背景技术
慢性胃炎系指不同病因引起的各种慢性胃黏膜炎性病变，是一种常见病，其发病率在各种胃病中居首位，自纤维内镜广泛应用以来，对本病认识有明显提高，常见慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性糜烂性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎，后者黏膜肠上皮化生，常累及贲门，伴有G细胞丧失和胃泌素分泌减少，也可累及胃体，伴有泌酸腺的丧失，导致胃酸，胃蛋白酶和内源性因子的减少，慢性胃炎的病因：1.幽门螺杆菌感染、病毒或其毒素，多见于急性胃炎之后，胃黏膜病变经久不愈而发展为慢性浅表性胃炎，主要指幽门螺杆菌感染；2.刺激性物质，长期饮烈性酒、浓茶、浓咖啡等刺激性物质，可破坏胃黏膜保护屏障而发生胃炎；3.药物，有些药物如保泰松、消炎痛、辛可芬及水杨酸盐、洋地黄等可引起慢性胃黏膜损害；4.口腔、咽部的慢性感染；5.胆汁反流，胆汁中含有的胆盐可破坏胃黏膜屏障，使胃液中的氢离子反弥散进入胃黏膜而引起炎症；6.X线照射，深度X线照射胃部，可引起胃黏膜损害，产生胃炎；7.环境变化，如环境改变，气候变化，人若不能在短时间内适应，就可引起支配胃的神经功能紊乱，便胃液分泌和胃的运动不协调，产生胃炎；8.长期精神紧张，生活不规律；9.其他病变的影响，如尿毒症、溃疡性结肠炎等均可引起慢性胃炎；“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一；中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”，食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择；让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛，避免了打针、吃药，甚至手术之苦；
对于特殊营养食品，在美国、欧盟等发达国家都有相应的规定和开发应用；而我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国家标准中全营养食品明确规定：2.1.1全营养配方食品：可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品；2.1.2特定全营养配方食品：可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群在特定疾病或医学状况下营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品；
药食两用的香菇、陈皮、枸杞、山药、茯苓、黄精等的提取物、复合维生素和矿物质组成复合配方，还有利用新资源食品为主要原料的产品，但还没有发现结合慢性胃炎的患者的体质特征，依据传统中医的精髓理论，因人而异，黄金配伍以多种药食两用的中药提取物精华、短肽为主要原料，以益生元、碳水化合物、有保健功能的油脂、氨基酸、多种维生素、多种矿物质为辅料制成的全营养配方食品、特定全营养配方食品或类似产品。
胃脘痛是一种常见病，在历代医籍中又称胃痛，是指以上腹部近心窝处经常发生疼痛为主要临床表现的病证，多因外邪侵袭，恼怒过劳，饮食不节，器具失宜致气机阻滞，胃失和降而成。西医学中急性单纯性胃炎、急性糜烂性胃炎、慢性浅表性胃炎、胃痉挛、胃粘膜脱垂症、十二指肠炎及部分胰腺、胆道疾病等以胃脘痛为主要表现时，皆属本病范畴。
西医西药对胃脘痛中具体的病证有确切、具体的疗效，但有副作用，且有的病证只能缓解，不能治愈；中医中药对胃脘痛认识已久，治法较多，包括辨证论治、针灸疗法、气功疗法及食疗等，有明显确切的疗效。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种中药组合物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种中药组合物，所述组合物的原料组份及重量配比为：百合50-100份、乌梅10-30份、丹参10-15份、银杏叶10-15份、砂仁1-5份、木香1-8份、柏子仁5-15份、檀香1-5份、华千斤10-15份、陈皮15-25份、麦芽5-10份、鸡内金5-10份、莱菔子10-20份、山楂30-50份、麝香1-5份、香附5-10份、藿香1-5份。

所述组合物的原料组份及重量配比为：百合60份、乌梅15份、丹参12份、银杏叶13份、砂仁3份、木香5份、柏子仁10份、檀香4份、华千斤11份、陈皮20份、麦芽6份、鸡内金7份、莱菔子14份、山楂35份、麝香2份、香附7份、藿香4份。
百合：味甘性微寒，有清心安神定惊、心烦惊悸、神志不安的功能。
乌梅：味酸性温，有收敛肺气，可行气。
丹参：味苦性微寒，能破瘀血、化瘀活血、清心除烦的功能。
银杏叶：味甘苦涩、性平，有通血管、活血化瘀的作用。
砂仁：味辛性温，调胃进食消化不良，有行气破积滞的功能。
木香：味辛性温，能行胃肠中的滞气，治消化不良，胸腹胀痛，有行肝气理肺气的功效。
柏子仁：味甘性平，能补心益气、养心安神、对心血不足引起的心跳失眼有很好的功率。
檀香：味辛性温，有活血散瘀、行气止痛、调理气滞、血瘀胸腹痛等功效。

实施例3中药组合物对小鼠肺癌模型的影响
取雄性ICR小鼠，体重25g左右，随机分组(n＝10)，对照组(0.2％CMCNa，10ml/kg，i.g.)，阳性对照组(西米替丁，50mg/kg，i.g.)，中药组合物组(25，50mg/kg，i.g.实施例3制备)。给药后50分钟，灌胃给与0.2ml，0.3M HCl/60％EtOH致溃疡，1小时后取胃，注入1ml生理盐水使其膨胀，用5％的福尔马林固定30分钟后，沿胃大弯剪开，用肉眼可见胃粘膜上平行胃长轴方向有伸长的黑-红带，测量每个溃疡的长度(mm)，溃疡指数(UI)为所有溃疡长度之和。

实施例3中药组合物对大鼠慢性胃炎模型的影响
取SD大鼠，雌雄各半，体重150g左右，随机分组，每组15只。为空白对照组(自饮自来水)；模型组(自饮0.1％新配置的氨水)；给药组(自饮0.1％新配置的氨水)，连续造模180d后，结束造模。空白对照组和模型组灌胃同体积的生理盐水；给药组分别灌胃给药实施例1制备的中药组合物25mg/kg，连续给药90d，每天1次，末次给药后，每组取5只大鼠，用中性红清除法测定胃黏膜血流量(GMBF)。其余大鼠禁食16h，麻醉开腹，结扎幽门，向胃内注入生理盐水3ml，15min后摘取全胃，收集大鼠胃液于刻度离心管。鼠胃进行常规解剖，洗净胃内容物，并用蒸馏水冲洗2次，用滤纸吸干水分，小心刮取1/3全胃黏膜称重，加入适量蒸馏水用超声波匀浆器匀浆，制成胃黏膜匀浆，测定胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量。胃液经离心后，测定胃液总酸度和胃蛋白酶活性。
具体结果如下：

1.一种中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物的原料组份及重量配比为：百合50-100份、乌梅10-30份、丹参10-15份、银杏叶10-15份、砂仁1-5份、木香1-8份、柏子仁5-15份、檀香1-5份、华千斤0-15份、陈皮15-25份、麦芽5-10份、鸡内金5-10份、莱菔子10-20份、山楂30-50份、麝香1-5份、香附5-10份、藿香1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物的原料组份及重量配比为：百合50份、乌梅10份、丹参10份、银杏叶10份、砂仁1份、木香1份、柏子仁5份、檀香1份、华千斤10份、陈皮15份、麦芽5份、鸡内金5份、莱菔子10份、山楂30份、麝香1份、香附5份、藿香1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物的原料组份及重量配比为：百合100份、乌梅30份、丹参15份、银杏叶15份、砂仁5份、木香8份、柏子仁15份、檀香5份、华千斤15份、陈皮25份、麦芽10份、鸡内金10份、莱菔子20份、山楂50份、麝香5份、香附10份、藿香5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物的原料组份及重量配比为：百合60份、乌梅15份、丹参12份、银杏叶13份、砂仁3份、木香5份、柏子仁10份、檀香4份、华千斤11份、陈皮20份、麦芽6份、鸡内金7份、莱菔子14份、山楂35份、麝香2份、香附7份、藿香4份。
5.一种权利要求1所述中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
步骤一、准备原料，按照所述组合物的原料组份及配比，进行称量；将原料除去杂质，浸5-10小时，洗净，晾干，切薄片；
步骤二、将步骤一中切薄片的原料粉碎、混合，然后研磨至粒度为800目；
步骤三、加入8倍原料总重量份的纯净水，分别提取三次步骤二中研磨后的原料，每次提取时间1.5小时，滤过合并滤液，加乙醇至90%，静置过夜，过滤弃沉淀，滤液减压浓缩得浓缩液，加热熬制2-5小时，保持温度为45-55摄氏度，过滤；将滤液真空干燥，得到混合物A，干燥温度为50-60摄氏度；
步骤四、将烘干后的混合物A研磨成粉，平分成20份，分别包装成成品。
