本发明属于水性粘合剂成形颗粒生产的技术领域,具体的涉及一种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置。该种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置,包括烘干滚筒,在烘干滚筒的筒体内壁上均匀分布有L形抄料板;所述烘干滚筒的筒体内部设有至少两组圆盘缓冲器,该圆盘缓冲器通过支架悬架于筒体内部,其中每组圆盘缓冲器由位置相对的两个铁盘构成;铁盘的底部固定于所述支架上;所述支架的两端固定于烘干滚筒外;所述筒体可活动套接于支架架体的外周。该装置实现了对水性粘合剂成形颗粒高产量高质量的快速连续化烘干,通过内置悬架于筒体内部的颗粒缓冲机构与烘干筒内壁的抄料板相组合,解决了现有实际生产中易破碎颗粒被扬起时间短且易于破裂的问题,提升了易破碎颗粒产品的产量和质量;此外提高了烘干筒体内的热风利用率。

Description

一种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置
技术领域
本发明属于水性粘合剂成形颗粒生产的技术领域,具体的涉及一种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置。
背景技术
相对于传统的磷复肥产品,一些砂性单质肥料例如氯化钾、硫酸钾、氯化铵、硫酸铵的滚筒成粒收率较低,为了提高滚筒成粒的收率,往往需要添加一些特殊的粘合剂辅助成粒,粘结成形的颗粒类型属于易破碎的颗粒范畴,配套的烘干机型成为生产工艺控制的关键。
采用水性粘合剂成形的颗粒产品,例如某些颗粒饲料、复合肥料等,往往需要进行烘干处理,使最终颗粒产品具备一定的抗压强度和圆润度,从而有利于产品的运输存储和使用等。基于水性粘合剂成形的颗粒物料自身具有初始强度低、易于破裂等特点,目前广泛采用的是烘箱、烘盘等间歇式烘干装置,而间歇式烘干装置的缺点是产量低、生产成本较高,对于附加值较低的工业产品(颗粒饲料、肥料等)来说不具备应用优势。
烘干滚筒是传统干燥设备之一,由于其具有运转可靠,操作弹性大、适应性强、处理能力大等优点,广泛应用于冶金、建材、化工、洗煤、化肥、矿石、沙、粘土、高岭土、糖等领域。其工作原理主要是对流干燥,来自燃烧装置的热能以对流方式由热气体传给与其直接或间接接触的湿物料表面,再由表面传至物料内部,使物料水分蒸发,同时被热气流加热的筒壁和内壁上的抄板件与物料接触后又将热能传给物料。滚筒烘干机的干燥效果主要取决于热气流与物料的热交换面积和筒壁及内壁上抄板件的热交换面积。
直接利用烘干滚筒对水性粘合剂粘结成形的易破碎颗粒物料进行烘干处理,存在烘干颗粒收率较低等问题。主要原因是待烘干物料在烘干滚筒内达到一定抗压强度的时间大于物料从滚筒内高处落下至破裂所需的时间,即抗压强度较小的待烘干物料经受不起连续的高低落差所带来冲击力。
烘干滚筒根据筒体结构的不同分为单筒烘干机、套筒回流式烘干机、间接(抄板)传热式烘干机。单筒烘干机具有结构简单、加工方便的优势,但热损耗较大;套筒回流式烘干机,因其结构较复杂,加工制造成本较高,但同时热损耗较低;间接(抄板)传热式烘干机适用于烘干物料不宜与热烟气直接接触,被烘干物料燃点较低等特殊项目。
因此如何解决水性粘合剂成形颗粒在烘干过程中易破碎的问题以及如何实现水性粘合剂成形颗粒高质量高产量的快速连续烘干成为亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷而提供一种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置,该装置实现了对水性粘合剂成形颗粒高产量高质量的快速连续化烘干,通过内置悬架于筒体内部的颗粒缓冲机构与烘干筒内壁的抄料板相组合,解决了现有实际生产中易破碎颗粒被扬起时间短且易于破裂的问题,提升了易破碎颗粒产品的产量和质量;此外提高了烘干筒体内的热风利用率。
本发明的技术方案为:一种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置,包括烘干滚筒,在烘干滚筒的筒体内壁上均匀分布有L形抄料板;所述烘干滚筒的筒体内部设有至少两组圆盘缓冲器,该圆盘缓冲器通过支架悬架于筒体内部,其中每组圆盘缓冲器由位置相对的两个铁盘构成;铁盘的顶部为弧面,该铁盘横截面为扇形结构,扇形结构所对应的圆心角为60°~150°,扇形结构所在圆半径为0.5m~1m,铁盘的底部固定于所述支架上;所述支架的两端固定于烘干滚筒外;所述筒体可活动套接于支架架体的外周;所述L形抄料板用于抄料部分的板倾斜角度为10~30°。
所述烘干滚筒为单滚筒式。采用单滚筒式结构简单,使得连续烘干装置具有生产维护方便等优势。
所述铁盘向下倾斜,延缓抄起物料的下落时间。
所述铁盘向下倾斜与水平面的角度为10~45°。
所述支架上设有轴承紧固结构。可对颗粒下落缓冲机构中圆盘的倾斜角度进行调节,倾斜角度的调节应保证颗粒“料幕”顺利下落,并且通过角度调节实现不同水性粘合剂成形颗粒物料的不同烘干时间的最优化,达到颗粒物料快速有效烘干的目的。
所述轴承紧固结构位于支架的一端。
所述烘干滚筒的筒体直径为2~4m,长度为8~12m;所述L形抄料板的长短两块板长分别为30~50cm和20~40cm;所述L形抄料板用于抄料部分的板倾斜角度为10~30°;所述相邻两组圆盘缓冲器之间的间距为40~100cm。通过对筒体直径、抄料板尺寸以及抄料板倾斜角度的设计,使得抄起物料与铁盘弧面相配合实现易破碎物料最佳的下落轨迹。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置针对水性粘合剂成形颗粒的特性,对烘干装置进行了特殊设计,将悬架于筒体内部的圆盘缓冲器与L形抄料板相组合协同,同时配合筒体的设计,解决了在实际生产中水性粘合剂成形颗粒被扬起时间短以及水性粘合剂成形颗粒烘干过程中易于破裂的问题,提升了水性粘合剂成形颗粒产品的产量和质量。此外所述装置也提高了烘干筒体内的热风利用率。
当将水性粘合剂成形颗粒置于烘干滚筒的筒体内进行烘干时,筒体开始旋转,而支架固定不动,滚筒的正常运转不影响颗粒下落缓冲机构的物理位置,L形抄料板将筒体内的颗粒物料抄起,由于L形抄料板用于抄料部分的板倾斜角度以及L形抄料板用于抄料部分的板长与筒体直径之间的设计比例,使得颗粒扬起的高度、角度等运动轨迹是固定的,被抄起的物料在下落过程中经过圆盘缓冲器进行了延迟缓冲,对相邻两组圆盘缓冲器之间的间距以及圆盘缓冲器中的铁盘弧面进行了设计,其中弧面设计利于颗粒物料的下落,不易形成堆积;该间距以及弧面设计与前述的筒体直径、抄料板尺寸以及抄料板倾斜角度的设计相配合协同实现了水性粘合剂成形颗粒最佳的下落轨迹,每组圆盘缓冲器由两个铁盘构成,两个铁盘分别对称错位放置于颗粒“料幕”下落中心线的两侧,圆盘缓冲器之间依靠各自倾斜角度的不同形成颗粒“料幕”的下落空间,该设计不仅延缓了筒体内抄起物料的下落时间,使得物料从滚筒内高处落下至破裂所需的时间大于物料达到一定抗压强度的时间;而且经过缓冲避免了被抄起物料由较大高度落差带来了颗粒破碎现象,有效提高了烘干机出料口的颗粒质量和产量,产量提高了30~50%,实现了对水性粘合剂成形颗粒高产量高质量的快速连续化烘干。与此同时还提高了筒体内的热风利用率,热风利用率提高了20~30%,有利于降低生产能耗。
综上所述,本发明所述适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置通过控制铁盘弧面所对应的球心角以及弧面所在球面半径等结构参数,优化圆盘缓冲器在控制被抄起物料下落时间上的最佳结构参数实现了对水性粘合剂成形颗粒高产量高质量的快速连续化烘干,解决了现有实际生产中易破碎颗粒被扬起时间短且易于破裂的问题,提升了易破碎颗粒产品的产量和质量;此外提高了烘干筒体内的热风利用率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明。
所述适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置,包括烘干滚筒1,在烘干滚筒1的筒体内壁上均匀分布有L形抄料板2;所述烘干滚筒1的筒体内部设有至少两组圆盘缓冲器,该圆盘缓冲器通过支架4悬架于筒体内部,其中每组圆盘缓冲器由位置相对的两个铁盘3构成;铁盘3的顶部为弧面,该铁盘3横截面为扇形结构,扇形结构所对应的圆心角为60°~150°,扇形结构所在圆半径为0.5m~1m,铁盘3的底部固定于所述支架4上;所述支架4的两端固定于烘干滚筒1外;所述筒体可活动套接于支架4架体的外周。
所述烘干滚筒1为单滚筒式。采用单滚筒式结构简单,使得连续烘干装置具有生产维护方便等优势。
所述铁盘3向下倾斜,延缓抄起物料的下落时间。
所述铁盘3向下倾斜与水平面的角度为10~45°。
所述支架4上设有轴承紧固结构5。可对颗粒下落缓冲机构中圆盘的倾斜角度进行调节,倾斜角度的调节应保证颗粒“料幕”顺利下落,并且通过角度调节实现不同水性粘合剂成形颗粒物料的不同烘干时间的最优化,达到颗粒物料快速有效烘干的目的。

下面通过两个实例验证上述发明装置的可行性。
实施例1
通过氯化钾、硫酸钾采用水性粘合剂粘结成粒的易破碎颗粒肥料来验证上述发明装置的可行性。
选择直径为2m,长度为8m的单滚筒烘干机,通过系列实验,确定单滚筒烘干机内壁抄料板形状为“L”,抄料板长度20~40cm,垂直倾斜角度为20°,滚筒内圆弧状铁盘的圆心角度为100°~120°,圆弧所在圆的半径为70cm,以及圆盘缓冲器为3组,铁盘的个数为6个,圆弧状圆盘向下倾斜的角度为20°~40°。
采用热风炉向烘干筒内部待烘干物料提供热量来源,热风温度保持为120~130℃,对比普通单滚筒烘干机,对不同烘干装置后所得圆颗粒肥料的抗压强度、产量进行分析,得到如下表格。

实施例2
对采用水性粘合剂粘结成粒的氯化钾、硫酸钾、氯化铵等颗粒肥料来验证上述发明装置的可行性。
选择直径3m,长度为10m的单滚筒烘干机,通过系列实验,确定单滚筒烘干机内壁抄料板形状为“L”,抄料板长度20~40cm,垂直倾斜角度为30°。滚筒内圆弧状铁盘的圆心角度为100°~120°,圆弧所在圆的半径为90cm,以及组合圆弧状圆盘的个数为6个,圆弧状圆盘向下倾斜的角度为20°~40°。
采用热风炉向烘干筒内部待烘干物料提供热量来源,热风温度保持为120~130℃,对比普通单滚筒烘干机,对不同烘干装置后所得圆颗粒肥料的抗压强度、产量进行分析,得到如下表格。

从实施例可以看出,本发明装置具有简单易用的特点,对水性粘合剂粘结成形的易破碎颗粒的烘干处理效果显著,产品收率较高。

1.一种适用于水性粘合剂成形颗粒的连续烘干装置,包括烘干滚筒,在烘干滚筒的筒体内壁上均匀分布有L形抄料板;其特征在于,所述烘干滚筒的筒体内部设有至少两组圆盘缓冲器,该圆盘缓冲器通过支架悬架于筒体内部,其中每组圆盘缓冲器由位置相对的两个铁盘构成;铁盘的顶部为弧面,该铁盘横截面为扇形结构,扇形结构所对应的圆心角为60°~150°,扇形结构所在圆半径为0.5m~1m,铁盘的底部固定于所述支架上;所述支架的两端固定于烘干滚筒外;所述筒体可活动套接于支架架体的外周。
