Abstract

本发明涉及一种可调节切菜装置，由机架、壳体、刀片组、转盘和电机组成，壳体安装在机架上，壳体内设有转盘，转盘连接电机，电机安装在机架上，壳体上装有活动的前壳盖，前壳盖设有进料口，前壳盖内壁上方装有小刀片组，在小刀片组的下方设有大刀片，小刀片组连接固定钮，大刀片通过螺丝固定在前壳盖上，在前壳盖大刀片的下方装有出料口。本发明即可实现切丝、切片的不同的需求，且拆卸简洁方便，便于清洗。

技术领域
本发明属于蔬菜加工机械领域，尤其涉及一种可调节切菜装置。
背景技术
随着餐饮业的不断发展，人们对蔬菜制品的花色、规格要求越来越高，特别是宾馆、饭店、大型食堂，要同时切制多种蔬菜，一种蔬菜要切制多种规格，大大增加了从业人员的劳动强度，由机器代替人工切菜已成为行业发展的必然。
目前，市面上的大多数切菜机，功能比较单一，切菜规格不能调整，切不同规格的食材必须更换刀俎，操作复杂，增加成本，不能满足用户的需求。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足，提供了一种即可切片、又可切丝的可调节切菜装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下：
一种可调节切菜装置，由机架、壳体、刀片组、转盘和电机组成，壳体安装在机架上，壳体内设有转盘，转盘连接电机，电机安装在机架上，壳体上装有活动的前壳盖，前壳盖设有进料口，前壳盖内壁上方装有小刀片组，在小刀片组的下方设有大刀片，小刀片组连接固定钮，大刀片通过螺丝固定在前壳盖上，在前壳盖大刀片的下方装有出料口。
作为优选的，所述的转盘内设置有阻隔块。
作为优选的，所述的小刀片组设有三个。
作为优选的，所述的小刀片组指向转盘圆形环形排列。
作为优选的，所述的小刀片组上设有限位块。
本发明的有益效果是：
1 、即可实现切丝、切片的不同的需求。
2 、拆卸简洁方便，便于清洗。
3 、可以广泛应用于食品加工设备中，有极其广泛的推广实用价值。

下面结合具体实施例，对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示，一种可调节切菜装置，由机架1、壳体2、刀片组、转盘和电机组成，壳体2安装在机架1上，壳体2内设有转盘，转盘连接电机，电机安装在机架1上，壳体2上装有活动的前壳盖3，前壳盖3设有进料口8，前壳盖3内壁上方装有小刀片组4，在小刀片组4的下方设有大刀片6，小刀片组6连接固定钮5，大刀片6通过螺丝7固定在前壳盖3上，在前壳盖大刀片6的下方装有出料口9。
转盘内设置有阻隔块，小刀片组4设有三个，小刀片组4指向转盘圆形环形排列，小刀片组4上设有限位块。

1.一种可调节切菜装置，由机架、壳体、刀片组、转盘和电机组成，壳体安装在机架上，壳体内设有转盘，转盘连接电机，电机安装在机架上，其特征在于：壳体上装有活动的前壳盖，前壳盖设有进料口，前壳盖内壁上方装有小刀片组，在小刀片组的下方设有大刀片，小刀片组连接固定钮，大刀片通过螺丝固定在前壳盖上，在前壳盖大刀片的下方装有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节切菜装置，其特征在于：转盘内设置有阻隔块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节切菜装置，其特征在于：小刀片组设有三个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节切菜装置，其特征在于：小刀片组指向转盘圆形环形排列。
