Abstract
本发明涉及一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,解决了现有冷烫膜色层材料,由于配方不合理,造成使用时控制难度大,容易出现切边性不好、转移效果差、无法表面模压等问题。其生产步骤:1、溶剂中加入聚甲基丙烯酸树脂搅拌,溶解后加入带羟基的丙烯酸树脂并搅拌,得到共混树脂溶液。2、溶剂中加入添加剂搅拌得到添加剂溶液。3、将搅拌好的共混树脂溶液和添加剂溶液共混并加入溶剂一起搅拌,搅拌好后通过250目滤袋过滤,最后制成镭射膜冷烫色层材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装印刷技术领域,特别与一种用于标签印刷和商业印刷的冷烫膜有关的电化铝。
背景技术
在激烈的市场竞争中,为了增加产品的附加价值,更有效地进行包装防伪,越来越多的包装商品采用电化铝烫印技术。电化铝烫印技术与包装市场可谓息息相关,采用优质电化铝烫印膜的包装设计使产品亮丽美观,提升包装防伪性与价值。早期电化铝烫印膜技术以热烫膜为主,以UV冷烫膜为代表的新一代烫印膜技术近年高速发展,并广泛应用于柔版印刷、平版印刷等。
21世纪初级,冷烫技术能凸显设计主题及具有独特的立体视觉效果,在我国高档印刷品领域逐渐得到推广和应用,并得到了众多印刷企业及消费者的青睐。
现有冷烫膜色层材料,由于配方不合理,造成使用时控制难度大,容易出现切边性不好、转移效果差、无法表面模压等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,切边性能优良,并能满足镭射模压要求,模压后镭射效果长久稳定,生产效率高,使用成本低的冷烫膜色层材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,选择几种有机物单体和添加剂,按合适的比例,并在一定温度和压力条件下在以有机溶剂为载体进行接支聚合。
所述有机物单体以甲基丙烯酸酯类单体为主体,用具有羧基的丙烯酸单体与其进行接支聚合。其中甲基丙烯酸类单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯中的一种或者多种;具有羧基的丙烯酸单体为甲基丙烯酸羧乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸羧丙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸羧丁酯中的一种或多种。
所述添加剂为自由基引发剂、流平剂、分散剂,如烷基过氧化物、烷基过氧化氢物、过氧化酯中的一种或者多种。
所述有机溶剂载体为醋酸乙酯、醋酸正丙酯、醋酸正丁酯、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
所述比例(重量比)为甲基丙烯酸酯类单体:10~20份,带羧基的丙烯酸单体:5~10份,添加剂:1~5份,溶剂载体:65~84份。
所述温度为75-80摄氏度之间,温度过低会降低聚合效率,延长聚合时间;温度过高会引发暴聚,难以控制聚合物的分子量。
所述压力为1~1.5大气压之间,压力过大会使聚合出来的产品Tg点(玻璃化转变温度)过低,树脂的脆性和耐温性变差。
具体实施方式
第一步,称取50公斤溶剂投入反应釜料缸中,开启热循环设备加热,温度设定为75摄氏度,待反应釜中溶剂温度升到75摄氏度时开启搅拌,并投入20公斤的甲基丙烯酸单体,并加快搅拌速度,使料液受热均匀。
第二步,当反应釜的丙烯酸单体温度恒定在75摄氏度时降低搅拌速度,把加热温度设定为80摄氏度,投入5-10公斤带羧基的丙烯酸单体并逐渐缓缓加入引发剂,引发剂滴加速度控制在15ml/min,在滴加引发剂的过程中注意控制搅拌速度和反应釜的温度,尤其是反应温度,必须在85度以下,因为在带羧基的丙烯酸单体和甲基丙烯酸酯类单体在聚合中期会放出大量的热量,使温度迅速升高,必要时可关掉加热系统并开启冷却系统,控制温度,以免温度过高,引发暴聚。在共混过程中料液的黏度也会发生改变,应为从稀到稠再到稀的过程,期间搅拌速度也要相应调节。
第三步,当反应釜内温度不再升高,黏度25000-30000mPa.s之间,此时相对分子量在20000左右,把温度设定为65摄氏度,保温30分钟。
第四步,在另一反应釜中加入15公斤溶剂,开启加热,温度设定为75摄氏度,投入1-5公斤添加剂,在边加热边搅拌,直到添加剂完全溶解。
第五步,把溶解好的添加剂溶液倒入聚合物反应的料缸中,开启搅拌,使其充分混合。把剩余的溶剂加入料缸中,补足100公斤。关闭加热,熟化30分钟,等料液温度降到室温时用200目滤袋对其进行过滤。100公斤镭射膜冷烫色层材料制作完成。
Claims (7)
1.一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,其特征在于:选择几种有机物单体和添加剂,按合适的比例,并在一定温度和压力条件下在以有机溶剂为载体进行接支聚合。
2.一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,其特征在于:所述有机物单体以甲基丙烯酸酯类单体为主体,用具有羧基的丙烯酸单体与其进行接支聚合。
3.其中甲基丙烯酸类单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丙酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯中的一种或者多种;具有羧基的丙烯酸单体为甲基丙烯酸羧乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸羧丙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸羧丁酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂载体为醋酸乙酯、醋酸正丙酯、醋酸正丁酯、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚中的一种或多种。
5.一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,其特征在于:所述比例(重量比)为甲基丙烯酸酯类单体:10~20份,带羧基的丙烯酸单体:5~10份,添加剂:1~5份,溶剂载体:65~84份。
6.一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,其特征在于:所述温度为75-80摄氏度之间,温度过低会降低聚合效率,延长聚合时间;温度过高会引发暴聚,难以控制聚合物的分子量。
7.一种镭射膜冷烫色层材料,其特征在于:所述压力为1~1.5大气压之间,压力过大会使聚合出来的产品Tg点(玻璃化转变温度)过低,树脂的脆性和耐温性变差。
