技术领域:
本发明涉及一种内导体上开槽装置中的定位块。
背景技术:
连接器中内导体的结构如图1所示,包括垂直设置的插接部401和插针部400,现有技术中在通过仪表机床上加工内导体上的限位槽403时,由于内导体的结构小,在仪表机床上定位比较困难,且每加工完成一个内导体后需在机床上重新定位下一个待加工的内导体,生产效率低。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种内导体上开槽装置中的定位块。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种内导体上开槽装置中的定位块,包括一本体,所述本体上设有垂直且相互贯通的进料孔和定位孔;
所述进料孔包括圆孔部以及与圆孔部相贯通的矩形槽部,所述矩形槽部与定位孔相贯通。
进一步地,所述本体为矩形状。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,定位效果好。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图2所示,本发明一种内导体上开槽装置中的定位块,包括一矩形状的本体23,在本体23上设有垂直且相互贯通的进料孔230和定位孔231。
进料孔230包括圆孔部235和矩形槽部236,圆孔部235和矩形槽部236相贯通,矩形槽部236与定位孔231相贯通。
在加工插接部401上的限位槽403时,将内导体置于进料孔230内,然后在定位孔231插入定位销,使得该定位销抵靠在插针部400的上方,继而将内导体固定于本体23上。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种内导体上开槽装置中的定位块,其特征在于:包括一本体(23),所述本体(23)上设有垂直且相互贯通的进料孔(230)和定位孔(231);
所述进料孔(230)包括圆孔部(235)以及与圆孔部(235)相贯通的矩形槽部(236),所述矩形槽部(236)与定位孔(231)相贯通。
2.如权利要求1所述的内导体上开槽装置中的定位块,其特征在于:所述本体(23)为矩形状。
