本发明公开了一种型材加工打孔机构,属于型材加工机械设备领域。该发明包括主支架和打孔机构,主支架下侧均匀设置有多个带刹万向轮,主支架上方一侧水平等间距转动连接有多根型材平移辊,打孔机构包括打孔电机、固定板、打孔杆、升降板和调节板,打孔电机水平设置在固定板上侧,固定板外侧与主支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降丝杆,调节板两侧分别竖直设置有调节导向孔,升降板两侧的上下两端与调节板之间分别水平设置有调节丝杆,打孔杆水平转动连接于升降板一侧,打孔电机与打孔杆一端采用传送皮带传动连接。本发明结构简单,能够快速高效的将型材根据需要水平进行打孔,提高了型材加工效率和质量,满足生产使用的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于型材加工机械设备领域,尤其涉及一种型材加工打孔机构。
背景技术
型材是铁或钢以及具有一定强度和韧性的材料(如塑料、铝、玻璃纤维等)通过轧制,挤出,铸造等工艺制成的具有一定几何形状的物体。普通型材按其断面形状又可分为工字钢、槽钢、角钢、圆钢等。工字钢、槽钢、角钢广泛应用于工业建筑和金属结构,如厂房、桥梁、船舶、农机车辆制造、输电铁塔,运输机械、往往配合使用。扁钢主要用作桥梁、房架、栅栏、输电、船舶、车辆等。圆钢、方钢用作各种机械零件、农机配件、工具等。在型材生产过程中,常常需要根据生产需要和客户需求将型材进行水平打孔,现有的型材打孔机构结构复杂,操作麻烦,难以根据需要将打孔杆沿竖直方向和水平方向进行调节,适用范围较窄,并且难以在型材打孔的过程中将型材准确的进行平移,影响型材打孔的效率和质量,不能满足生产使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,能够快速高效的将型材根据需要水平进行打孔的型材加工打孔机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种型材加工打孔机构,包括主支架和打孔机构,其特征在于:所述打孔机构机构设置在主支架上侧,主支架下侧均匀设置有多个带刹万向轮,主支架上方一侧水平等间距转动连接有多根型材平移辊;所述打孔机构包括打孔电机、固定板、打孔杆、升降板和调节板,固定板水平设置在主支架下侧,打孔电机水平设置在固定板上侧,固定板外侧与主支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降丝杆,升降丝杆竖直向上穿过固定板与主支架固定,固定板上下两侧的升降丝杆上分别螺纹连接有升降固定螺母,调节板竖直设置在主支架上侧,调节板两侧分别竖直设置有调节导向孔,升降板竖直设置在调节板一侧,升降板两侧的上下两端与调节板之间分别水平设置有调节丝杆,调节丝杆水平穿过调节导向孔与升降板固定,调节板两侧的调节丝杆上分别螺纹连接有调节固定螺母,打孔杆水平转动连接于升降板一侧,打孔电机与打孔杆一端采用传送皮带传动连接。
进一步地,所述型材平移辊两侧分别设置有限位套筒,限位套筒与型材平移辊之间设置有锁紧栓。
进一步地,所述型材平移辊表面设置有软质橡胶层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:本发明结构简单,通过主支架下侧均匀设置有多个带刹万向轮,可以根据型材打孔的需要便捷的进行移动,通过主支架上方一侧水平等间距转动连接有多根型材平移辊,型材平移辊两侧分别设置有限位套筒,使得型材在打孔过程中根据需要水平准确的进行移动;通过调节板两侧分别竖直设置有调节导向孔,升降板两侧的上下两端与调节板之间分别水平设置有调节丝杆,打孔杆水平转动连接于升降板一侧,可以根据型材打孔需要将打孔杆沿竖直方向和水平方向进行平移,利用打孔电机水平设置在固定板上侧,固定板外侧与主支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降丝杆,打孔电机与打孔杆一端采用传送皮带传动连接,可以便捷的将打孔电机沿竖直方向进行升降,使能便捷调节传送皮带的张力,使得打孔电机能够高效的驱动打孔杆将型材进行打孔,提高了型材打孔的效率和质量,满足生产使用的需要。

为了进一步描述本发明,下面结合附图进一步阐述一种型材加工打孔机构的具体实施方式,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本发明一种型材加工打孔机构,包括主支架1和打孔机构,打孔机构机构设置在主支架1上侧,主支架1下侧均匀设置有多个带刹万向轮2,主支架1上方一侧水平等间距转动连接有多根型材平移辊3。本发明的打孔机构包括打孔电机4、固定板5、打孔杆6、升降板7和调节板8,固定板5水平设置在主支架1下侧,打孔电机4水平设置在固定板5上侧,固定板5外侧与主支架1之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降丝杆9,升降丝杆9竖直向上穿过固定板5与主支架1固定,固定板5上下两侧的升降丝杆9上分别螺纹连接有升降固定螺母10,调节板8竖直设置在主支架1上侧,调节板8两侧分别竖直设置有调节导向孔11,升降板7竖直设置在调节板8一侧,升降板7两侧的上下两端与调节板8之间分别水平设置有调节丝杆12,调节丝杆12水平穿过调节导向孔11与升降板7固定,调节板8两侧的调节丝杆12上分别螺纹连接有调节固定螺母13,打孔杆6水平转动连接于升降板7一侧,打孔电机4与打孔杆6一端采用传送皮带14传动连接。
本发明的型材平移辊3两侧分别设置有限位套筒15,限位套筒15与型材平移辊3之间设置有锁紧栓16,使得型材在打孔过程中能根据需要水平准确的进行移动。本发明的型材平移辊3表面设置有软质橡胶层。
采用上述技术方案,本发明一种型材加工打孔机构在使用的时候,通过主支架1下侧均匀设置有多个带刹万向轮2,可以根据型材打孔的需要便捷的进行移动,通过主支架1上方一侧水平等间距转动连接有多根型材平移辊3,型材平移辊3两侧分别设置有限位套筒15,使得型材在打孔过程中根据需要水平准确的进行移动,通过调节板8两侧分别竖直设置有调节导向孔11,升降板7两侧的上下两端与调节板8之间分别水平设置有调节丝杆12,打孔杆6水平转动连接于升降板7一侧,可以根据型材打孔需要将打孔杆6沿竖直方向和水平方向进行平移,利用打孔电机4水平设置在固定板5上侧,固定板5外侧与主支架1之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降丝杆9,打孔电机4与打孔杆6一端采用传送皮带14传动连接,可以便捷的将打孔电机4沿竖直方向进行升降,使能便捷调节传送皮带14的张力,使得打孔电机4能够高效的驱动打孔杆6将型材进行打孔。通过这样的结构,本发明结构简单,操作方便,能够快速高效的将型材根据需要水平进行打孔,提高了型材打孔的效率和质量,满足生产使用的需要。

1.一种型材加工打孔机构,包括主支架和打孔机构,其特征在于:所述打孔机构机构设置在主支架上侧,主支架下侧均匀设置有多个带刹万向轮,主支架上方一侧水平等间距转动连接有多根型材平移辊;所述打孔机构包括打孔电机、固定板、打孔杆、升降板和调节板,固定板水平设置在主支架下侧,打孔电机水平设置在固定板上侧,固定板外侧与主支架之间竖直均匀设置有多根升降丝杆,升降丝杆竖直向上穿过固定板与主支架固定,固定板上下两侧的升降丝杆上分别螺纹连接有升降固定螺母,调节板竖直设置在主支架上侧,调节板两侧分别竖直设置有调节导向孔,升降板竖直设置在调节板一侧,升降板两侧的上下两端与调节板之间分别水平设置有调节丝杆,调节丝杆水平穿过调节导向孔与升降板固定,调节板两侧的调节丝杆上分别螺纹连接有调节固定螺母,打孔杆水平转动连接于升降板一侧,打孔电机与打孔杆一端采用传送皮带传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种型材加工打孔机构,其特征在于:所述型材平移辊两侧分别设置有限位套筒,限位套筒与型材平移辊之间设置有锁紧栓。
