本发明是一种柴油机油箱。主要是由油箱支撑板、油箱和减振垫等组成。本发明采用结构改进的油箱支撑板支撑油箱,同时在油箱与柴油机机体之间增加了减振垫。本发明能提高油箱的刚性,增强油箱的抗振性能,延长了油箱的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种提高抗振性能的柴油机油箱。
背景技术
柴油机油箱(简称油箱)是柴油机主要易损件之一,由于柴油机工作环境比较恶劣,在工作时会产生较大的振动,而油箱又属于薄壁件,在使用过程中易出现撕裂、漏油等故障;据统计,在柴油机使用初期故障中,油箱漏油或撕裂的比例占整个柴油机故障的30%,居柴油机故障的首位。多年来,如何提高油箱的抗振性能,减少油箱初期故障率,一直是农机行业力求解决的难题。本发明能提高油箱的刚性,增强油箱的抗振性能,延长了油箱的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对柴油机油箱的振动问题,提供了减少振动的柴油机油箱结构。
本发明采用的技术方案是:主要是由油箱支撑板、油箱和减振垫等组成。油箱前面采用结构改进的油箱支撑板来支撑油箱,油箱支撑板与柴油机机体由坚固螺钉联接;同时在油箱下面与柴油机机体之间增加了减振垫。结构改进的油箱支撑板是在油箱支撑板两圆角处分别压制两凹槽作为加强筋,减小油箱的振动;在油箱与柴油机机体之间填充海绵作为减振振垫,海绵要能防油、耐120℃高温;减振垫在柴油机装配到位后,海绵压缩所产生的弹力正好抵消盛满油整个油箱的重量。由于柴油机工作环境比较恶劣,在工作时会产生较大的振动,为了解决柴油机在工作中油箱的振动问题,在油箱和柴油机机体之间的间隙中填充海绵作为减振垫,海绵的厚度根据其密度、弹性不同而不同,一般以油箱盛满油为基准,在柴油机上装配到位后,海绵压缩所产生的弹力正好抵消整个油箱的重量为宜,对海绵品质的要求较高,必须是防油、耐120℃高温,这是减振垫所在工作环境所决定的;由于在油箱下底面有一层海绵,对油箱起到了向上“托”的作用,使油箱下底面的钢性得到了加强,抗振性能成倍上升,同时海绵是弹性,它能很好吸收振动,使振动减小。在油箱支撑板两圆角处分别压制两凹槽作为加强筋。由于油箱支撑板圆角处压制了两凹槽,柴油机工作时,油箱支撑板圆角处的弹性变形得到有效抑制,减小了油箱支撑板对油箱下体的撞击,从而减小了油箱的振动,提高了油箱的使用寿命。
本发明的有益效果是,能提高油箱的刚性,增强油箱的抗振性能,延长了油箱的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
在柴油机机体(图1中5)与油箱(图1中2)之间加上用海绵制成的减振垫(图1中3),再把油箱支撑板(图1中1)固定在柴油机机体(图1中5)上,形成本发明的油箱结构(图1)。

1.一种柴油机油箱,主要是由油箱支撑板、油箱和减振垫等组成。其特征在于油箱前面采用结构改进的油箱支撑板来支撑油箱,油箱支撑板与柴油机机体由坚固螺钉联接;同时在油箱下面与柴油机机体之间增加了减振垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油箱,其特征在于:结构改进的油箱支撑板是在油箱支撑板两圆角处分别压制两凹槽作为加强筋,减小油箱的振动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型油箱,其特征在于:在油箱与柴油机机体之间填充海绵作为减振振垫,海绵要能防油、耐120℃高温;减振垫在柴油机装配到位后,海绵压缩所产生的弹力正好抵消盛满油整个油箱的重量。
