本发明公开了一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5‑25份,低密度聚乙烯4‑20份,氯化聚乙烯5‑25份,聚乙烯醇4‑20份,氯丁橡胶4‑20份,无水乙醇5‑15份,相容剂2‑8份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2‑8份,氧化锌4‑12份,硫化剂3‑11份,抗水解剂2‑10份。本发明具有抗拉伸效果好、耐腐蚀和使用寿命长等优点。

一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,在电缆的使用过程中,部分电缆在燃烧或高温条件下会释放出对环境有害的气体,不仅污染了环境,而且对人类的生命健康有害。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5-25份,低密度聚乙烯4-20份,氯化聚乙烯5-25份,聚乙烯醇4-20份,氯丁橡胶4-20份,无水乙醇5-15份,相容剂2-8份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2-8份,氧化锌4-12份,硫化剂3-11份,抗水解剂2-10份。
上述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5-22份,低密度聚乙烯4-18份,氯化聚乙烯5-22份,聚乙烯醇4-18份,氯丁橡胶4-18份,无水乙醇5-12份,相容剂2-6份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2-6份,氧化锌4-10份,硫化剂3-9份,抗水解剂2-8份。
上述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶15份,低密度聚乙烯12份,氯化聚乙烯15份,聚乙烯醇12份,氯丁橡胶12份,无水乙醇10份,相容剂5份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份,氧化锌8份,硫化剂3-11份,抗水解剂6份。
上述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求3中的重量份称取原料,将丁苯橡胶、低密度聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇、氯丁橡胶和聚丙烯酸酯乳液放入混料机中进行充分的搅拌处理,使物料混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将无水乙醇、相容剂、氧化锌、硫化剂和抗水解剂在80℃的温度下进行干燥搅拌处理,去除原料中含有的水分,且使原料充分混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A以及混合物B放在干燥装置中再次进行干燥处理,通过搅拌装置进行搅拌处理,使混合物A和混合物B通过螺杆挤出机进行混炼后拉片冷却,得到成品后包装入库。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有抗拉伸效果好、耐腐蚀和使用寿命长等优点,能够防止电缆因承受较大的拉力而出现断裂的情况,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5-25份,低密度聚乙烯4-20份,氯化聚乙烯5-25份,聚乙烯醇4-20份,氯丁橡胶4-20份,无水乙醇5-15份,相容剂2-8份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2-8份,氧化锌4-12份,硫化剂3-11份,抗水解剂2-10份。
上述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5-22份,低密度聚乙烯4-18份,氯化聚乙烯5-22份,聚乙烯醇4-18份,氯丁橡胶4-18份,无水乙醇5-12份,相容剂2-6份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2-6份,氧化锌4-10份,硫化剂3-9份,抗水解剂2-8份。

(1)按照权利要求3中的重量份称取原料,将丁苯橡胶、低密度聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇、氯丁橡胶和聚丙烯酸酯乳液放入混料机中进行充分的搅拌处理,使物料混合均匀,得到混合物A;
(2)将无水乙醇、相容剂、氧化锌、硫化剂和抗水解剂在80℃的温度下进行干燥搅拌处理,去除原料中含有的水分,且使原料充分混合,得到混合物B;
(3)将混合物A以及混合物B放在干燥装置中再次进行干燥处理,通过搅拌装置进行搅拌处理,使混合物A和混合物B通过螺杆挤出机进行混炼后拉片冷却,得到成品后包装入库。
本发明具有抗拉伸效果好、耐腐蚀和使用寿命长等优点,能够防止电缆因承受较大的拉力而出现断裂的情况,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

1.一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5-25份,低密度聚乙烯4-20份,氯化聚乙烯5-25份,聚乙烯醇4-20份,氯丁橡胶4-20份,无水乙醇5-15份,相容剂2-8份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2-8份,氧化锌4-12份,硫化剂3-11份,抗水解剂2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶5-22份,低密度聚乙烯4-18份,氯化聚乙烯5-22份,聚乙烯醇4-18份,氯丁橡胶4-18份,无水乙醇5-12份,相容剂2-6份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液2-6份,氧化锌4-10份,硫化剂3-9份,抗水解剂2-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:丁苯橡胶15份,低密度聚乙烯12份,氯化聚乙烯15份,聚乙烯醇12份,氯丁橡胶12份,无水乙醇10份,相容剂5份,聚丙烯酸酯乳液5份,氧化锌8份,硫化剂3-11份,抗水解剂6份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种抗拉伸耐腐蚀电缆护套配方及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求3中的重量份称取原料,将丁苯橡胶、低密度聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇、氯丁橡胶和聚丙烯酸酯乳液放入混料机中进行充分的搅拌处理,使物料混合均匀,得到混合物A;
