘22和主动转盘23彼此正对,主动转盘23由电机(图中未示)带动转动,该驱动机构24设置于固定杆211的外端,活动件25设置于驱动机构24上,驱动机构24带动活动件25沿内胆10的径向伸缩活动,该喷嘴26固定于活动件25上,喷嘴26连接有高压输胶管27;辅助设备20通过主动转盘23和从动转盘22配合封头11上的工艺孔101将内胆10固定在辅助设备20上。
(2)开启驱动机构24,驱动机构24带动的活动件25升高,使得喷嘴26对准内胆筒体12与封头11拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝102;在本实施例中,所述活动件25上设置有滚动轴承28,活动件25升高时,直至滚动轴承28紧紧贴在内胆10的内壁上。并且,所述驱动机构24为气缸,该气缸连接有高压气管29。
(3)开启电机,使其带动主动转盘23转动,内胆10随着主动转盘23转动而转动,打开高压输胶管27上的阀门(图中未示),增加压力,使高温胶液通过高压输胶管27进入喷嘴26中;随内胆10的转动,高温胶液在高压的状态喷涂在在内胆筒体12与封头11拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝102中,随圈数的增加,拼装夹缝102内填满高温胶液,形成致密的保护层13,从而隔绝了水与焊缝14的接触,解决了因焊接后产生晶界贫铬区与水接触会腐蚀漏水问题。在本实施例中,所述高温胶液为高温防水硅胶或环氧树脂胶。
本发明的设计重点是:通过采用本发明方法将高温胶液用高压气体喷涂在内胆筒体与封头焊接后的夹缝中,避免焊缝与水直接接触,从而解决因焊接后产生晶界贫铬区与水接触,消除内胆腐蚀漏水问题;本发明喷涂保护工艺与传统无喷涂保护工艺相比,水箱因环缝焊漏水而造成损坏的损坏率由原来的1%下降到0。

1.一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
(1)将已经焊接封头的内胆放进辅助设备,该辅助设备包括有支架、从动转盘、主动转盘、驱动机构、活动件和喷嘴,该支架具有一用于伸入内胆的固定杆,该从动转盘和主动转盘彼此正对,主动转盘由电机带动转动,该驱动机构设置于固定杆的外端,活动件设置于驱动机构上,驱动机构带动活动件沿内胆的径向伸缩活动,该喷嘴固定于活动件上,喷嘴连接有高压输胶管;辅助设备通过主动转盘和从动转盘配合封头上的工艺孔将内胆固定在辅助设备上;
(2)开启驱动机构,驱动机构带动的活动件升高,使得喷嘴对准内胆筒体与封头拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝;
(3)开启电机,使其带动主动转盘转动,内胆随着主动转盘转动而转动,打开高压输胶管上的阀门,增加压力,使高温胶液通过高压输胶管进入喷嘴中;随内胆的转动,高温胶液在高压的状态喷涂在内胆筒体与封头拼装焊接后的拼装夹缝中,随圈数的增加,拼装夹缝内填满高温胶液,形成致密的保护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,其特征在于:所述活动件上设置有滚动轴承,步骤(2)中活动件升高,直至滚动轴承紧紧贴在内胆的内壁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,其特征在于:所述驱动机构为气缸,该气缸连接有高压气管。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢水箱内胆环缝焊焊缝喷涂保护工艺,其特征在于:所述高温胶液为高温防水硅胶或环氧树脂胶。
