一种环保PVC电缆料,由如下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯40‑48份、聚乙烯15‑20份、聚丙烯15‑20份、硬脂酸3‑7份、十六酸甲酯3‑7份、棕榈酸异丙酯3‑7份、炭黑9‑14.2份、酚醛树脂9‑14.2份、磷酸二氢铵9‑14.2份、硼酸锌13‑21份、氯化石蜡13‑21份、抗氧剂BHT6‑11份、改性填充料12‑19份。本发明电缆料以PVC为主料,配合其他辅料和填充料,成分不含铅,安全环保,使得机械加工性能好,切割方便不费力,而且抗磁性能、防水性能、耐高温性能、耐化学腐蚀性能都比普通电缆料明显提升,其拉伸性能和抗老化性能比普通电缆料提升80%以上,生物降解周期短,生产成本低,经济价值高,前景非常广。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保PVC电缆料。
背景技术
PVC电缆料是以聚氯乙烯为基础树脂,添加稳定剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯,对苯二甲酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯等增塑剂以及碳酸钙等无机填充物,助剂和润滑剂等添加剂,经过混配捏合挤出而制备的粒子。
因使用的稳定剂,增塑剂及各种填充物等添加物质在环保方面的不同而不同。一般是以ROHS或REACH的检测方法和标准来衡量。分为环保和非环保PVC电缆料。环保电缆料,就是说当电缆料制备成功后,以ROHS或REACH的检测方法和标准在ICP测试设备上测试,所有物质成分中重金属含量,DEHP,壬基酚,多溴联苯类等禁用物质和受控物质等,不能含有或在一定分量以内。因每个国家的标准和要求不一样,相应的环保标准而不同。测试单位一般以ppm来计量。环保电缆料的稳定剂一般是使用钙锌稳定剂。满足REACH标准的PVC电缆料最重要的是不能使用DEHP16种物质来做增塑剂。非环保电缆料非环保电缆料一般使用铅盐来做稳定剂,因其含有重金属铅,铬,镉,汞,钡等重金属,会对环境和人类健康造成极大损害,而受到越来越多的国家限制或禁止使用。
电线电缆是工农业生产和现代生活中不可或缺的重要材料,我国是全世界最大的电线电缆生产国家,电线电缆行业在我国的国民经济中占有非常重要的地位。现有电缆料生产的电缆,经常会导致使用不便,老化快,防水性能差,耐化学腐蚀性差,对生活生产带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种机械加工性能好,切割方便不费力,而且抗磁性能、防水性能、耐高温性能都比普通电缆料明显提升,其拉伸性能和抗老化性能比普通电缆料提升80%以上的环保PVC电缆料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保PVC电缆料,由如下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯40-48份、聚乙烯15-20份、聚丙烯15-20份、硬脂酸3-7份、十六酸甲酯3-7份、棕榈酸异丙酯3-7份、炭黑9-14.2份、酚醛树脂9-14.2份、磷酸二氢铵9-14.2份、硼酸锌13-21份、氯化石蜡13-21份、抗氧剂BHT6-11份、改性填充料12-19份;
所述的改性填充料由以下重量份的原料制成:二硫代氨基甲酸钠8-17份、N-叔丁基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺8-17份、氢氧化铝8-17份、煅烧陶土22-32份、金红石22-32份、高岭土22-32份、滑石粉22-32份、双十四碳醇酯5-14份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4-10份、甲鱼骨5-10份、矿物油5-10份、纳米氧化铝6-8份、二甲基硫醚12-16份、螯合态铁2-4份、硫代二丙酸双酯2-4份;制备方法,先将煅烧陶土、金红石、高岭土、滑石粉、甲鱼骨用浓度为20-30%的乙酸乙酯溶液浸泡30分钟,然后在-10℃冷库内冷冻1小时,取出后在520-600℃高温下煅烧1小时,冷却后磨碎成粉末,然后再其他物料一同混合在1000-1500转/分的球磨机内磨碎2小时即可。
一种环保PVC电缆料,制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸硼酸锌混合加热至132℃,并保温;
(2)将、十六酸甲酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、炭黑、酚醛树脂、磷酸二氢铵、氯化石蜡、抗氧剂BHT放入-18℃冷库冷冻20分钟,取出后放入步骤(1)所得物料中一同混合20分钟,再加热至140℃,并保温;
(3)向步骤(2)所得物料内加入改性填充料混合20分钟,然后送入单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明电缆料以PVC为主料,配合其他辅料和填充料,成分不含铅,安全环保,使得机械加工性能好,切割方便不费力,而且抗磁性能、防水性能、耐高温性能、耐化学腐蚀性能都比普通电缆料明显提升,其拉伸性能和抗老化性能比普通电缆料提升80%以上,生物降解周期短,生产成本低,经济价值高,前景非常广。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种环保PVC电缆料,由如下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯44份、聚乙烯18份、聚丙烯18份、硬脂酸5份、十六酸甲酯5份、棕榈酸异丙酯5份、炭黑12份、酚醛树脂12份、磷酸二氢铵12份、硼酸锌17份、氯化石蜡17份、抗氧剂BHT8份、改性填充料15份;
所述的改性填充料由以下重量份的原料制成:二硫代氨基甲酸钠12份、N-叔丁基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺12份、氢氧化铝12份、煅烧陶土27份、金红石27份、高岭土27份、滑石粉27份、双十四碳醇酯10份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯7份、甲鱼骨8份、矿物油8份、纳米氧化铝7份、二甲基硫醚14份、螯合态铁3份、硫代二丙酸双酯3份;制备方法,先将煅烧陶土、金红石、高岭土、滑石粉、甲鱼骨用浓度为20-30%的乙酸乙酯溶液浸泡30分钟,然后在-10℃冷库内冷冻1小时,取出后在520-600℃高温下煅烧1小时,冷却后磨碎成粉末,然后再其他物料一同混合在1000-1500转/分的球磨机内磨碎2小时即可。

所述的改性填充料由以下重量份的原料制成:二硫代氨基甲酸钠17份、N-叔丁基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺17份、氢氧化铝17份、煅烧陶土32份、金红石32份、高岭土32份、滑石粉32份、双十四碳醇酯14份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯10份、甲鱼骨10份、矿物油10份、纳米氧化铝8份、二甲基硫醚16份、螯合态铁4份、硫代二丙酸双酯4份;制备方法,先将煅烧陶土、金红石、高岭土、滑石粉、甲鱼骨用浓度为20-30%的乙酸乙酯溶液浸泡30分钟,然后在-10℃冷库内冷冻1小时,取出后在520-600℃高温下煅烧1小时,冷却后磨碎成粉末,然后再其他物料一同混合在1000-1500转/分的球磨机内磨碎2小时即可。
一种环保PVC电缆料,制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸硼酸锌混合加热至132℃,并保温;
(2)将、十六酸甲酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、炭黑、酚醛树脂、磷酸二氢铵、氯化石蜡、抗氧剂BHT放入-18℃冷库冷冻20分钟,取出后放入步骤(1)所得物料中一同混合20分钟,再加热至140℃,并保温;
(3)向步骤(2)所得物料内加入改性填充料混合20分钟,然后送入单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得。

所述的改性填充料由以下重量份的原料制成:二硫代氨基甲酸钠8-17份、N-叔丁基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺8-17份、氢氧化铝8-17份、煅烧陶土22-32份、金红石22-32份、高岭土22-32份、滑石粉22-32份、双十四碳醇酯5-14份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4-10份、甲鱼骨5-10份、矿物油5-10份、纳米氧化铝6-8份、二甲基硫醚12-16份、螯合态铁2-4份、硫代二丙酸双酯2-4份;制备方法,先将煅烧陶土、金红石、高岭土、滑石粉、甲鱼骨用浓度为20-30%的乙酸乙酯溶液浸泡30分钟,然后在-10℃冷库内冷冻1小时,取出后在520-600℃高温下煅烧1小时,冷却后磨碎成粉末,然后再其他物料一同混合在1000-1500转/分的球磨机内磨碎2小时即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保PVC电缆料,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、硬脂酸硼酸锌混合加热至132℃,并保温;
(2)将、十六酸甲酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、炭黑、酚醛树脂、磷酸二氢铵、氯化石蜡、抗氧剂BHT放入-18℃冷库冷冻20分钟,取出后放入步骤(1)所得物料中一同混合20分钟,再加热至140℃,并保温;
(3)向步骤(2)所得物料内加入改性填充料混合20分钟,然后送入单螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,即得。
