[0002]电池热失稳是动力汽车电池包的一大安全隐患,一旦发生热失稳,严重时会造成 车毁人亡的重大事故。但是目前的电池包温度监测技术只能监测电池模组中外围单体电池 的温度,而无法对电池模组内部的单体电池的温度进行有效监控,当内部电池发生热失稳 时,将对驾乘人员及车辆的安全造成极大威胁。

[0003] 有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种温度预警装置及电源装置,以改善现有电 池模组的监测技术无法准确检测模组内部温度而导致人车安全存在极大安全隐患的问题。

[0005] 一种温度预警装置,应用于包括若干单体电池的电池模组,所述若干单体电池被 划分为多层子模组,每一层子模组包括数个所述单体电池,所述温度预警装置包括:
[0006] 液冷扁管,该液冷扁管包括进液口、出液口以及连通所述进液口与所述出液口的 冷却液流通通道,该液冷扁管上设有至少一个安装槽,该液冷扁管设置于所述电池模组内, 且该液冷扁管的至少一段位于任意相邻的两层子模组间的空隙处;至少一个热敏元件,该 至少一个热敏元件布设于所述安装槽内,该热敏元件的监测值随所述电池模组内温度的变 化而变化;温度分析单元,该温度分析单元与所述热敏元件连接,根据所述热敏元件的监测 值分析所述电池模组内的温度;以及预警单元,该预警单元与所述温度分析单元连接,用于 在所述温度分析单元分析得到的温度大于预设阈值时发出预警信号。

[0041] 较佳地,所述热敏元件21〇选择为正温度系数热敏电阻,g卩PTC热敏电阻。可以理解 的是,该热敏元件210还可以是负温度系数热敏电阻(NTC热敏电阻)或其他热敏材料,只要 能实现监测电池模组310温度的目的即可。
[0042]此外,所述至少一个热敏元件210布设于所述第一安装槽104内时,其布设方式可 以是依次连续地排布于第一安装槽104内,也可以是间隔地设置于第一安装槽1〇4内。具体 地,一方面,当所述热敏元件210为PTC热敏电阻带时,该至少一个PTC热敏电阻带可以首尾 相接地排布在第一安装槽104内,每一条PTC热敏电阻带均与所述温度分析单元220连接,特 别地,若所述PTC热敏电阻带足够长,该至少一个PTC热敏电阻带可同时并排设置在第一安 装槽104内。另一方面,当所述热敏元件210为散装的PTC热敏电阻器时,该至少一个PTC热敏 电阻器可以间隔设置在第一安装槽104内,每个PTC热敏电阻器监测其所在位置的周围单体 电池的温度。
[0043]如图4所示,是使用所述温度预警装置的电源装置300的立体结构示意图。所述电 源装置300主要用于电动汽车,为电动汽车提供动力。所述电源装置300包括电池模组310。 所述电池模组310包括若干单体电池,所述若干单体电池被划分为多层子模组,例如图4所 示的电池模组310包括12层子模组,但并不限于此。每一层子模组包括数个所述单体电池, 例如图4所示的I2层子模组中,每一层包括1〇或11个单体电池,但并不限于此。所述温度预 警装置用于对电池模组31〇进行温度监测及预警。使用时,所述液冷扁管100安装于所述电 池模组310内,该液冷扁管100的至少一段位于任意相邻的两层子模组间的空隙处,且设置 在两层子模组间空隙处的第一安装槽104内优选设有至少一段PTC热敏电阻带或至少一个 PTC热敏电阻器。PTC热敏电阻的阻值随电池模组310内温度的变化而变化。所述温度分析单 元22〇与设置在第一安装槽104内的PTC热敏电阻连接,根据PTC热敏电阻的阻值分析电池模 组310内的温度,当所述温度分析单元220分析得到的温度大于预设阈值时触发所述预警单 元230发出预警信号。较佳地,如图4所示出的液冷扁管100的安装方式,所述电池模组310内 任意一层子模组均至少与一段液冷扁管100相邻接,这样的液冷扁管100的安装方式在使冷 却液充分吸收电池模组310内部热量的同时,也保证了热敏元件210及温度分析单元220能 够更好的监测分析电池模组310内的温度。
[0044]图5为本实施例提供的图1所示的液冷扁管100安装在所述电池模组310后的投影 示意图。如图5所示,液冷扁管100被挤压成弯曲形状以绕行于电池模组310内,并与电池模 组310内的每一个单体电池相接触。较佳地,热敏元件210为PTC热敏电阻带时,该热敏电阻 带随液冷扁管100—起绕行于电池模组310内,通过液冷扁管100间接监测电池模组310内每 一个单体电池的温度;热敏元件21〇为PTC热敏电阻器时,若干个热敏电阻器间隔设置在第 一安装槽104内,位于相邻两层子模组间的第一安装槽104内设有数个热敏电阻器,每一个 热敏电阻器监测其所在位置周围的单体电池的温度。
[0045]所述温度预警装置对所述电池模组310进行监测预警及散热管理的具体工作原理 为,冷却液从液冷扁管100的进液口 101流入所述冷却液流通通道103,并经所述冷却液流通 通道1〇3流动至所述出液口 102,在流动过程中,冷却液不断吸收电池模组310内由于工作所 产生的并逐渐聚积的热量,以为所述电池模组31〇散热。与此同时,布设于第一安装槽104内 与液冷扁管100相接触的PCT热敏电阻将监测液冷扁管100的温度,其阻值随液冷扁管100温 度的升高而增大。温度分析单元22〇根据PCT热敏电阻的阻值分析电池模组310内的温度,当 分析得出的电阻阻值大于预设阈值时,表明电池模组310内发生了热失稳,继而触发预警单 元230发出预警信号,以提醒驾乘者及时采取措施。
[0046] 工作常态下的电池模组310,其内部每一个单体电池的温度应处于一预设的温度 范围内,以锂离子电池模组310为例,其每一个锂离子单体电池的工作温度一般在零下25度 至45度之间,所以PCT热敏电阻的阻值也对应的存在一安全阻值区间。一旦电池模组310内 某个单体电池发生热失稳,其短时间内会释放大量的热量,该处的温度将会骤升至成百上 千度(通常热失稳电池的温度将达到600度〜1000度),PCT热敏电阻的阻值也将随之呈现出 指数级的变化,此时温度分析单元220所监测到的阻值发生了明显变化,且远远超出安全阻 值区间的最大上限,由此判定电池模组310内发生了热失稳,继而触发预警单元230进行预 警。
[0047]所述温度分析单元220可以是万用表,也可以是其他能用于监测热敏电阻阻值的 电阻测量装置,具体可以由单片机或其它集成1C实现。
[0048]所述预警单元230可以包括设置于汽车中控台上的蜂鸣器、带有电池标识的警示 灯或者语音提示器等。可以理解的是,该预警单元230还可以是其它任何形式的预警提醒, 只要能起到提醒驾乘者电池模组310异常的作用即可。

[0056]需要说明的是,液冷扁管1〇〇上还可以设置更多个安装槽,不限于本实施例所给出 的实施方式,且安装槽的设置方式也可根据实际应用场景进行优选设计。比如,当液冷扁管 loop上、下壁的壁厚足够时,还可以将安装槽设置于液冷扁管100的上侧壁或下侧壁。另 外,安装槽的走向也可以是与冷却液的流动方向相交错的。
[0057]再者,为了增强该液冷扁管100的结构强度,以避免将其安装在电池模组310内部 后,由于内部电池的压力,造成液冷扁管100变形或损坏,影响冷却液的流通,可以在所述冷 却液流通通道103内间隔设置多个加强筋107,以增强液冷扁管1〇〇的机械强度。如图9所示, 以本实施例提供的图6所示的液冷扁管1〇〇为例,在该液冷扁管1〇〇的冷却液流通通道1〇3内 间隔设置多个加强筋107,该多个加强筋1〇7将冷却液流通通道103划分为多个子通道。特别 地,基于该种设计的液冷扁管100,其基材可选为铝质口琴管。
[0058]综上所述,本发明提供的温度预警装置及电源装置300,不但可以检测电池模组 310外围电池的温度,还可以有效检测电池模组:31〇内部单体电池的温度。热敏元件210的监 测值随电池模组310温度的变化而变化,当温度分析单元220根据该监测值分析得出电池模 组310的温度超出预设阈值时,预警单元23〇将被触发发出预警信号,以提醒驾乘人员及时 采取措施,迅速撤离到安全区域。
