Abstract

本发明设计骨骼假体,尤其是胫骨中段假体。一种胫骨中段假体,分为主体段和固定段,所述的主体段人体前端面内凹,所述的固定段分为上固定段和下固定段,通过主体段连接。专门针对胫骨中段的骨骼缺损问题,固定效果好,承重能力强,不容易感染,对于正面的撞击有一定的抵抗力的胫骨中段假体。

技术领域
本发明设计骨骼假体,尤其是胫骨中段假体。
背景技术
外伤或者感染都会造成骨骼缺损,目前常用的是骨骼置换术,包括自身骨骼移植和假体植入。针对不同骨骼部位有不同形态的假体,一般采用内固定的方式进行植入。如果病人出现胫骨大段缺损,则愈后往往不好。因为胫骨表面皮质相对较薄,血供不足,如果采用常规的假体,容易造成反复感染,影响术后恢复,且胫骨骨骼较细,使用假体后容易出现固定位点脱落,造成假体发生位移,手术失败。即便恢复良好,在后续生活过程中遇到大的撞击可能会造成假体暴露,给病人带来生活隐患。越是缺损较大,胫骨假体植入风险越大,手术难度也越高,所以临床上很多病人放弃使用胫骨假体,造成终生残疾。目前没有一种专门针对胫骨中段的假体。
发明内容
所要解决的问题:针对以上问题,本发明提供一种胫骨中段假体,专门针对胫骨中段的骨骼缺损问题,固定效果好,承重能力强,不容易感染,对于正面的撞击有一定的抵抗力的胫骨中段假体。
技术方案
一种胫骨中段假体,分为主体段和固定段,所述的主体段人体前端面内凹,所述的固定段分为上固定段和下固定段,通过主体段连接。
更进一步的,所述的主体段为螺旋形。
更进一步的,所述的固定段由锥形的内填充固定端和延长固定板。
更进一步的,所述的延长固定板上设有抱爪。
更进一步的,所述的抱爪为弧形。
更进一步的,所述的抱爪通过子母钳固定。
更进一步的,所述的主体段和固定段设有抗菌涂层。
更进一步的,所述的一种胫骨中段假体为钛合金,一体成型。
有益效果
本发明提供的技术方案采用内凹设计的假体主体段,能有效避免因为皮质较薄带来的手术风险,对接受手术的患者不要求体重和脂肪层厚度。因为内凹设计使得距离表皮空间更大,防止皮质劈裂,血供充足假体生物相容性更加快,抗感染能力强,病人术后恢复快。愈后,如果遇到假体部位正面撞击,因为内凹设计分散受力,对假体起到保护的作用,也因为其表面皮质较厚,不容易导致假体部位皮质暴露,保护假体。
1主体段为螺旋形,具有更高的稳定性,承重能力好,与生物组织接触面积大,提供几首更多的附着面,加快术后愈合速度。
2所述的固定段由锥形的内填充固定端和延长固定板,首次采用皮下骨骼外部固定件固定与骨骼内部填充固定相结合的办法,因为胫骨较细,单纯的内部固定稳定性差,且容易对胫骨造成二次伤害,不利于大面积缺损假体的固定,内部固定可以采用骨水泥等粘合剂。外部设有延长固定板,其造型符合胫骨审理弧度,固定于缺损上段,或者缺损下端的健康骨骼部分,能够防止假体发生位移或者松动。考虑到手术操作难度,可以更具缺损部位胫腓骨之间的距离调整延长固定板的长度。进行固定起到集中在胫骨中段,胫骨腓骨位置相对较大的的地方。
3所述的延长固定板上设有抱爪,所述的抱爪为弧形,增加接触面积,对胫骨起到抓握的作用,增强假体在人体内的稳定性。
4所述的抱爪通过子母钳固定,子母钳是比较常见的骨科手术工具,固定后,将体外多余部分拆除,安全方便,感染率低。
5所述的主体段和固定段设有抗菌涂层,能有效防止假体表面附着细菌,并预防手术后的急性感染,提高手术成功率。
6钛合金具有良好的生物相容性,且硬度较大,能够起到承重的作用。一体成型的制备工艺没有接头处,方便消毒,强度更高,有利于承重,同时不易发生损坏。
