一种治疗卵巢囊肿的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：黄芪17g，夏枯草18g，红花7g，海浮石17g，土茯苓12g，莪术17g，云芝7g，猪苓18g，青黛12g，薤白17g，橘核7g，昆布17g，贯众12g，三七13g，鳖甲12g，蒲葵子13g，皂角刺12g，鬼箭羽17g，紫河车8g，车前草18g，山豆根12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗卵巢囊肿的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例女50例，年龄20～50岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、腹部不适，中等大小的良性肿瘤或生长迅速的恶性肿瘤常引起腹胀和不适感；
2、肿瘤生长慢，不易被发现，患者往往在无意中触及；
3、良性肿瘤并发蒂扭转、破裂、出血、感染时，可出现不同程度的腹痛；
4、肿瘤较大占满盆腔可引起压迫症状，如尿频、排尿困难、便秘、气急、心悸等；
5、肿瘤破坏双侧卵巢时，可引起月经紊乱或子宫异常出血。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：临床症状消失，B 超检查囊肿消失；
2、好转：临床症状明显好转，B 超检查囊肿缩小；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显变化，B 超检查囊肿未见缩小。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-15个疗程，治愈38例，好转9例，未愈3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：吴某，女，31岁。就诊时自述：无明显诱因出现腹痛，月经不正常，白带量多，B超检查结果显示：右侧卵巢囊肿。由于瘤体不算太大，采取保守治疗。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，自觉腹痛感明显减轻，白带逐渐恢复正常；继续服用5个疗程，症状消失，B超结果为：囊肿消失，治愈。
病例2：宋某，女，40岁。就诊时自述：患有左侧卵巢囊肿已有4年了，两年前行卵巢囊肿切除手术，几个月前再次出现腹痛，腹胀，恶心，呕吐，食欲不振。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程，症状明显减轻；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，体检显示：一切正常。

1.一种治疗卵巢囊肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪10-30份，夏枯草10-20份，红花5-15份，海浮石10-20份，土茯苓10-20份，莪术10-20份，云芝5-15份，猪苓10-20份，青黛10-20份，薤白10-20份，橘核5-15份，昆布10-20份，贯众10-20份，三七5-15份，鳖甲10-20份，蒲葵子5-15份，皂角刺10-20份，鬼箭羽10-20份，紫河车5-15份，车前草10-20份，山豆根10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗卵巢囊肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：黄芪20份，夏枯草15份，红花10份，海浮石15份，土茯苓15份，莪术15份，云芝10份，猪苓15份，青黛15份，薤白15份，橘核10份，昆布15份，贯众15份，三七10份，鳖甲15份，蒲葵子10份，皂角刺15份，鬼箭羽15份，紫河车10份，车前草15份，山豆根15份，甘草10份。
