背景技术
电缆是现代生产的命脉,关系着现代经济发展,没有电缆现代的一切生产将不复存在,所以电缆的好坏十分重要。电缆最怕的就是发生火灾,这对电缆是极大的考验
电缆最主要的保护层就是最外面的护套,要让火灾对电缆的损失降到最低,就需要电缆护套有较强的阻燃能力。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种低烟阻燃电缆护套。
本发明的方案如下:一种低烟阻燃电缆护套,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚乙烯80~120份、硅橡胶30~70份、PVC树脂25~60份、丁苯橡胶25~50份、溴化聚苯乙烯20~40份、酚醛树脂10~20份、复合阻燃剂5~10份、二丁酯5~10份、十六酸甲酯3~8份、二辛酯2~6份、三氧化二锑2~5份和钙锌稳定剂1~3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚乙烯85份、硅橡胶35份、PVC树脂35份、丁苯橡胶30份、溴化聚苯乙烯25份、酚醛树脂15份、复合阻燃剂6份、二丁酯7份、十六酸甲酯4份、二辛酯3份、三氧化二锑3份和钙锌稳定剂3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚乙烯90份、硅橡胶45份、PVC树脂40份、丁苯橡胶35份、溴化聚苯乙烯30份、酚醛树脂18份、复合阻燃剂7份、二丁酯8份、十六酸甲酯5份、二辛酯4份、三氧化二锑2份和钙锌稳定剂2份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚乙烯100份、硅橡胶50份、PVC树脂45份、丁苯橡胶40份、溴化聚苯乙烯35份、酚醛树脂16份、复合阻燃剂8份、二丁酯6份、十六酸甲酯6份、二辛酯5份、三氧化二锑4份和钙锌稳定剂1份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明配比合理,本发明能够使电缆阻燃,且不会产生有毒的烟雾,保证了电缆的安全使用。

实施例1
取聚乙烯85kg、硅橡胶35kg、PVC树脂35kg、丁苯橡胶30kg、溴化聚苯乙烯25kg、酚醛树脂15kg、复合阻燃剂6kg、二丁酯7kg、十六酸甲酯4kg、二辛酯3kg、三氧化二锑3kg和钙锌稳定剂3kg混合制成电缆护套预混料,然后制成电缆护套。
实施例2
取聚乙烯90kg、硅橡胶45kg、PVC树脂40kg、丁苯橡胶35kg、溴化聚苯乙烯30kg、酚醛树脂18kg、复合阻燃剂7kg、二丁酯8kg、十六酸甲酯5kg、二辛酯4kg、三氧化二锑2kg和钙锌稳定剂2kg混合制成电缆护套预混料,然后制成电缆护套。
实施例3
取聚乙烯100kg、硅橡胶50kg、PVC树脂45kg、丁苯橡胶40kg、溴化聚苯乙烯35kg、酚醛树脂16kg、复合阻燃剂8kg、二丁酯6kg、十六酸甲酯6kg、二辛酯5kg、三氧化二锑4kg和钙锌稳定剂1kg混合制成电缆护套预混料,然后制成电缆护套。

1.一种低烟阻燃电缆护套,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚乙烯80~120份、硅橡胶30~70份、PVC树脂25~60份、丁苯橡胶25~50份、溴化聚苯乙烯20~40份、酚醛树脂10~20份、复合阻燃剂5~10份、二丁酯5~10份、十六酸甲酯3~8份、二辛酯2~6份、三氧化二锑2~5份和钙锌稳定剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低烟阻燃电缆护套,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:聚乙烯85份、硅橡胶35份、PVC树脂35份、丁苯橡胶30份、溴化聚苯乙烯25份、酚醛树脂15份、复合阻燃剂6份、二丁酯7份、十六酸甲酯4份、二辛酯3份、三氧化二锑3份和钙锌稳定剂3份。
