本发明涉及金属部件加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种钢板自动夹持机构。
背景技术:
现有的钢板冲孔一般采用螺栓固定压板,压板压靠钢板实现固定,其固定麻烦,而且并不牢固,在冲压时,压板夹持不牢固,容易在冲孔时产生滑移现象,其冲孔位置不准确,使得产品不合格。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种钢板自动夹持机构,它夹持牢固,方便后续冲孔,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种钢板自动夹持机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶面中部具有主凹槽,主凹槽的中部固定有底部放置块,底部放置块的中部具有放置凹槽,底部放置块的四个外侧壁上均固定有推动油缸,推动油缸的推杆伸入放置凹槽中并固定在对应的夹持板上,夹持板与放置凹槽的对应内侧壁相平行,主连接架固定在主凹槽的底面上,主连接架的两个竖直支撑板的内侧壁上固定有连接板,连接板的顶面上固定有压紧油缸,压紧油缸的推杆竖直向下并固定在上压板的两侧壁上固定有的调节固定块上,上压板处于底部放置块的正上方,上压板的底面边部具有多个定位柱,定位柱与底部放置块的顶面边部具有的插孔上下对应并对齐,放置凹槽的底面具有多个底部通孔。
所述主凹槽的底面具有多个废料出料通孔,废料出料通孔与底部通孔相对齐并相通。
所述底部放置块顶面嵌套并固定有矩形框体状的永磁体块,上压板的底面与永磁体块相对应。
所述永磁体块靠近放置凹槽的内侧壁。
所述上压板上具有多个冲压通孔,冲压通孔与底部通孔相对齐。

它夹持牢固,方便后续冲孔,效果好。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种钢板自动夹持机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶面中部具有主凹槽11,主凹槽11的中部固定有底部放置块12,底部放置块12的中部具有放置凹槽121,底部放置块12的四个外侧壁上均固定有推动油缸122,推动油缸122的推杆伸入放置凹槽121中并固定在对应的夹持板123上,夹持板123与放置凹槽121的对应内侧壁相平行,主连接架20固定在主凹槽11的底面上,主连接架20的两个竖直支撑板21的内侧壁上固定有连接板22,连接板22的顶面上固定有压紧油缸23,压紧油缸23的推杆竖直向下并固定在上压板13的两侧壁上固定有的调节固定块131上,上压板13处于底部放置块12的正上方,上压板13的底面边部具有多个定位柱132,定位柱132与底部放置块12的顶面边部具有的插孔124上下对应并对齐,放置凹槽121的底面具有多个底部通孔125。
进一步的说,所述主凹槽11的底面具有多个废料出料通孔111,废料出料通孔111与底部通孔125相对齐并相通。
