本发明公开了一种匣钵废料回收处理装置，包括：球磨机，所述球磨机具有进料口和出料口，所述出料口下方设置有滤布，所述球磨机内设置有压力传感器；设置在所述滤布下方的储料池；控制所述球磨机工作的控制装置，所述控制装置具有时间继电模块。本发明能够通过压力传感器感应球磨机内腔物料的工作压力情况，而且能够通过时间继电模块控制球磨机的工作时间，保证磨料质量，提高产品质量，符合目前的环保节能的要求。

本发明涉及回收处理领域，特别涉及一种匣钵废料回收处理装置。
背景技术
匣钵是生产碗的必要工具，在长期使用过程中匣钵会破碎或损坏。目前的匣钵在破损或损坏之后会丢弃，而不是采取循环利用的措施，这样导致资源的大量浪费。而目前也没有专门对匣钵废料进行回收处理的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷，提供一种匣钵废料回收处理装置，已解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现：
匣钵废料回收处理装置，其特征在于，包括：
球磨机，所述球磨机具有进料口和出料口，所述出料口下方设置有滤布，所述球磨机内设置有压力传感器；
设置在所述滤布下方的储料池；
控制所述球磨机工作的控制装置，所述控制装置具有时间继电模块。
由于采用了如上的技术方案，本发明能够通过压力传感器感应球磨机内腔物料的工作压力情况，而且能够通过时间继电模块控制球磨机的工作时间，保证磨料质量，提高产品质量，符合目前的环保节能的要求。

参见图1所示的匣钵废料回收处理装置，包括球磨机100、储料池200、控制装置800。球磨机100具有进料口110和出料口120，出料口120下方设置有滤布130。储料池200设置在滤布130下方。球磨机100内设置有压力传感器101，控制装置800控制球磨机100工作，控制装置800具有时间继电模块810。本发明中的球磨机100为现有技术，是匣钵生产过程中常用的设备。
本发明的工作原理如下：
将回收的匣钵废料投入球磨机100中进行磨碎，能够通过压力传感器101感应球磨机100内腔物料的工作压力情况，而且能够通过时间继电模块810控制球磨机100的工作时间，保证磨料质量，然后投放到储料池200中，提高产品质量，符合目前的环保节能的要求。
