一种垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于包括设备框架(1)、充电桩(2)、充电桩电缆(3)、上层载车板(4)、横移滚轮(5)、横移轨道(6)、充电对接装置公头(7)、充电对接装置母头(8)、连接电缆(9)、充电枪支架(10)、充电枪(11)等几部分组成;该装置结构简单、成本低廉、安全可靠、有利于推广。避免了电动汽车停放于多层机械车位后无法进行充电情况的发生。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及机械式立体停车设备技术领域,特别是一种可实现垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置。
背景技术
垂直升降立体车库上层载车板运行时通过提升机在中间设置的垂直升降平台将车辆提升到指定停车层,然后再将车辆横移到通道左右两端的停车泊位。
上层载车板运行时需要进行升降运动,到位之后又要进行横移运动,电动汽车停放于上层载车板无法进行充电。
现在的电动汽车充电装置主要应用于地面层停放的电动汽车,只要将充电桩安装于地面层停车位旁,电动汽车停放好后插上电源即可充电。而针对于垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电装置的应用并无此类技术。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的是提供一种垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,避免了电动汽车充电停放车位的局限性。该装置结构简单、成本低廉、安全可靠、有利于推广。
具体方案如下:
一种垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于包括设备框架、充电桩、充电桩电缆、上层载车板、横移滚轮、横移轨道、充电对接装置公头、充电对接装置母头、连接电缆、充电枪支架、充电枪等几部分组成;所述设备框架与安装于地面。充电桩安装于地面垂直升降立体车库旁边。横移轨道安装于设备框架之上,上层载车板上安装的横移滚轮可以在横移轨道上横向移动。充电桩电缆一端连接充电桩,中间固定于设备框架之上,另一端连接充电对接装置公头。上层载车板上安装有充电对接装置母头。充电对接装置母头通过连接电缆与充电枪支架连接。充电枪支架上安装充电枪。
本发明专利通过将充电枪与充电桩分离,充电桩电缆完全固定于框架之上,充电枪固定于载车板上,载车板运行时不会发生相对运动或者位移。通过上层载车板上升到位横移后充电对接装置完全吸合后保证充电桩与充电枪连接。将充电枪安装于载车板上可以保证载车板运动时充电枪附属电缆及电动汽车相对静止。该装置可以广泛用于垂直升降停车设备中上层载车板上电动汽车的充电,既经济又环保,结构简单、成本低廉、安全可靠、有利于推广。

具体实施方式
一种垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于包括设备框架(1)、充电桩(2)、充电桩电缆(3)、上层载车板(4)、横移滚轮(5)、横移轨道(6)、充电对接装置公头(7)、充电对接装置母头(8)、连接电缆(9)、充电枪支架(10)、充电枪(11)等几部分组成;所述设备框架(1)安装于地面。充电桩(2)安装于地面垂直升降立体车库旁边。横移轨道(6)安装于设备框架(1)之上,上层载车板(4)上安装的横移滚轮(5)可以在横移轨道(6)上横向移动。充电桩电缆(3)一端连接充电桩(2),中间固定于设备框架(1)之上,另一端连接充电对接装置公头(7)。上层载车板(4)上安装有充电对接装置母头(8)。充电对接装置母头(8)通过连接电缆(9)与充电枪支架(10)连接。充电枪支架(10)上安装充电枪(11)。

1.一种垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于包括设备框架(1)、充电桩(2)、充电桩电缆(3)、上层载车板(4)、横移滚轮(5)、横移轨道(6)、充电对接装置公头(7)、充电对接装置母头(8)、连接电缆(9)、充电枪支架(10)、充电枪(11)等几部分组成;所述设备框架(1)安装于地面;充电桩(2)安装于地面垂直升降立体车库旁边;横移轨道(6)安装于设备框架(1)之上,上层载车板(4)上安装的横移滚轮(5)可以在横移轨道(6)上横向移动;充电桩电缆(3)一端连接充电桩(2),中间固定于设备框架(1)之上,另一端连接充电对接装置公头(7);上层载车板(4)上安装有充电对接装置母头(8);充电对接装置母头(8)通过连接电缆(9)与充电枪支架(10)连接;充电枪支架(10)上安装充电枪(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于:充电汽车驶上上层载车板(4)后,车主将充电枪(11)插到电动汽车充电口后操作设备使上层载车板(4)提升并横移到位,促使充电装置公头(7)与充电装置母头(8)对接,顺利接通充电桩(2)到充电枪(11)的电缆,车主再操作充电桩(2)便可开始为电动汽车充电。
3.根据权利要求1所述垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于:停车设备操作设置有保护系统,必须先在充电桩(2)上操作停止对电动汽车充电后才能进行上层载车板(4)的横移及下降运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述垂直升降立体车库上层载车板上电动汽车充电的装置,其特征在于:充电桩(2)的充电方式可以采用直流或者交流,充电桩(2)固定方式可以为落地式或者壁挂式。
