本发明公开了一种数控石材弧形线条成型机,其特征在于:横导轨与纵向行走拖板连接且处于纵向大梁下方;设在横导轨前端部的升降导轨上装有升降活动拖板,升降活动拖板侧面安装有转向轴承座,转向轴承座上部安装有第四伺服电机座和第四伺服电机,内部安装有转向轴,转向轴的上端与第四伺服电机轴连接,转向轴上部安装有上转向支承板,下端安装有下转向支承板,上转向支承板底部安装有电机,下转向支承板下端面安装有切削主轴箱,切削主轴箱内装有主轴,电机轴端安装有主动皮带轮,主轴的一端安装有从动皮带轮,从动皮带轮通过梯形皮带与主动皮带轮联动。本发明自动完成复杂圆弧装饰面加工,且加工成型后表面成型纹路平滑,光洁度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及石材加工机械,具体涉及一种数控石材弧形线条成型机。
背景技术
花岗岩、大理石等石材在家装,工程装饰均有大量使用,在使用前都需要按设计的型状对石材平面进行成型加工,特别是一些弧形面加工,难度相当高,目前均是人工打磨,操作人员劳动强度较大,操作不方便,且产品成型纹路不平滑,光洁度差,达不到美观的要求。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能自动控制完成复杂圆弧刀路线走刀,精确成型加工出弧形装饰面,且成加工表面成型纹路平滑,光洁度好,外观美观的数控石材弧形线条成型。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,数控石材弧形线条成型机,包括底座1,工作台2,电控箱3,立柱4,伺服电机一5,纵向大梁6,纵向大梁丝杆7,纵向行走拖板8,伺服电机二9,横导轨丝杆10,横导轨11,升降伺服电机12,所述纵向行走拖板8安装在纵向大梁6上,由伺服电机一5通过纵向大梁丝杆7带动进行纵向移动,所述横导轨11与纵向行走拖板8连接且处于纵向大梁6下方;所述横导轨11的前端部设有升降导轨14,所述升降导轨14安装有升降活动拖板13,所述升降活动拖板13由升降伺服电机12驱动;所述升降活动拖板13侧面安装有转向轴承座26,所述转向轴承座26上部安装有第四伺服电机座17,所述第四伺服电机座17上安装有第四伺服电机16,所述转向轴承座26内安装有转向轴25,所述转向轴25的上端与第四伺服电机16轴连接,所述转向轴25上部且处于还第四伺服电机16下方的位置安装有上转向支承板18,所述转向轴25下端安装有下转向支承板231,所述上转向支承板18底部安装有电机19,所述下转向支承板231下端面安装有切削主轴箱23,所述切削主轴箱23内装有主轴24,所述电机19轴端安装有主动皮带轮20,所述主轴24的一端安装有从动皮带轮22,所述从动皮带轮22通过梯形皮带21与主动皮带轮20联动。
采用本技术方案的数控石材磨边成型机在工作时,设定好初始坐标和程序后,即可自动进行磨削加工,特别是第四轴伺服电机在电控系统控制下带动回转轴转动,从而带动安装在回转轴上的上转向支承板、下转向支承板转动,从而使安装在主轴上的磨削刀具实时的处于磨削位置的法向,从而保证磨削成型质量,特别是能完成复杂圆弧的成型加工,突破了手工操作不能实现的复杂圆弧走刀功能,具有高效率,高质量,可以很好完成复杂圆弧面加工的优点。

如图1和图2所示,本发明数控石材弧形线条成型机,包括底座1,工作台2,电控箱3,立柱4,伺服电机一5,纵向大梁6,纵向大梁丝杆7,纵向行走拖板8,伺服电机二9,横导轨丝杆10,横导轨11,升降伺服电机12,纵向行走拖板8安装在纵向大梁6上,由伺服电机一5通过纵向大梁丝杆7带动进行纵向移动,横导轨11与纵向行走拖板8连接且处于纵向大梁6下方;横导轨11的前端部设有升降导轨14,升降导轨14安装有升降活动拖板13,升降活动拖板13由升降伺服电机12驱动;升降活动拖板13侧面安装有转向轴承座26,转向轴承座26上部安装有第四伺服电机座17,第四伺服电机座17上安装有第四伺服电机16,转向轴承座26内安装有转向轴25,转向轴25的上端与第四伺服电机16轴连接,转向轴25上部且处于还第四伺服电机16下方的位置安装有上转向支承板18,转向轴25下端安装有下转向支承板231,上转向支承板18底部安装有电机19,下转向支承板231下端面安装有切削主轴箱23,切削主轴箱23内装有主轴24,电机19轴端安装有主动皮带轮20,主轴24的一端安装有从动皮带轮22,从动皮带轮22通过梯形皮带21与主动皮带轮20联动。
