本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种促进肠道健康的生姜滴丸制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
生姜是姜科多年生草本植物姜的新鲜根茎,是常见的药食两用的植物,具有解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳等功效。生姜含有的辛辣和芳香成分,含促进消化液分泌的姜辣素等成分。生姜具有保护胃黏膜细胞的作用,在芳香健胃生药中,特别是姜科植物中多含有姜烯等萜类精油成分,是健胃生药的有效成分之一。对消化道有轻度刺激作用,可使肠张力、节律及蠕动增加,可用于因胀气或其他原因引起的肠绞痛。生姜对中枢神经系统有抑制作用,有明显的镇痛作用。生姜提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有明显抑制作用,可抗菌抗病毒。生姜泥和生姜浸出液对创伤愈合有明显的促进作用,生姜汁液能在一定程度上抑制癌细胞生长,在一些抗肿瘤药物中加入生姜提取物能减轻肿瘤药物的副作用。生姜中所含的姜辣素和二苯基庚烷类化合物的结构均具有很强的抗氧化和清除自由基作用;吃姜还能抗衰老,老年人常吃生姜可除“老人斑”。随着现代生活方式步伐地加快,易生病易疲劳的问题日益突出,已影响到人们的身体健康。长期服用药品不但起不到理想的疗效,还会使健康进一步受损,同时随着消费者追求健康、天然的意识的不断提高。生姜的诸多保健作用正迎合了人们对身体保健的需求,同时生姜还是天然无副作用的药食两用的食品,适合长期服用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种促进肠道健康的生姜滴丸制剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种促进肠道健康的生姜滴丸制剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:生姜450-460、葛根60-62、桃胶34-35、洋葱20-21、青橄榄17-18、海藻粉3-4、黄瓜籽粉5-6、黑木耳20-22、白胡椒粉1-2、南瓜粉30-32、陈皮3-4、水适量。
根据权利要求l所述的促进肠道健康的生姜滴丸制剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜优质无霉变的生姜洗净去皮切小块,在沸水中漂烫3-5分钟,捞出冷凉至室温后榨汁,滤去残渣,生姜汁用2倍于体积重的80%浓度乙醇在80-84℃条件下回流提取3-4小时,添加0.1-0.2%抗坏血酸搅拌均匀,置于60-65℃温度条件下进行浓缩,浓缩时长为3-4小时,以确保最大限度地保留生姜内的有效成分,冷却后静置备用;
(2)用大孔树脂对步骤(1)中的生姜有效成分溶液进行吸附,再用蒸馏水洗脱处理,回收乙醇后,收集洗脱液冷冻干燥粉碎,得到生姜有效成分冻干粉;
(3)葛根、洋葱去皮,青橄榄取果肉,桃胶、黑木耳泡发,一同洗净后置于浓度为3-4%的盐水中浸泡40-50分钟,捞出洗净后添加适量的水打磨成浆,陈皮洗净加适量水煮制20-30分钟滤去残渣,与其他剩余成分混合均匀后经超滤设备处理后获得超滤液,超滤液置于离心机中进行离心处理,离心机转速为2000-2400r/min,离心时间为30-40分钟,提取上清液备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中获得的上清液置于旋转蒸发仪中进行浓缩处理,直至可溶性固形物浓度为15-20%,将步骤(2)中获得的生姜有效成分冻干粉添加10-12%重量份的魔芋精粉作为助干剂,对其进行喷雾干燥,得到干燥药粉;
(5)干燥药粉中加入8-10%赋形剂,赋形剂的成分为麦芽糊精、海藻酸钠、可溶性淀粉,比例为2:1:1,搅拌均匀加适量水熬制成膏状,制成丸剂后以1-2%壳聚糖溶液作为被膜剂喷淋包覆,最后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为50-52℃,时长为3-4小时,高温瞬时灭菌处理后分瓶密封包装即可。
