Abstract

扎穴注肥机构触碰式作业驱动控制装置属于农业机械;在架体上固装电机和力敏传感器,电磁离合阀安装在电机的电机轴上,导线将力敏传感器与电磁离合阀连通,在所述架体上可摆动的铰连安装触碰针杆,在架体上、位于触碰针杆与力敏传感器之间部位处配装滑块,驱动连杆的两端分别与触碰针杆和滑块铰接,滑块与力敏传感器呈接触配合或脱离接触配合,回位拉簧的两端分别与触碰针杆和架体连接;本装置利用植株茎秆对触碰针杆接触推力产生的电信号实现对固态化肥扎穴与注施作业组合机构的作业控制,结构简单,作业同步性好,扎穴与注肥位置精准,使用可靠。

扎穴注肥机构触碰式作业驱动控制装置
技术领域
本发明创造属于农业机械,主要涉及一种扎穴与注肥组合机构的作业驱动控制装置。
背景技术
由于固态化肥穴施技术具有化肥利用率高、化肥损失少、施肥成本低的特点,在玉米苗期中耕追肥作业中开始推广应用。但是,现有的固态化肥穴施机构存在结构复杂、整体尺寸较大、伤苗率较高等问题。为解决上述问题,本专利申请人研发了一种新结构的固态化肥扎穴与注施作业组合机构,达到和实现了整体结构紧凑、扎穴与施肥作业同步性好、使用可靠的目的,但如何控制所述组合机构能准确的在植株附近部位处完成扎穴施肥是必须解决的技术关键之一。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题和需求,设计提供一种扎穴注肥机构触碰式作业驱动控制装置,达到可准确有效控制固态化肥扎穴与注施作业机构在植株附近完成扎穴注肥作业、提高扎穴施肥位置精准度的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在架体上分别固装电机和力敏传感器,在所述电机的电机轴上安装电磁离合阀,导线将力敏传感器与电磁离合阀连通,在所述架体上可摆动的铰连安装触碰针杆,在所述架体上、位于触碰针杆与力敏传感器之间部位处配装滑块,驱动连杆的两端分别与触碰针杆和滑块铰接,滑块与力敏传感器呈接触配合或脱离接触配合,回位拉簧的两端分别与触碰针杆和架体连接,至此构成扎穴注肥机构触碰式作业驱动控制装置。
本发明创造利用植株茎秆对触碰针杆接触推力产生触电信号,控制电磁离合阀的闭合,利用电机旋转动力实现固态化肥扎穴与注施作业组合机构运动,完成作业,具有作业同步性好、扎穴与注肥位置控制精准、使用可靠、化肥利用率高、结构简单的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种扎穴注肥机构触碰式作业驱动控制装置,在架体1上分别固装电机2和力敏传感器5,在所述电机2的电机轴上安装电磁离合阀9,导线3将力敏传感器5与电磁离合阀9连通,在所述架体1上可摆动的铰连安装触碰针杆8,在所述架体1上、位于触碰针杆8与力敏传感器5之间部位处配装滑块6,驱动连杆4的两端分别与触碰针杆8和滑块6铰接,滑块6与力敏传感器5呈接触配合或脱离接触配合,回位拉簧7的两端分别与触碰针杆8和架体1连接。
作业时,将本装置的电磁离合阀9与固态化肥扎穴与注施作业组合机构动力输入轴连接,并随整机前行,电机2旋转,当触碰针杆8被植株茎秆10阻挡并向后侧转动时,通过驱动连杆4向后方拉移滑块6,滑块6与力敏传感器5脱离接触,导线3将电信号输送至电磁离合阀9上使其闭合,电磁离合阀9将电机2旋转动力输入给固态化肥扎穴与注施作业组合机构的动力输入轴上,及时完成在植株茎秆10附近处的扎穴与注肥作业;植株茎秆10碰撞阻力消除后,在回位拉簧7作用下,触碰针杆8反向回转复位,滑块6与力敏传感器5接触,电磁离合阀9开启,停止动力传递。

1.一种扎穴注肥机构触碰式作业驱动控制装置,其特征在于:在架体(1)上分别固装电机(2)和力敏传感器(5),在所述电机(2)的电机轴上安装电磁离合阀(9),导线(3)将力敏传感器(5)与电磁离合阀(9)连通,在所述架体(1)上可摆动的铰连安装触碰针杆(8),在所述架体(1)上、位于触碰针杆(8)与力敏传感器(5)之间部位处配装滑块(6),驱动连杆(4)的两端分别与触碰针杆(8)和滑块(6)铰接,滑块(6)与力敏传感器(5)呈接触配合或脱离接触配合,回位拉簧(7)的两端分别与触碰针杆(8)和架体(1)连接。
