Abstract

本发明公开了一种刀片回转式切管机,包括安装在防护外壳内的楔形进刀机构、传动机构,所述传动机构由小分度圆直齿齿轮、大分度圆直齿齿轮啮合而成,所述小分度圆直齿齿轮上安装回转动力机构,所述楔形进刀机构包括刀架回转底座、进刀楔形块、楔形条、刀具刀架、切割刀片。本发明的特点是:采用被加工件不动,刀片回转切割形式,由单方向径向进刀改变为回转径向进刀方式,进刀及切割受力小且均匀,结构紧凑、稳定,安装空间小,切料长短可控,切断面平整光滑,动作精准,往复周期时间短。

刀片回转式切管机
技术领域
本发明涉及软管切割设备,具体涉及一种刀片回转式切管机。
背景技术
目前国内对于软管切断工作采用两种传统的切割方式,一种以锯片为刀具的切割机,另一种是以壁纸刀片为工具的切割机,对于锯片式切割机,锯片需要安装至型材切割器,被切割软管安放于型材切割器底座并夹紧固定,锯片高速回转并下压利用锯片边缘切割软管,此种切割方式对于被切割的软管端面会造成严重损伤,端面凹凸不平并伴有焦糊现象;对于壁纸刀片式切割机,刀片需要安装在切割机工作台,刀刃方向必须垂直于软管轴线,利用工作台上的气缸/液压缸将刀片顶向软管,从而实现软管的切断工作,此种方式不仅不适用钢丝骨架增强层软管并且刀片切割时接触面积大使用寿命低,软管端面切断后发生倾斜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种刀片回转式切管机。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:刀片回转式切管机,包括安装在防护外壳内的楔形进刀机构、传动机构,所述传动机构由小分度圆直齿齿轮、大分度圆直齿齿轮啮合而成,所述小分度圆直齿齿轮上安装回转动力机构,所述楔形进刀机构包括刀架回转底座、进刀楔形块、楔形条、刀具刀架、切割刀片,所述切割刀片安装在刀具刀架上,所述进刀楔形块穿插在刀架回转底座一端的凹槽内,所述楔形条一端固定在刀具刀架上,另一端安装在进刀楔形块开设的楔形槽内,所述进刀楔形块另一端设有进刀气缸,所述刀架回转底座固定在大分度圆直齿齿轮上,所述大分度圆直齿齿轮套装在轴承连接座上,二者之间安装有轴承,所述轴承连接座固定在防护外壳上,所述刀架回转底座位于进管一侧设有涨轴,所述涨轴与轴承连接座固定连接,所述涨轴与防护外壳上的用于插入软管的软管进料口相对应。
还包括两组结构相同、对称放置的软管夹紧机构,每组所述软管夹紧机构包括夹紧气缸、夹紧滑块、夹紧圆弧块,所述夹紧滑块一端与夹紧气缸连接,另一端与夹紧圆弧块固定连接,两块所述夹紧圆弧块相对夹住软管外径,两个所述夹紧气缸分别固定在防护外壳的两侧。
所述夹紧滑块通过滑动导轨与防护外壳滑动连接。
还包括顶料机构,所述顶料机构包括顶料气缸、顶料顶杆、四脚顶料滑块,所述顶料气缸固定在防护外壳上,所述顶料顶杆一端与顶料气缸连接,另一端与穿入在涨轴内的四脚顶料滑块连接。
所述顶料气缸通过气缸底座固定在防护外壳上。
所述回转动力机构包括电机、减速机,所述电机与减速机相连,所述减速机输出轴与小分度圆直齿齿轮相连。
所述切割刀片通过刀具压板固定在刀具刀架上。
所述刀架回转底座通过滑块滑轨与刀具刀架滑动连接。
本发明的特点是:采用被加工件不动,刀片回转切割形式,由单方向径向进刀改变为回转径向进刀方式,进刀及切割受力小且均匀,结构紧凑、稳定,安装空间小,切料长短可控,切断面平整光滑,动作精准,往复周期时间短。

具体实施方式
如图1-6所示,本发明为一种刀片回转式切管机,包括防护外壳1、楔形进刀机构5、传动机构3、回转动力机构2、顶料机构6、以及两组结构相同、对称放置的软管夹紧机构4,所述防护外壳1包括防护外壳上下板101、防护外壳侧板102、防护外壳底板103和防护外壳盖板104,所述防护外壳底板开有楔形进刀机构5、顶料机构6、回转动力机构2安装孔,所述传动机构3由两个不同分度圆的等模数直齿齿轮组成,即由小分度圆直齿齿轮301、大分度圆直齿齿轮302啮合而成,所述回转动力机构2包括电机201、减速机202,所述电机201与减速机202相连,所述电机201可采用伺服电机或步进电机或减速电机,所述减速机202输出轴通过平键与小分度圆直齿齿轮301相连,所述回转动力机构2整体安装至防护外壳底板103外侧,带有小分度圆直齿齿轮301一端穿过防护外壳底板103,所述楔形进刀机构5包括刀架回转底座501、进刀楔形块503、楔形条504、刀具刀架506、切割刀片507,所述切割刀具507嵌入至刀具刀架506槽内并用刀具压板508通过螺钉把紧压住切割刀具507,所述进刀楔形块503穿插在刀架回转底座501一端的凹槽内,所述楔形条504一端固定在刀具刀架506上,另一端安装在进刀楔形块503一端开设的楔形槽内,楔形槽与楔形条504组成滑动配合,所述进刀楔形块503另一端设有进刀气缸502,所述进刀气缸502的活塞杆从防护外壳底板103外部穿入,再与进刀楔形块503的T型槽连接,所述刀架回转底座501通过滑块滑轨505与刀具刀架506滑动连接,保证刀具刀架506沿软管径向方向运行平稳,所述刀架回转底座501的背面通过螺钉与大分度圆直齿齿轮302固定为一体,并整体装配套装在安装有轴承510的轴承连接座511的端部,所述轴承连接座511固定在防护外壳底板103上,所述刀架回转底座501位于进管一侧设有涨轴509,所述涨轴509通过螺纹旋拧在轴承连接座511端部,所述涨轴509与防护外壳盖板104上开设的用于插入软管的软管进料口105相对应,所述顶料机构6包括顶料气缸601、顶料顶杆603、四脚顶料滑块604,所述顶料顶杆603从防护外壳底板103沿涨轴509方向穿入至大分度圆直齿齿轮302软管进料口,其一端与顶料气缸601的活塞杆连接,另一端与穿入在涨轴509内的四脚顶料滑块604通过螺钉连接,所述顶料气缸601通过螺钉与气缸固定座602连接并一同安装在防护外壳底板103外侧,每组所述软管夹紧机构4包括夹紧气缸401、夹紧滑块403、夹紧圆弧块404,所述夹紧滑块403一端与夹紧气缸401连接,另一端与夹紧圆弧块404固定连接,两块所述夹紧圆弧块404相对夹住软管外径,两个所述夹紧气缸401通过螺钉分别固定在防护外壳侧板102外侧,所述夹紧滑块403通过滑动导轨402与防护外壳盖板104滑动连接,保证软管夹紧机构4运行平稳。
工作时,先将被切软管从防护外壳盖板104上的软管进料口105插入,直到软管端面接触涨轴509挡停处,软管内径支撑及切割废料的距离通过涨轴509来限制,此时软管夹紧机构4启动,两侧的夹紧气缸401带动夹紧滑块403上的夹具圆弧块404夹住软管外径,限制软管沿轴向回转自由度,楔形进刀机构5中的进刀气缸502活塞杆沿软管轴向方向伸出将连接在上面的进刀楔形块503顶出,通过进刀楔形块503与楔形条504的作用,使带有切割刀片507的刀具刀架506沿软管径向方向进给,实现了轴向运动转变为径向运动,切割刀片507也沿软管径向方向切入软管,此时,电机201启动并由传动机构3通过齿轮啮合将旋转运动传动至楔形进刀机构5,切割刀片507通过回转将软管切断,切断完成后顶料气缸601沿软管轴向方向运动,带动安装有四脚顶料滑块604的顶料顶杆603将涨轴509上的切断废料顶出防护外壳1。
本发明采用软管固定,刀片由单方向径向进刀改变回转径向进刀方式,通过刀具回转切割软管,进刀及切割受力小且均匀,结构紧凑、稳定,安装空间小,切料长短可控,切断面平整光滑,动作精准,往复周期时间短,对于各种类型的软管(如:钢丝增强层软管、棉线增强层软管和两种或两种以上材料组合而成的复合型软管等)均适用。

1.刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:包括安装在防护外壳(1)内的楔形进刀机构(5)、传动机构(3),所述传动机构(3)由小分度圆直齿齿轮(301)、大分度圆直齿齿轮(302)啮合而成,所述小分度圆直齿齿轮(301)上安装回转动力机构(2),所述楔形进刀机构(5)包括刀架回转底座(501)、进刀楔形块(503)、楔形条(504)、刀具刀架(506)、切割刀片(507),所述切割刀片(507)安装在刀具刀架(506)上,所述进刀楔形块(503)穿插在刀架回转底座(501)一端的凹槽内,所述楔形条(504)一端固定在刀具刀架(506)上,另一端安装在进刀楔形块(503)开设的楔形槽内,所述进刀楔形块(503)另一端设有进刀气缸(502),所述刀架回转底座(501)固定在大分度圆直齿齿轮(302)上,所述大分度圆直齿齿轮(302)套装在轴承连接座(511)上,二者之间安装有轴承(510),所述轴承连接座(511)固定在防护外壳(1)上,所述刀架回转底座(501)位于进管一侧设有涨轴(509),所述涨轴(509)与轴承连接座(511)固定连接,所述涨轴(509)与防护外壳(1)上的用于插入软管的软管进料口(105)相对应。
2.如权利要求1所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:还包括两组结构相同、对称放置的软管夹紧机构(4),每组所述软管夹紧机构(4)包括夹紧气缸(401)、夹紧滑块(403)、夹紧圆弧块(404),所述夹紧滑块(403)一端与夹紧气缸(401)连接,另一端与夹紧圆弧块(404)固定连接,两块所述夹紧圆弧块(404)相对夹住软管外径,两个所述夹紧气缸(401)分别固定在防护外壳(1)的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:所述夹紧滑块(403)通过滑动导轨(402)与防护外壳(1)滑动连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:还包括顶料机构(6),所述顶料机构(6)包括顶料气缸(601)、顶料顶杆(603)、四脚顶料滑块(604),所述顶料气缸(601)固定在防护外壳(1)上,所述顶料顶杆(603)一端与顶料气缸(601)连接,另一端与穿入在涨轴(509)内的四脚顶料滑块(604)连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:所述顶料气缸(601)通过气缸底座(602)固定在防护外壳(1)上。
6.如权利要求1所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:所述回转动力机构(2)包括电机(201)、减速机(202),所述电机(201)与减速机(202)相连,所述减速机(202)输出轴与小分度圆直齿齿轮(301)相连。
7.如权利要求1所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:所述切割刀片(507)通过刀具压板(508)固定在刀具刀架(506)上。
8.如权利要求1所述的刀片回转式切管机,其特征在于:所述刀架回转底座(501)通过滑块滑轨(505)与刀具刀架(506)滑动连接。
