硬质地板块及硬质墙板块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬质地板块和一种硬质墙板块。
背景技术
现有的地板种类很多,如PVC地板、木塑地板、PVC复合地板、实木地板、强化复合地板等等,拼接成这些地板的地板块大致分为两类:一类是可弯折的地板块,如较薄的PVC地板块、人造革地板块,我们称之为软质地板块;另一类是抗弯折的地板块,如实木地板块、较厚的PVC地板块、强化复合地板块等,我们称之为硬质地板块。
对于软质地板块,铺设时不能通过侧面开设拼接结构(包括锁扣和平扣)的方式连接,一般是靠在底面刷胶(即背胶)粘牢在地面上。对于硬质地板块,由于地板块抗弯折,不能够贴敷于地面,因此不使用背胶粘结,而是利用地板块相对侧开设的拼接结连成一个整体。无论是软质地板块还是硬质地板块,均有优点,但也都存在很大缺陷:
软质地板块,总体成本较低,铺设相对简便,但铺设时不但要求地面的平整度要好,还要求胶层全覆盖,胶液使用量大、施工现场污染很大,胶水凝固后,地板不宜拆卸和更换,走在上面弹性差,脚感硬,隔音效果不好。
硬质地板块,弹性和脚感相对较好,可以拆卸,但铺设时需要先在地面打龙骨,再在龙骨上设基板,最后才在基板上铺设硬质地板块,需要辅材较多,增加了材料成本、施工成本和施工难度。硬质地板块之间还需利用其侧面的拼接结构进行扣接,使各个硬质地板块连成一个整体,以防止硬质地板块之间在使用中发生移位而出现缝隙,为了使硬质地板块之间的连接牢固,拼接结构不能够做的太小,搭接部位凸缘的高度(或凹槽的深度)不小于3毫米(一般为3-5毫米),由于拼接结构较大,硬质地板块之间搭接处的重叠尺寸较多,硬质地板块的实际使用率降低。还由于硬质地板块是悬空于地面之上,行走其上,时间一长,难免会发出吱吱的声响。特别的,由于硬质地板块的拼接结构目前仍被国外专利垄断,生产这种锁扣的中国地板企业每年需要支付数以亿计的庞大专利使用费,而这些费用最终还是由使用者承担,更加大了地板的成本。发明名称为《用于地板块的机械锁定系统》(专利号03811858.0、及《由硬地板块构成的地板以及制造这种地板块的方法》(专利号200610090334.8)公开了硬质地板块之间具体的搭接结构。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可快捷安装拆卸的硬质粘接地板块,既克服了硬质地板块的缺陷,又兼有软质地板块的优点,实现了地板块结构新的突破。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种硬质地板块,包括地板块本体,所述地板块本体的底面粘结有可伸缩粘结部件,所述可伸缩粘结部件的下表面粘接有离型纸层。
所述可伸缩粘结部件为多个散布在所述地板块本体底面上的部件。
所述多个可伸缩粘结部件均匀地分布在所述地板块本体底面上。
所述可伸缩粘结部件为上下表面均设有或涂有胶层的可伸缩件,所述可伸缩件为弹簧、橡胶片、软木片、弹性塑料片、无纺布、发泡体或海绵体。
所述可伸缩粘结部件为固状不干胶。
所述粘接在各个可伸缩粘结部件下表面的离型纸层彼此连接成一整层离型纸层。
所述离型纸层为多个仅粘接在各自可伸缩粘结部件下表面的离型纸层。
所述各个可伸缩粘结部件的形状为点状体、柱状体、或矩形体。
所述各个可伸缩粘结部件在所述地板块本体的横向上与所述地板块本体等宽。
所述可伸缩粘结部件为一块与所述地板块本体整个底面或大部分底面相粘接的固体不干胶,或者为一块与所述地板块本体整个底面或大部分底面相粘接、且上下表面均涂有胶层的橡胶片或弹性塑料片。
所述地板块本体相对的两侧分别形成与相邻地板块的侧边相配合的微拼接结构。

所述可伸缩粘结部件为一块与所述墙板块本体整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接的固体不干胶,或者为一块与所述墙板块本体整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接、且两侧表面均涂有胶层的橡胶片或弹性塑料片。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,所述地板块本体的底面粘结有可伸缩粘结部件,所述可伸缩粘结部件的下表面粘接有离型纸层,这种结构,由于可伸缩粘结部件具有粘结性和弹性,铺设时,可将本发明的地板块直接粘结在地面,这就使得硬质地板块具有了软质地板块的优点,即大大提高了硬质地板块的铺设效率、降低了硬质地板块的铺设难度和铺设成本,而且不需要胶层全覆盖,施工现场无需涂刷地板胶,没有污染,地板拆卸和更换非常方便,若中部某地板块损坏需要更换,直接揭起来更换即可。走在上面有弹性、脚感好,不会发出响声。由于地板块与地面之间有空隙,即保持了空气的流通,又使得地板块与地面之间产生了空气隔声效果。由于可伸缩粘结部件具有伸缩功能,在压力作用下能够压缩变形,在压力减小或解除后能够弹起,这就能够自我调节平整度,降低对地面平整度度的要求,进一步降低了使用成本。由于本发明所述的硬质地板块粘接在地面,足以防止硬质地板块之间发生移位而出现缝隙,这就省去了现有硬质地板块相对侧面的拼接结构,没有了硬质地板块之间搭接处的重叠结构,又进一步降低了硬质地板块的加工成本,提高了硬质地板块的利用率。设置离型纸层,便于本发明所述硬质地板块的转运和堆放,使用时撕下离型纸层即可粘接到需要粘接的地方。
进一步的有益效果是:各个可伸缩粘结部件在所述地板块本体的横向上与所述地板块本体等宽,这种结构,更有利于增加地板块的平稳度。
再进一步的有益效果是:由于本发明所述的硬质地板块粘接在地面足以防止硬质地板块之间发生移位而出现缝隙,这就使得采用尺寸小于现有技术拼接结构的微拼接结构成为可能,采用微拼接结构,可以进一步提高各个硬质地板块之间的整体连接效果,提高地板整体的平整度,虽然开设了微型拼接结构,但与现有技术的硬质地板块的拼接结构相比,尺寸比现有技术的小,硬质地板块之间搭接处的重叠尺寸较少,硬质地板块的利用率提高;扣接非常方便,大大降低了安装的技术难度,加工及安装成本大幅度降低。作为优化,所述微拼接结构由设在所述地板块本体一侧的凸缘和设在所述地板块本体相对侧、且与相邻地板块本体的所述凸缘相适配的凹槽构成,所述凸缘伸出的长度为大于等于0.1毫米、小于3毫米,这种凸缘与凹槽配合的微拼接结构我们也称作微平扣结构,采用上述微平扣结构,使得本硬质墙板块的结构更加简单,在足以防止硬质地板块之间发生移位而出现缝隙的前提下,拼接安装更加方便,进一步降低了安装的技术难度,加工及安装成本进一步降低。
由于微平扣结构比现有技术的较小,硬质地板块之间搭接处的重叠尺寸较少,硬质地板块的利用率提高;由于微平扣结构简单、结构较小,安装非常方便,大大降低了安装的技术难度,加工及安装成本大幅度降低。当所述凸缘凸出的高度大于等于0.5毫米、小于等于2.9毫米时,效果最佳。

为了使本发明的技术方案更加清晰,以下结合附图1至9,对本发明进行详细说明。应当理解的是,本说明书中描述的具体实施方式仅仅是为了解释本发明,并不是为了限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明是一种硬质地板块,包括地板块本体1,所述地板块本体1的底面粘结有可伸缩粘结部件2,所述可伸缩粘结部件2可以是多个散布在所述地板块本体1底面上的部件,当然该多个可伸缩粘结部件2也可以均匀地分布在所述地板块本体1底面上。所述可伸缩粘结部件2的下表面粘接有离型纸层3,所述离型纸层3可以是一整层离型纸层,也可以为多个仅粘接在各自可伸缩粘结部件2下表面的离型纸层3。
作为优选,所述可伸缩粘结部件2为上下表面均设有或涂有胶层21的可伸缩件22,所述可伸缩件22为弹簧122、橡胶片222、软木片222、弹性塑料片222、无纺布222、发泡体222或海绵体222。所述可伸缩粘结部件2也可以是固状不干胶23。所述固状不干胶23可选用CR-92006,作为选择,伸缩粘结部件2也可以选用固状热融胶,如SD-86331。所述各个可伸缩粘结部件2的形状为点状体、柱状体、或矩形体,所述各个可伸缩粘结部件2也可以在所述地板块本体1的横向上与所述地板块本体1等宽,所述可伸缩粘结部件2还可以是一块与所述地板块本体1整个底面或大部分底面相粘接的固体不干胶,或者为一块与所述地板块本体1整个底面或大部分底面相粘接、且上下表面均涂有胶层的弹性塑料片222,或者为一块与所述地板块本体1整个底面或大部分底面相粘接、且上下表面均涂有胶层的橡胶片222。
作为优选,所述地板块本体1相对的两侧分别形成与相邻地板块的侧边相配合的微拼接结构,所谓微拼接结构,是指结构与现有的拼接结构相同、但尺寸要小于现有技术的拼接结构。更进一步的优选方案,所述微拼接结构为微平扣拼接结构,所述微平扣拼接结构由设在所述地板块本体1一侧的凸缘4和设在所述地板块本体1相对侧、且与相邻地板块本体的所述凸缘4相适配的凹槽5构成,所述凸缘4伸出的长度为大于等于0.1毫米、小于3毫米。作为优选,所述凸缘4凸出的高度大于等于0.5毫米、小于等于2.9毫米,更佳的取值范围是大于等于0.5毫米、小于等于2.5毫米。所述可伸缩粘结部件的高度为1.5毫米至10毫米。
所述地板块本体1为厚度大于3毫米的PVC地板块、木塑地板块、PVC复合地板块、木塑复合地板块、或实木地板块。
上述各个技术方案也相应的适用于硬质墙板块,参看图1,所述硬质墙板块,包括墙板块本体1,所述墙板块本体1内侧面粘结有可伸缩粘结部件2,所述可伸缩粘结部件2的另一侧面粘接有离型纸层3。作为优选,所述可伸缩粘结部件2为一块与所述墙板块本体1整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接的固体不干胶,或者为一块与所述墙板块本体1整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接、且两侧表面均涂有胶层的弹性塑料片,或者为一块与所述墙板块本体1整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接、且两侧表面均涂有胶层的橡胶片222。其有益效果与硬质地板块的有益效果对应,不再赘述。

10.根据权利要求1所述的硬质地板块,其特征在于:所述可伸缩粘结部件(2)为一块与所述地板块本体(1)整个底面或大部分底面相粘接的固体不干胶,或者为一块与所述地板块本体(1)整个底面或大部分底面相粘接、且上下表面均涂有胶层的橡胶片(222)或弹性塑料片(222)。
11.根据权利要求1、2、3或10中任一项所述的硬质地板块,其特征在于:所述地板块本体(1)相对的两侧分别形成与相邻地板块的侧边相配合的微拼接结构。
12.根据权利要求11所述的硬质地板块,其特征在于:所述微拼接结构由设在所述地板块本体(1)一侧的凸缘(4)和设在所述地板块本体(1)相对侧、且与相邻地板块本体的所述凸缘(4)相适配的凹槽(5)构成,所述凸缘(4)伸出的长度为大于等于0.1毫米、小于3毫米。
13.根据权利要求12所述的硬质地板块,其特征在于:所述凸缘(4)凸出的高度大于等于0.5毫米、小于等于2.9毫米。
14.根据权利要求1、2、3或10中任一项所述的硬质地板块,其特征在于:所述可伸缩粘结部件的高度为1.5毫米至10毫米。
15.根据权利要求1、2、3或10中任一项所述的硬质地板块,其特征在于:所述地板块本体(1)为厚度大于3毫米的PVC地板块、木塑地板块、PVC复合地板块、木塑复合地板块、或实木地板块。
16.一种硬质墙板块,包括墙板块本体(1),其特征在于:所述墙板块本体(1)内侧面粘结有可伸缩粘结部件(2),所述可伸缩粘结部件(2)的另一侧面粘接有离型纸层(3)。
17.根据权利要求16所述的硬质墙板块,其特征在于: 所述可伸缩粘结部件(2)为一块与所述墙板块本体(1)整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接的固体不干胶,或者为一块与所述墙板块本体(1)整个内侧表面或大部分内侧表面相粘接、且两侧表面均涂有胶层的橡胶片(222)或弹性塑料片(222)。
