本发明涉及一种球磨机。
背景技术
球磨机是物料被破碎之后，再进行粉碎的关键设备，球磨机适合于粉磨各种矿石及其它物料，被广泛用于选矿、建材及化工等行业，但当球磨机入料端物料输入过剩时，会造成球磨机停车或输出物料不符合工艺要求，存在一定的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种球磨机出料精密装置。
本发明是这样实现的。一种球磨机出料精密组件，包括一个机体，在机体上设置重量检测模块、运作感应模块、传输模块、管理模块，重量检测模块检测球磨机筒体内的物料有无超载，运作感应模块感应球磨机的转矩和转速是否正常，感应到的信息通过传输模块传输至管理模块进行处理。
一种球磨机出料精密组件，在机体上设置隔仓板，防止研磨体卡住出料口，保证物料进入储料罐的粒度，提高产品质量。
一种球磨机出料精密组件，设置提示模块，当球磨机超载运转异常或出料口堵塞时发出提示信息。
一种球磨机出料精密组件，提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
一种球磨机出料精密组件，在机体上设置物料感应模块，以防止铁屑等非物料进入球磨机损坏部件。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球磨机出料精密组件，其特征在于在机体(1)上设置隔仓板(6)，防止研磨体卡住出料口，保证物料进入储料罐的粒度，提高产品质量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种球磨机出料精密组件，其特征在于设置提示模块(7)，当球磨机超载运转异常或出料口堵塞时发出提示信息。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种球磨机出料精密组件，其特征在于提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
