本发明涉及用于植物保护的节肢动物防治组合物。更具体地说本发明涉及一种包含行为干扰化合物、农用油和/或表面活性化合物和稀释剂的施用于叶面进行植物保护的无毒节肢动物防治组合物。
生物适应性昆虫防治剂(本文中称为“BICs”)—即,对人体和对环境造成小的损害的害物防治药剂已经已知多年了,且它们的数量持续地增长。BIC可作为昆虫行为调节物(如摄食和产卵隔离剂、驱避剂,等),过兴奋诱导剂、击倒剂、物理障碍物或物理毒物[J.J.Kabara(1987),作为抗微生物/杀虫剂的脂肪酸和酯,G.Fuller和D.Nees(eds):Ecology and Metabolism of PlantLipids.Washington:ACS,PP.220-238]。
BIC涉及许多化学类别如一些羧酸类、醇类、酯类、醚类、酰胺类、类萜类、柠檬苦素类似物类、硫化物类和杂环化合物类[D.A.Carlsou(1978)驱避剂,Kirk,Qthmer Encyclo.Chem.Technol pp.786-805]。
含油(DE3.211.632)和不含油(Carlson 1978)的BIC越来越多地用作神经毒性杀虫剂的替代物,主要用于人体保护,但也用于兽医目的并防治食品和贮藏昆虫(以色列专利53570号)。
主要因为BIC的快速度和安全作用,许多BIC还具有对植物保护非常需要的性质。可是由于它们存在植物毒性(Kabara 1978),大多数BIC不能施用于叶面。解决上述问题的一个途径是,以降低BIC的植物毒并在同时保持或促进它们对抗靶标有害生物的活性的方式来配制它们。

本发明涉及包含行为干扰化合物、农用油和/或表面活性化合物和稀释剂的施用于叶面进行植物保护的无毒节肢动物防治组合物。行为干扰化合物是任何已知的能够间断或改变靶标生物正常行为顺序的常规化合物。农用油可以是植物油。
本发明涉及包含行为干扰化合物、农用油和/或表面活性化合物(乳化剂)和稀释剂(如水或适当的有机溶剂)的施用于叶面进行植物保护的无毒节肢动物防治组合物。
按照本发明,通过在有或没有另外的助剂存在下,将BICs与作物油(农用油)一起配制可掩盖其植物毒性且增加它们的效力。
作物油通过降低BIC残留物和叶表面之间的接触,或通过阻碍BIC的叶渗透掩盖BIC的植物毒性。由于油成分作为增效剂的作用和/或附加的防治手段,促进了BIC的效力。油成分还可用作增量剂。
BIC与农用油的制剂可获得非常快的和持久的作用。这是防治一些非常严重种类的农业有害生物的先决条件。
防治处于迁移阶段的靶标有害生物和阻止卵沉积和/或病毒传播时需要速效作用。
持效作用通过击退迁移阶段有害生物和通过杀死较少移动的有害生物(如一些类型的幼虫)可保证持久的保护作用。
归纳起来,BIC的作用为:a)提供速效活性的行为调节物、击倒剂和/或物理障碍物,b)扩大油残留物的有效的持效作用。
植物油作用:a)降低植物毒性,b)增效,或提供附加的防治活性,c)扩大BIC有效的持效作用。
BIC是能够阻断或改变靶标生物正常行为的任何已知的常规化合物。BIC可以是任何驱避剂或阻碍物、过兴奋诱导或刺激剂、麻醉剂、击倒剂或物理障碍物。BIC的实例为C10-C22醇类,C10-C22羰合物类和萜类化合物。更具体地说BIC选自甲基-壬基酮、N-丁基N-乙酰苯胺、N.N-二乙基-3-甲基苯甲酰胺(DEET)、邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲基酯、琥珀酸二丁基酯、己二酸二丁基酯、butopyronoxyl(避蚊酮)、butoxyoply(丙二醇)、苯甲酸苯甲基酯、2-乙基-1、3-己二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1、3-丙二醇、2-羟乙基n-辛基硫醚、香茅醛、樟脑、樟脑烯、萜品-4-醇、里哪酮、异冰片、冰片、乙酸异冰片酯、乙酸冰片酯、叶绿醇、β-法呢烯、十二烷醇、十六醇、油醇、十四酸、硬脂酸。
根据发明的农用油可以是植物油。所述的植物油可选自棉籽油、豆油、油菜籽油、蓖麻油、葵花籽油、花生油、棕榈油、红花油、椰子油、芝麻油、玉米油和亚麻子油。
根据本发明的组合物可用于防治多种种类的节肢动物,例如刺吸式口器的节肢动物。所述组合物可用以防治粉虱(
Alenrodides)和蚜虫(
Aphidodies)。
本发明还涉及保护植物免受节肢动物危害的方法。该方法包括对植物叶施用或喷布权利要求1定义的节肢动物防治组合物。

生物实施例:药害试验实施例2
温室试验:比较BIC+VO乳液(实施例1a-d)与其组分的乳液和未处理对照的药害。将乳液喷到盆栽4叶期棉花(AcalaSJ-2)和番茄(Marmande)上,以及2叶期胡椒(Wyndal)和黄瓜(Beit ALfa)上。用手持喷雾器在4-6psi下喷雾。用市售空气动力喷雾器(Atomist,Root-Lowell Crop.,U.S.A.)进行不连续的液滴喷雾(超低容量,ULV)。为了保证低容量喷雾的均一性,将盆栽植物放在喷雾器前的旋转桌上。在温室中,分别在平均最低和最高温度为15和22℃下,培养处理植物。处理后7和14天,测定两次叶子的损伤。每个处理包括十盆植物。通过平均给出的样品目测确定单个叶片的损伤。分别用0,1,2,3,4的量表示<1%,1-10%,11-25%,26-50%,>50%的平均叶损伤。

Bemisia tabaci),用装有奇妙装置(Contraption的吸引器把雌粉虱抓住,并移入修剪叶笼中(透明容器,底部直径2cm,高7cm)。
每个含有20只雌成虫的叶笼,与事先处理的棉苗下面的叶子接触。棉苗曾经用BIC和BIC+VO喷布,并在各种时间间隔下,在控制的条件下培养。
暴露1.5、5和24hr后记录还存活的TWF和死亡率。根据Abbott's式[W.s.Abbott,J Econ.Entomol.18:265-267,(1925)]校正所得死亡率;存活的制止因素(settlingdeterrence)用存活比表示(SR=[T/C],其中T或C分别是t小时暴露后处理和对照成虫存活百分数)。所有实验重复9-12次。

TWF的发育阶段对各种BIC直接喷雾的反应

VO混用作为保护剂防治由桃蚜(
Myzus persicae)
传播的非宿存性病毒试验:用BIC+VO混剂对用作供试植物的健壮的黄瓜苗(belt Alfa)全面喷雾,并使之干燥。喷施1%-Virol喷雾作为标准处理。对照叶片用表面活性剂溶液喷雾,使无翅成蚜(
Myzus persicae)饥饿2小时,并使之接触未处理的被侵染黄瓜3分钟,该黄瓜苗作为非宿存性Zucchini黄花叶病毒(ZYMV)侵染源,随后在每个试验植物周围放置一个试管,将蚜虫限制2小时,并杀死存活的蚜虫,使供试幼苗生长直到发生所有症状。
BIC+VO混剂能完全预防植物病害的传播,而VO乳液和标准的矿物油(Virol)喷雾有很小效果。

在田间条件下防治TWF:在1991年4月中在以色列的Kibbutz Ein-Hahoresh在常规的垄(96.5cm)中种植商品棉(H-23)。除了喷雾防治木薯粉虱(

用随机整块设计安排小区,每个处理四个重复。每个小区包括四行×12m长,未处理小区分别重复。用手提式吹雾器以70升/1000m3的剂量用BIC+VO乳液喷施小区两次(1991年8月8日和14日)。从1991年8月14日一周两次。从主径顶端收集第五个茎节的叶片,每个重复包括10片叶子样品。借助放大镜(×10)确定每个样品叶片的所有存活幼虫和蛹数(排出新生的)。
三种类型的BIC+VO混剂防治TWF田间种群的活性在图1中被说明。
Claims (9)
1.植物油在降低节肢动物防治组合物的植物毒性中的用途,其中所述组合物基于一种或多种基本无毒的行为干扰化合物,所述行为干扰化合物选自C10-C22醇、C10-C22羰化物、C10-C22羧酸、类萜类、多元羧酸、取代的一元和多元羧酸、羧酸的酰胺和酯以及专用驱避剂。
2.根据权利要求1的植物油用途,其中行为干扰化合物与表面活性化合物和/或稀释剂混合。
3.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中行为干扰化合物是驱避剂或阻隔剂、过兴奋诱导剂或刺激剂、麻醉剂、击倒剂、物理障碍物或物理毒物。
4.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中植物油选自棉籽油、豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、癸花籽油、花生油、棕榈油、红花油、椰子油、芝麻油、玉米油、亚麻子油、桐油和棕榈仁油。
5.根据权利要求1或2的用途、其中稀释剂是水或合适的有机溶剂。
6.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中该节肢动物防治组合物保护植物对抗刺吸式口器的节肢动物。
7.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中节肢动物防治组合物用于保护植物对抗粉虱(
Aleurodidea)和蚜虫(
Aphidoidea)和选自螨类,跳虫,粉蚧和蓟马的软体生物。
8.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中节肢动物防治组合物用于喷雾施用。
9.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中行为干扰化合物选自癸二酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯、十六烷醇、十二烷醇、油醇、硬脂醇、苯甲酸苯甲基酯、马来酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、十四烷酸甲基酯、十四烷酸、硬脂酸、DEET、MGK-874、2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、樟脑、樟脑烯、柠檬酸、叶绿醇、里哪醇、香叶醇、香芹酮,且植物油选自棉籽油、豆油、菜籽油和蓖麻油。
