Abstract

一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,其括废气二次燃烧器(3),三元催化器(5),管道式涡轮风机(6),消声器(7),多级轴流风机(8),汽车尾气排出装置(11),其中废气二次燃烧器(3)、三元催化器(5),管道式涡轮风机(6),消声器(7)和汽车尾气排出装置(11)依次通过尾气排放管道(2)和发动机(1)连接,多极轴流风机(8)对称设置并通过轴流风机送风管(9)和尾气排出装置(11)连接,采用本发明设计利用空气流动力学原理和机械动力加压两种方式对汽车尾气加速排放,直接提高发动机动力,同时发动机燃烧室内排气压力降低,可增加新鲜空气进入的比例,提高混合可燃气体的含氧率,有利于完全燃烧,即节能又降耗,从而达到防治大气污染,提高大气环境质量的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机尾气排放装置,尤其涉及一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器。
背景技术
传统的燃油发动机特别是汽车尾气排放,都是将尾气通过排气管道直接排入大气,由于尾气在排放过程中,受到来自发动机自身以及发动机排气系统内,包括排气管道的阻力,在排气管口形成阻压,使发动机燃烧室内及排气系统内始终处于正压状态,阻碍了发动机尾气的排放速度,增加了燃烧室内残留废气的密度即废气量,减少了新鲜空气的进入量,降低了燃烧室内混合气体的含氧率,不利于完全燃烧。燃料燃烧不完全就会产生HC、CO、NOx及炭黑等有害物质,不但浪费燃油,而且污染大气。
发明内容
为了解决传统尾气排放存在的问题,本发明提供一种新的发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,采用的具体方案为:
一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,包括废气二次燃烧器,三元催化器,管道式涡轮风机,消声器,多级轴流风机,汽车尾气排出装置,其中废气二次燃烧器、三元催化器,管道式涡轮风机,消声器和汽车尾气排出装置依次通过尾气排放管道和发动机连接,多极轴流风机对称设置并通过轴流风机送风管和尾气排出装置连接。
优选的,轴流风机出风口正对尾气排出装置的进风口设置。
优选的,控制器通过电控连线分别与管道式涡轮风机和多级轴流风机电连接。
优选的,二次燃烧器内设计有9片叶片,其两两互成40度角设置。
优选的,尾气排出装置内设9片导流叶片,其两两成40度的圆弧夹角。
本发明的技术方案,方便小巧,简洁易用,成本低。利用空气流动力学原理和机械动力加压两种方式对汽车尾气加速排放,直接提高发动机动力,同时发动机燃烧室内排气压力降低,可增加新鲜空气进入的比例,提高混合可燃气体的含氧率,有利于完全燃烧,即节能又降耗,从而达到防治大气污染,提高大气环境质量的目的。

本发明发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器实施方式如下:尾气排放管2将发动机1和废气二次燃烧器3密封连接;废气二次燃烧器4叶片,片体俩俩之间形成40度的圆弧夹角;废气二次燃烧器通过尾气排放管2与三元催化器5密封连接;然后再通过尾气排放管2与管道式涡轮风机6密封连接。管道式涡轮风机6通过尾气排放管2与消声器7密封连接;消声器7通过尾气排放管2又与汽车尾气的排出装置11密封连接;多极轴流风机8与轴流风机送风管9密封连接为一个整体,轴流风机出风口10直对一种汽车尾气的排出装置本申请人已报专利,专利号:ZL201320791816.1的进风口;管道式涡轮风机6和多极轴流风机8通过电控连线14,与控制器13连接,旋流导向叶片12设置有9片,片体俩俩之间形成40度的圆弧夹角。
本发明的技术核心部件就是“一种汽车尾气的排出装置11,专利号:ZL201320791816.1”,并配套能帮助其提高效率和性能的辅助部件废气二次燃烧器3、管道式涡轮风机6、多极轴流风机8、轴流风机送风管9。废气二次燃烧器3可以单独安装于发动机尾气排放系统中使用,作用是对发动机所排废气中没有燃净的可燃物进行二次燃烧,降低有害物质的排放量,同时减小三元催化器的复合压力延长其使用寿命;管道式涡轮风机6亦可以单独安装于发动机尾气排放系统中使用,作用是可调节发动机尾气排放的正负压平衡状态;达到最佳工作状态;多极轴流风机8的作用是调节发动机排气的正负压平衡,以达到最佳燃烧效果和目的。
需要特别指出的是:当汽车行驶速度减小,致使自然风压降低到某一数值时,这时多级轴流风机8接到来自控制器13的信号后自行启动,提高空气旋流增压器的压力;当汽车行驶速度提高,致使自然风压升高到某一数值时,这时多级轴流风机8接到来自控制器13的信号后自行关闭,使其节能减排的效率达到最佳状态。控制器13可用本控制器内存入的各类不同参数,自动化控制管道式涡轮风机6、多级轴流风机8在汽车不同工况下的最佳运行状态。
本装置适用于各种汽油柴油发动机,结构新颖独特,安装方便,在不改变原有发动机技术结构和性能的前提下,直接提高发动机动力,并具有节能减排降噪的作用。

Claims (5)

1.一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,其特征在于包括废气二次燃烧器(3),三元催化器(5),管道式涡轮风机(6),消声器(7),多级轴流风机(8),汽车尾气排出装置(11),其中废气二次燃烧器(3)、三元催化器(5),管道式涡轮风机(6),消声器(7)和汽车尾气排出装置(11)依次通过尾气排放管道(2)和发动机(1)连接,多极轴流风机(8)对称设置并通过轴流风机送风管(9)和尾气排出装置(11)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,其特征在于,轴流风机出风口(10)正对尾气排出装置(11)的进风口设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,其特征在于,控制器(13)通过电控连线(14)分别与管道式涡轮风机(6)和多级轴流风机(8)电连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,其特征在于,二次燃烧器(3)内设计有9片叶片(4),其两两互成40度角设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发动机尾气排放空气旋流增压器,其特征在于,尾气排出装置(11)内设9片导流叶片(12),其两两成40度的圆弧夹角。
