Abstract

本公明公开了一种通信方法和装置,属于通信技术领域。所述方法包括:第一基站接收第一移动性管理实体MME发送的第二基站标识,建立与第二基站标识对应的第二基站之间的传输通道;第一基站接收第一终端待发送至第二终端的数据;第一基站将该数据通过传输通道发送给第二基站,以使第二基站将该数据发送给第二终端。采用本发明,可以降低对终端之间通信时延的影响。
