技术领域
本发明涉及烟气粉尘处理技术领域,具体涉及一种脉冲布袋除尘器。
背景技术
申请公布号为CN 104324578A的专利公开了一种布袋除尘器,包括:机架,设置在机架一侧上的进气口和设置在机架上端的出气管,在机架上设置有布袋除尘器,在布袋除尘器的下端设置有布袋除尘灰斗,在布袋除尘器的上端设置有布袋除尘提升阀,在布袋除尘器上端的机架上设置有净气室,净气室与出气管相连接,在布袋除尘器上方的机架上设置有与其相互的喷吹装置,在所述布袋除尘器前端的机架上设置有电除尘器。
随着过滤工作时间的增加,滤袋外侧粉尘层逐渐增厚,除尘系统的阻力也逐渐加大,此时,除尘器需进行反吹清灰,当该室完成清灰工作后,需打开提升阀时,由于此时除尘系统的阻力大,气缸需要很高压力的压缩空气才能打开,否则提升阀打不开,使该室无法进入正常的过滤工作状态。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便提升阀打开的脉冲布袋除尘器,包括箱体、支架和脉冲清灰系统,箱体内设有多个滤袋,箱体设置在支架上,箱体下方设有多个灰抖,箱体内设有多个将箱体分成独立过滤室的隔板,过滤室的上方设置一个总的净气室,净气室的出口设置在箱体上,每个过滤室对应一个灰抖,每个独立的过滤室上方设有通断净气室和除尘室的提升阀,烟气进气口设置在箱体上,烟气进气口通过支气管道连接每个独立过滤室下方的灰抖,支气管道上设有烟气切断阀。
在每个仓室的烟气进口处设有烟气切断阀后,在清灰前先关闭烟气切断阀,使整个过滤仓室和净气室处于同一负压状态下,从而使提升阀的开和关不需要更大的推力和拉力,保护气缸。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述过滤室还设有一个泄压阀,泄压阀开启后可以使净气室和过滤室的气压保持相同。
进一步的,所述烟气进口处设有活性炭粉末送料装置,所述活性炭粉末添加装置的出料口连通烟气进气口。少量的活性他粉末会随烟气进行过滤区,随后会吸附在滤袋表面,此时的活性炭粉末与烟气处于最大的接触面积,能有效吸附二噁英,当积累一定量时,活性降低后,清灰系统会将布袋表面的活性炭清除,后序将吸附新的活性炭。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的布袋除尘器一种脉冲布袋除尘器,包括箱体14、支架和脉冲清灰系统,清灰系统包括安装在顶部防雨装置中的喷吹气包、电磁脉冲阀以及安装在上箱体中的喷吹管路等,箱体14内设有多个滤袋5,箱体14设置在支架上,箱体下方设有多个灰抖2,每个灰抖上设有一抖动电机1,箱体14内设有多个将箱体分成独立过滤室的隔板6,除尘室的上方设置一个总的净气室9,净气室9的出口设置在箱体14上,每个除尘室对应一个灰抖2,每个独立的除尘室上方设有通断净气室9和除尘室的提升阀11,烟气进气口7设置在箱体上,烟气进气口7通过支气管道4连接每个独立过滤室下方的灰抖2,支气管道4上设有烟气切断阀3。除尘室还设有一个泄压阀10。
过滤系统由多孔板(花板)、滤袋、笼骨组成,每个笼骨外套有一个滤袋,本型脉冲布袋除尘器滤袋采用纵横直列的矩阵布置方式,这种排列方式合理地利用了方形的箱体空间。除尘器的花板作为除尘器净气室和过滤室的分隔,用于悬挂滤袋组件,同时将作为除尘器滤袋组件的检修平台,泄压阀10可以设置在花板上.
箱体14内的与烟气进气口7对应位置设有倾斜放置的挡板12,挡板12与烟气前进方向呈40-50°的夹角。当含尘气体从进风口进入收尘器后,首先碰到进风口中间的斜隔板,气流便转向流入灰斗,同时气流速度变慢,由于重力沉降作用,使气体中粗颗粒粉尘直接落入灰斗,起到预收尘的作用
有时烟气会含有少量的二噁英,传统的布袋除尘器是在烟气进口处设置活性炭颗粒或者活性炭隔离层进行吸附,本发明中在烟气进口7处设有活性炭粉末送料装置13,所述活性炭粉末添加装置13的出料口连通烟气进气口7,少量的活性他粉末会随烟气进行过滤区,随后会吸附在滤袋表面,此时的活性炭粉末与烟气处于最大的接触面积,能有效吸附二噁英,当积累一定量时,活性降低后,清灰系统会将布袋表面的活性炭清除,后序将吸附新的活性炭。
壳板用隔板分成若干独立的收尘室,按照给定的时间间隔对每个收尘室轮流进行清灰,每个收尘室装有一个提升阀,清灰时提升阀关闭,切断通过该收尘室的过滤气流,随即脉冲阀开启,向滤袋内喷入无水无油高压清洁空气,以清除滤袋外表面上的粉尘。各收尘室的脉冲喷吹宽度和清灰周期,由专用的清灰程度控制器自动连续进行。
每个仓室清灰之前先关闭提升阀,清灰完成后打开提升阀,由于在关闭提升阀后净气室处于高负压状态,使得提升阀打开需要更大的拉力,因此在每个仓室的烟气进口处设有烟气切断阀后,在清灰前先关闭烟气切断阀,使整个过滤仓室和净气室处于同一负压状态下,从而使提升阀的开和关不需要更大的推力和拉力,保护气缸,同时方便可以进行离线检修,还可以提高清灰效率等。同理,泄压阀也可以起到相同作用,泄压阀开启后可以使净气室和过滤室的气压保持相同。

Claims (4)

1.一种脉冲布袋除尘器,包括箱体(14)、支架和脉冲清灰系统,箱体(14)内设有多个滤袋(5),箱体(14)设置在支架上,箱体下方设有多个灰抖(2),箱体(14)内设有多个将箱体分成独立过滤室的隔板(6),过滤室的上方设置一个总的净气室(9),净气室(9)的出口设置在箱体(14)上,其特征在于:每个过滤室对应一个灰抖(2),每个独立的过滤室上方设有通断净气室(9)和除尘室的提升阀(11),烟气进气口(7)设置在箱体上,烟气进气口(7)通过支气管道(4)连接每个独立过滤室下方的灰抖(2),支气管道(4)上设有烟气切断阀(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脉冲布袋除尘器,其特征在于:所述过滤室还设有一个泄压阀(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脉冲布袋除尘器,其特征在于:所述箱体(14)内的与烟气进气口(7)对应位置设有倾斜放置的挡板(12),挡板(12)与烟气前进方向呈40-50°的夹角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脉冲布袋除尘器,其特征在于:所述烟气进口(7)处设有活性炭粉末送料装置(13),所述活性炭粉末添加装置(13)的出料口连通烟气进气口(7)。
