技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种发动机减震器。
背景技术
减震器因为其吸收高频振动的能力强,在工作时允许产生的变形量大等特点被广泛地应用于工程机械领域。但是,不同于其他工程机械,在振动压路机选择发动机减震器时,既要关注该减震器是否可以衰减发动机工作产生的振动传递,又要考虑减震器是否可以减小工作时引起的车架振动对发动机的影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种发动机减震器,解决现有技术中减震器不能减小工作时引起的车架振动对发动机影响的技术问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种发动机减震器,包括:至少4个减震单元,所述4个减震分别设于发动机的四个边角位置,其中,所述减震单元的下底板1及上底板2之间设有多个减震弹簧3及安装孔6,所述上底板2上设有阻尼块4,所述阻尼块4的表面安装有防尘套5。
本发明通过四点分布的减震器,有效降低了发动机的振动,尤其是降低车架的振动。
