Abstract

本发明提供一种按摩垫及其制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:A、将预混料与白炭黑按照250‑300:3‑8重量配比进行混合,其中,所述预混料由聚氯乙烯、钙粉、二辛脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、钾锌稳定剂组成;B、将混匀后浆料通过浆槽注入到涂布辊上,进而被涂施于预定网眼大小的网布上,并通过前后刮刀将网布上的浆料刮平;C、将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡炉中发泡后即得成品。本发明制备按摩垫硬度适中,表面分布的按摩凸起能起到刺激穴位、按摩的作用,同时按摩垫保持一定弹性,在受压情况下表面凸起可下陷,不会让使用者感到不适,此外,按摩垫的弹性也是其具有优异的折叠性能,方便日常卷起收纳。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种按摩垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前的运动垫、瑜伽垫一般采用PVC等塑胶材料制成,因而现在的运动垫、塑胶垫都比较柔软,也使使用者接触垫子时比较舒服,而现在人们在使用运动垫、瑜伽垫的同时常常希望其不仅能起到普通垫子的作用,还能够具有按摩刺激穴位等作用,但由于现有制备的运动垫瑜伽垫都无此功能,且由于现有运动垫瑜伽垫都过于柔软,也基本无法实现按摩功能。
因此,现有技术还有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明在于提供一种按摩垫及其制备方法,旨在解决现有瑜伽垫、运动垫不具备按摩和刺激穴位功能的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种按摩垫的制备方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
A、将预混料与白炭黑按照250-300:3-8重量配比进行混合,其中,所述预混料由聚氯乙烯、钙粉、二辛脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、钾锌稳定剂组成;
B、将混匀后浆料置于发泡机涂台的网布上,并通过前后刮刀将网布上的浆料刮平;
C、将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡炉中发泡后即得成品;
所述的按摩垫的制备方法,其中,所述预混料与白炭黑的重量配比为300:5。
所述的按摩垫的制备方法,其中,所述预混料按重量份数计由以下组分组成
聚氯乙烯 100份;
钙粉 60-100份
二辛脂 90-100份;
偶氮二甲酰胺 7-14份;
钾锌稳定剂 3-5份。

所述的按摩垫的制备方法,其中,所述发泡炉内发泡温度为210±5℃。

本发明提供一种按摩垫及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种按摩垫及其制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
A、将预混料与白炭黑按照250-300:3-8重量配比进行混合,其中,所述预混料由聚氯乙烯、钙粉、二辛脂、偶氮二甲酰胺、钾锌稳定剂组成。
将所述预混料与白炭黑以上述配比混合制备的按摩垫,制备得到的按摩垫通常表面分布一定的凸点,通过这些凸点对使用者的学位进行按压刺激,起到按摩作用,预混料与白炭黑的250-300:3-8重量配比可使制备得到按摩垫材料具备合适的硬度,从而使其表面的按摩凸起硬度适中,这样通过具有一定硬度的按摩凸起能起到刺激穴位、按摩的作用,同时按摩垫保持一定弹性,在受压情况下表面凸起可下陷,不会让使用者感到不适,此外,按摩垫的弹性也是其具有优异的折叠性能,方便日常卷起收纳。
优选实施例中,所述预混料与白炭黑的重量配比为300:5,在此配比下制成的按摩垫经测试,其硬度程度合适,收到最多测试者欢迎,因而按摩垫硬度和柔软性得到很好的平衡,既能很好的起到按摩作用,又能确保垫子具有较大的舒适度。
所述预混料按重量份数计由以下组分组成:聚氯乙烯 100份;钙粉 60-100 份;二辛脂 90-100份;偶氮二甲酰胺 7-14份;钾锌稳定剂 3-5份。
由于聚氯乙烯的加入使按摩垫具有较好的机械性能、抗张强度和抗冲击强度。钙粉的加入使按摩垫更具稳定性,提高按摩垫的表面光泽和平整性,还能提高按摩垫的硬度,使其具有按摩的功能。二辛脂是优良耐寒增塑剂,增塑效率高,受热变色小,能赋予按摩垫优良的低温柔软性和耐光性。偶氮二甲酰胺作为发泡剂,使按摩垫具备一定的弹性。
经测试,用上述配比的各项组分组成的预混料制备而成的按摩垫,不仅具有较好的机械性能、抗张强度,优良的低温柔软性和耐光性,表面光滑,并且具备一定的硬度和弹性。
优选实施例中,所述预混料按重量份数计由以下组分组成:聚氯乙烯 100份;钙粉70份;二辛脂 83份;偶氮二甲酰胺 7份;钾锌稳定剂7份。采用这种最佳配比的预混料制备的按摩垫的上述各项性最佳,外表光滑美观、耐用、使用寿命长且使用时的按摩效果和舒适度最佳。
B、将混匀后浆料置于发泡机涂台的网布上,并通过前后刮刀将网布上的浆料刮平。
所述网布采用横机,由针距为12E或14E针工艺织针编织而成,针距为12E或14E的织针编织得到的网布能够与本发明的黏性较大的原料相匹配,能够在按摩垫基体上形成形状大小即分布较为合适的按摩凸起,针距为12E针或14E针的织针编织的网布网眼大小适宜,不至于影响原料沿网眼的流动和发泡,因而得到产品按摩凸起距离适宜,按摩效果好,同时按摩凸起与基体连接牢固,不易剥离脱落,产品使用寿命能够得到保证。
C、将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡炉中发泡后即得成品。
所述发泡炉长度为20-25m,刮平后的浆料在发泡炉中行进速度为5-10m/s。在上述长度的发泡炉中,刮平后的浆料以5-10m/s的速度行进,不仅保证浆料在发泡炉中反应的时长合适,使其不仅得到充分的发泡,保证在离开发泡炉时,浆料已发泡为成品,可直接进行下一步工艺,保证了生产的连续性,提高了生产效率;而且避免由于发泡时间过长降低按摩垫的性能、降低生产效率。
最优选实施例中,刮平后的浆料在发泡炉中行进速度为6m/s。使浆料以此速度在发泡炉中行进,按摩垫的发泡效果最佳,硬度和舒适度最合适,并且制备按摩垫的效率最高。
另外,所述发泡炉内发泡温度为210±5℃,在此温度条件下,在保证浆料发泡充分的同时(浆料发泡效率最高)使发泡后产品均一性很好,产品表面质地细密,产品品质得到保证。
本发明还提供一种按摩垫,所述按摩垫按照如上所述的方法制备得到。
所述按摩垫厚度为3-12mm,克重为1000-3000g/m2。此规格的按摩垫回弹性好,产品的按摩效果和使用寿命均能得到保证。满足各种环境中对按摩垫的不同需求,使所述按摩垫的应用范围更广。
为了更详尽的描述本发明的制备方法,以下列举几个实施例更进一步的说明。
实施例1
本发明提供的按摩垫的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将预混料与白炭黑按照300:5重量配比进行混合,其中,所述预混料由100份的聚氯乙烯、70份的钙粉、83份的二辛脂、7份的偶氮二甲酰胺、4份的钾锌稳定剂组成。
将混匀后浆料通过浆槽注入并涂施于由针距为12针的横机编织的网布上,并通过前后刮刀将网布上的浆料刮平 。
将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡炉中发泡后即得成品。所述发泡炉所述发泡炉长度为20m,刮平后的浆料在发泡炉中行进速度为6m/s,发泡炉内发泡温度为210℃。

将预混料与白炭黑按照250:8重量配比进行混合,其中,所述预混料由100份的聚氯乙烯、60份的钙粉、80份的二辛脂、7份的偶氮二甲酰胺、5份的钾锌稳定剂组成。
将混匀后浆料通过浆槽注入并涂施于由针距为14E工艺的横机编织的网布上,并通过前后刮刀将网布上的浆料刮平 。
将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡炉中发泡后即得成品。所述发泡炉所述发泡炉长度为20-25m,刮平后的浆料在发泡炉中行进速度为5m/s,发泡炉内发泡温度为205℃。

将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡炉中发泡后即得成品。所述发泡炉所述发泡炉长度为21m,刮平后的浆料在发泡炉中行进速度为10m/s,发泡炉内发泡温度为215℃。

A、将预混料与白炭黑按照250-300:3-8重量配比进行混合,其中,所述预混料按重量份由聚氯乙烯100份、钙粉60-100 份、二辛酯90-100份、偶氮二甲酰胺7-14份、钾锌稳定剂3-5份组成;
B、将混匀后浆料置于发泡机涂台的网布上,并通过前后刮刀将网布上的浆料刮平,所述网布采用横机编织,织针针距为12E针或14E针;
C、将刮平后的浆料随网布进入发泡机的发泡炉中发泡后即得成品。

二辛酯 100份;
偶氮二甲酰胺 7份;
钾锌稳定剂 4份。
